I can't edit in 4K, my phone is more than capable of doing it. The highest resolution is 2.7K, this is really lousy. It's the same in Lightcut.. I have a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL.

the worst app ever,mic will connect to phone but app say not connected. when trying to update firmware, app redirects to some random websites, then crashes. definitely going to sell this and get something that works

Horrible experience, the worst I've ever seen. The app crashes, everything is so slooooowwww, connecting to the damn Pocket takes long, updating the firmware takes long, everything is slow and clunky. 1Gb bloatware app for data farming. it's a sad joke, and unbelievable to me that a company of this scale can release something like this.
App is loaded with junk I don't want, making it very difficult to do basic things, like a firmware upgrade. 👎🏻

Basically a pointless app. Connection to the actual DJI Osmo Action 4 has never worked and always fails, nothing to interrupt, both devices right next to each other and a never ending cycle of just failing to connect, so you're unable transfer anything at all. It should work like the Meta Rayban App, but doesn't work at all. Don't waste your time.
android app doesn't connect with dji mic series. have been trying it. have also contacted dji support, so far the issue hasn't been resolved.
can not use a lot of feature for osmo mobile with Pixel10
doesn't work with older Osmo Action cameras.
The app works slower than before and most of the time the connection between the phone and the camera is lost! I am not happy with the new update at all.

This app is an absolute piece of garbage. You buy a device for hundreds of euros and it refuses to work unless you install this horrendous bloated monster. 1gb download, asks for highly personal data that it doesn't need, and crashes all the time. This is a scam, buy other brands.
absolutely terrible app, constantly disconnecting from the pocket 2 if it connects at all. rendering the camera pretty useless. I'm so disappointed at DJI that I warm people against buying anything DJI
I can't bind my email at login, because the code sent is alphanumeric, and the dialog expects a number only. how do you mess that up?
can't login, their verification code has h numbers and letters but the text box only lets numbers.
I'm using the 360 camera and the new update broke the editing, doesn't matter what I do I can't face the camera towards me. It's just facing backward, doesn't matter what editing method I do.
Can't export video... I have a Samsung A35 with plenty of room and an external micro SD... But it is not working.

Nothing is working. Spending an hour just to connect to camera. Somehow registered camera, but then registration disappeared. Absolute garbage this app.

camera lag problem
the app is barely updating has stuttering and randomly zooming in in video. unlike on PC counter part this app is not there yet. insta 360 app updating multiple time a week. i just bought osmo 360 and i never received any app update, unlike on my insta i think i received update maybe already twice this week

Utter dog poo! the worst app you'll ever encounter and the main reason to avoid a Dji cam altogether. insta streets ahead in terms of the app. every update makes it worse!

I'm using a Huawei Mate 20x, which is a big phone but within the weight allowance for the Osmo mobile 6 gimbal. When I use the DJI Mimo app to take video, the footage is VERY jittery/shaky, like handheld with no stabilization. My native camera app works much better, but then I lose the tracking abilities, etc., which was a big reason for me buying this gimbal. Why, DJI, would you make an app that makes stabilization WORSE than a native camera app??? WHY, WHY, WHY?
Absolutely horrible! customer service a joke! It was working decent until today. won't connect to the camera. I installed the APK file and still won't connect! I contacted support through whats app as it's on their site as 24/7 support. several hours later I get a reply to email them! DO NOT BUY A DJI CAMERA!
