DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. I have been trying to cancel my subscription since the end of February. I have an account and followed all the instructions. There is no subscription to manage in the Google Play store. I have also sent messages through the app feedback providing all necessary information and I have yet to get a response. Will now have to report as fraud to the credit card company. It should not be this difficult to cancel.

I need help cancelling my subscription and it doesn't appear on the subscriptions in app or in the PlayStore. please help . I'm finished watching. for some reason my last review is gone or removed. for some reason I can't access the webpage and it has me blocked can someone explain. I can't cancel my subscription.

I paid $4.99 for 500 coins and was only able to watch 1 more clip of the video. I have watched all ads available for the day and my story still will only play the last clip I have already watched. I do not see where it says how many coins a video is but in most other story aps its around 60 coins so this app taking 500 coins away for 1 clip is absurd. I feel like I have been robbed. I was enjoying the story but have to delete due to these issues. not worth it.
You only get to wstch 4 episodes free than it cost you at least $200 to watch the whole entire story not for me there's other apps that are way better and don't cost a thing.

horrible experience. this is a total scam. the account doesn't show on Google play to cancel. worse the payment says it is going through PayPal but it's not. they have no record of a transaction. seriously thinking bringing legal action.

Not a recommended app. All the drama, this is the worst app ever. there is no video to unlock the episode not like other apps. There is a reward but it's not worth it you can't unlock the one episode. They force you to pay their subscription.
my money was taken out without a subscription. 35.00 was taken out. I am so angry 😠
Scam you can never watch the whole thing completely
buffering takes to long, even when all other apps are closed. I do not have this problem with Real Short. I will not be renewing.
Too bad for you, you have so much a lot of competitors that doesn't need subscription for the entrainment but just for free unlike yours and so expensive
If I could I would give it zero stars. Need to much tickets for the next episode and to much ads and the same ads over and over. It's scrap

I wouldn't recommend this app. You only have one choice to view dramas and that's by purchasing coins. The coins are expensive and you would have to spend a fortune to finish one drama. There are episodes that take over one hundred coins. Keep your money and check out some of the other great options.

This might would be a good app....but several times the movie gets hung up on one frame and you cant finish them..
a scam. you pay for a weekly subscription but to watch a full video you need to top up coins. don't fall for it.
How can I cancel my subscription? I didn't understand what I was getting myself into and I cannot afford this, nor do I understand how this works.

once you purchase the subscription you can not cancel. You will need to go to the bank for a new card. I contacted customer care and they are useless. They do not help you or anything and they never get back to you. Do not purchase this it's a scam!
They still want their client to pay for watching those nonsense reels!. disgusting
