Just downloaded this app and can see from the outset what an absolute waste of time it is. Firstly had troubles setting it up with my details, it just kept saying "something went wrong" now I'm in, you can't open any of the menus apart from the a la carte (which there's no prices on). Hardly inspires me to visit. I'll stick to Hickory's, thanks!
As mentioned by others - email advising free cocktail but it never arrives in wallet / app. Why? Restaurants i use - Sevenoaks, Bexley, Dartford are great but let down by a third rate app.

Not great because rather than just adding discounts automatically you've got to remember to add the discounts and request the loyalty points are added to your account. Plus the account is only for the app - I've had the app for years but book via desktop pc so there's no history of me going to the restaurant even though I log in to book the table. Then when you book through the app unless you show the QR code when paying there's STILL no record of you going to the restaurant.

Honestly not even sure why they have an app.

The website is a waste of time. Sure, it gives a full menu for the Fixed Price Menu but doesn't state the price. Hardly inspires people to book.

Freezes on entry screen. Completely useless.

Logged in today and it said need to run an update. Updated and now not working properly. Cannot access my account profile. Just get a blank screen. Other sections are working.

The app is extremely disappointing. I have been able to login a couple of times since I got it over 2 years and always says "failed, try again later". I just updated it today and hoped it would work but sadly not. A real shame because I love Miller & Carter. Please fix it
Unable to log into account for several months. When will you fix this app?
Useless app on my S24. Created an account, but it's just a naff front end for the website, which won't even load my alleged welcome offer properly. There's no way I'm booking a table when they can't even produce a functional app.
In 2021 App excellent today can't order two Christmas Gift cards nightmare App.
Requires you to save your banking/credit card details in the app. Uninstalled due to security risk. One star.
Unable to log in since the update. I Have almost all my stamps on the rewards card. Bit I can't access them.

I would not allow this app to use all the permissions it's requesting hence the one star. It should be a menu and allow for booking a restaurant, there's no reason you need Bluetooth.
Nothing allows you to log in. All buttons for this are inactive. Rubbish!
Poor.
Poor implementation. Despite having to create an account and login, when you try to book a table using the app you have to supply all your details including email address and phone number... Pointless.
Poor performance. Can't log in keeps persistently coming up with failed try again later message. Cleared cache and data still wouldn't work have even deleted and reinstalled and now won't even load
Poor, like many others ,will not allow to log in, just says try again later, This doesn't help when I'm sat in restaurant trying to earn stamps. GET IT FIXED!!!

Same as everyone else's the app is rubbish doesn't allow you to log in! It's been a year of complaints and they haven't sorted it!

Absolutely useless. You can't even open the app. We'll done developers, you've made a cracking app.
Worked fine for years, since the update doesn't work at all. Contacted miller and Carter and their advise doesn't work. Seems to be the same issue for everyone. And have now lost the stamps/vouchers id collected.
I've been twice since downloading this app and not been able to use it to collect stamps each time 👎 will never allow me to not just log in but book a table also

Rubbish you can't login keeps failing. Who from M&C is monitoring this, it has been an issue for months.
