It was absolutely terrible! I signed in with my google account & took the test, but the result doesn't show up even after 10 minutes passed away. I went back & pressed on the "Check result" multiple times, but it was still the same thing. I can't even sign out. It won't show my account until I've finished the test under the "My Profile" section. What kind of layout is this even?I had to break the connection from my Google account manually.

There are a lot of good free ones one YouTube, but this Mindspa app is very greedy and overpriced.
The app is misled me pay twice after reinstalling in october. And two different amounts too. When you first log in after reinstalling a pop up comes up for paying £45.99 for the year. I did that signing in then found that i seemed to not have paid and so paid again this time double that £95.99. I contacted customer services after realising and they first refused to refund, now they say wont refund the right amount unless i remove this review. Terrible and unhelpful customer service!
I love the meditation music and sounds. Something is wrong with this app, however. I have a lifetime plan and i listen to it every night. Its ridiculous! i have to delete the app every morning and re-install it each night before bed. Hopefully the admins will fix it or I'll have to find another ap
Dishonest business practices, fraudulent billing, bad support.
They scammed me. I have a 7 day free trial. This is only day 3, and they have charged my account $15.99. I went in to cancel way before the 7 days was up because the sounds are glichy and sound journey quit working altogether. Right after that, I checked my checking account and saw the charge. I'm furious. Do not give your account info to these scammers. Update: It shouldn't matter monthly, yearly, or lifetime. 7 free days was emphasized. Why should yearly have nothing to pay except after 7 days
Not what I expected
I subscribed to the 7-day trial period with a confirmation that I would be charged the annual membership fees only on completion of the 7-day trial period. But I was charged AED 349.99 immediately. Also, after registering, I realised this is the same app as Synctuition which has been relaunched with a new name "Mind Spa". Had I known earlier, I wouldn't have signed up. This is cheating.
Somehow got signed up to this for 12 month subscription, that automatically renews at a ridiculous price. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
Immediate payment request. You have 7 days free but only if you enter in your visa for payment. Another option is $16 monthly. I dislike apps that don't let you actually try it for the time stated as the trail period. I prefer that after the trial period they send a renewal request. Then you can decide to move forward with payment. I'm uninstalling this app now. Too bad, it was rated as one of the best therapy AI apps.
The more I listen to this sound journeys, which I'm still on level one, The more I do not like them. They're just high-pitched noises and it's not relaxing. And I feel like it's a waste of money and it's not doing anything for me. It's frustrating more than anything.
I'm a loyal customer for years, In the most recent version the app is not loading for me any more, The Old app that I was using (before rebrand) for years never gave me any trouble, you should consider changing your app developer/support because it's really apparent in the user feedback that most good comments are from before the rebrand, and after that quality started to deteriorate up to now that I can no longer access the app that I paid a lot of money for.
I didn't enjoy this app at all. The promotional videos hype it up. But it doesn't bring you through any meaningful process or experience. If you like to listen to a lot of random 3d sounds and slow slow words, you may enjoy it? A real disappointment. I've subscribed to many good apps. This isn't one. There are also so many glitches that prevent it from working properly online and in the app. It's frustrating.
I was finding the free version was helping with my mental health but since finances are a real struggle for me I cannot afford to pay to use what used to be free. I now am anxious I may not be able find a suitable replacement for something I have used for over 2 years that this may have an impact on my mental health
This app keeps locking me out of my account even after spending 100 dollars for a annual subscription. I've tried emailing the company from their contact us website but it continously tells me something went wrong try again later. I will gave to contact PayPal and get my money back
An app that makes you feel good shouldn't make you frustrated because it never works in offline mode. I rarely am in service and even when I am in service it won't load any tracks. Tech wasn't helpful at all. Sent a screen recording and then they just said my phone needs to be in airplane mode. No changes. Still a useless app that I paid premium dollar for. Might as well skip out on there money grab and just meditate. Please refund me. Or fix your app so it's usable.
No audio list will even load now! Emailed support but not resolved. I am a lifetime member from 4yrs ago

I want to like this app, it's seems very promising. However, I cannot get through even one track without repeated crashes. The app doesn't save the spot in the track where it left off and it starts over every time. Tried in all 3 options, it's just stops playing. I can't imagine paying $95 for this. I kept trying and the app will just stop in the middle of a track and randomly pick another track, not the next numerical one. I'll let an eye out to see if you ever fix these bugs.
Servers are super slow. Can't connect to meditation series as it just hangs. Please address as the app is useless if you can't access the media
Keep getting "Oops. Something went wrong. Please try again later" Been trying for 2 hours! Can't get to Favorites, Profile ... nothing! Had trouble playing ANYTHING when I first did the Trail. Now I'm paying and can't use it. This doesn't help my Meditation practice. I'd rather use YouTube vids with Binaural Beats Meditation music for FREEl Very disappointed 😞
While the app might be good, it's ironic that a "mental health super-app" treats its employees so poorly. So dissapointing that all the ethereal and spirtual ethos of the app doesn't translate to the working enviroment. An app built on lies and low salaries. There's not enough sound meditiation in the world that can ease the unethical chaos of that company.
Great content, terrible platform. I have perfect internet connection but the app is always lagging and full of bugs. Such a shame. I loathe using it because of the user experience.
The worst crapy meditation app. Don't pay for it! I did numerous attempt with customer service unable fix the bugs and glitches. Shame on you guys!!!
Extremely disappointed!! I couldn't even use this app from the very start, it just crashed over and over every time I tried to listen to the beginning audio introduction!! I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still continued to crash every time!! It was totally useless to me!! Very disappointing, have I said that already??!! Even if it were free, it's no good, if It's always going to crash on me!! You can't do the 7 day trial without entering credit info! Definitely not worth $95.99!!

It rarely works I never had this problem when it was just synctuition I wouldn't purchase a 118.00 subscription or you are wasting your money. I try everyday and it has worked twice in 2 weeks. Bummer as it is great when it does work. Now i am stuck with a year subscription and cant even use when i want

I subscribed to trial but then cancelled. I want the option to pay on a month to month basis and not just one lump annual sum. I could only get the introduction to play, and no downloads worked. It just showed it spinning around. There are no issues with my internet or other phone apps. Must just be MindSpa ): Also, thank you for the cut and paste answer. It is obvious this problem is widespread and has been going on for a while.
I try to use the app and now I am having to pay for it. Before I didn't have to. But it wouldn't let me go on until I did a 7 day free trial. Not happy. I really enjoyed this app.
Really unhappy what has become of the once so amazing app. No journeys load at all now. Few months back when they still loaded they kept having glitches and bugs. I haven't been able to listen an entire track without breaks and problems for months. Something that started off as such a wonderful app when it was Synctuition, has turned to be completely unusable and creates stress every time i open it,so i don't even open it anymore. Not going to renew my yearly subscription.

Very difficult to navigate
Here I am again. I first gave a bad review. I am now more open to the connection and will relish the trial times
The content for meditation is amazingly good but the technical side of the app is horrible. Crashes almost every single time. Contacting support cannot fix the app crashing so that is waste of our time. Sad thing is I purchased lifetime membership. So much for calming, relaxing our minds 🤪
My experience was generally positive. The trial week wasn't really enough to test everything, but the binaural seems as good as what you can get on YouTube. In the end I decided it was too expensive for what it offered, but there is no cancellation link in the app. It is available on the website, but you need to look for it. By the time I found it, it was too late to cancel, so I guess I'm in for the year. If you decide it's not worth it, give yourself plenty of time for hunting down the links.
UPDATE: This app is getting increasingly buggy. The update description says they updated the audio engine - they broke it. Have been having issues recently with music just randomly stopping. In one of the journeys it stopped multiple times and when I went into the app it had randomly skipped forward 2 journeys. Another time I had to fully quit and reopen the app to continue. Not sure what is going on here - it is really disruptive to my meditation and what would otherwise be a 5 star app.
I have been trying to cancel for over a year, I was just charged 103 for something I never use. Email doesn't seem to go through. I want my subscription canceled and a refund, immediately.
Seems cool but there is no way to really try it out with paying 95 bucks then potentially go through the hassle of canceling. Too bad feel like i would be more willing to buy if I could tell how it is. They need free episodes

Nothing is updating, (ie) - blog, other features... and the app keeps crashing! Every time I try to start a new routine, it won't start. Of course, it works when I just randomly check into it. But I'm trying to establish a relationship with meditation and don't typically pay for apps. Pretty disappointed.
