Reached out to customer service multiple times and they never fixed the problem. I asked for a refund, or at least a partial refund since I had only used the app for a couple of months, they wouldn't refund. Don't waste your money.
doesn't always work, always a fault with transcribing. reported issues, got no help to resolve issues.
wanted to use the 7 day trial and R2100 was immediately taken off my card , no neither google play or developer want to refund me , didnt even use the app immediately logged it with developer and google , so so shocking

worse service ever. this is the 2nd time this service failes to deliver what they promise. I cant call to speak to anybody about this problem and I paid for one service. again, we are disappointed.
The first year I used this app, it worked well but upon renewing my subscription this year, it has been completely useless. I keep having unsaved recordings. Multiple vital recordings were not saved. I have reached out to Minute support team on each occasion of failed recordings but not has been done to resolve the issue.
Initially I rated it 5 it was working. Now I regret because it's not performing at all
I recorded an hour-long meeting and the entire transcription was lost.
Not transcribing
not sure anymore, recorded two important meeting and was depending on this for notes. one didn't record anything and the other went to transcribe and got lost then. no recovery on either. 18/02/26 used the app again today after not using it for a while. 2 meeting held and both recording transcribe failed.
stopped working in May - right around May ~90% of my recordings have failed. either a technical issues or bombing out and not saving at the end when I try and transcribe
Loses every 2nd recording and they refuse to refund subscription even though they are not providing basic service. Expensive and poor service compared to competitors. I am so disappointed and really caused issues with work. I have filed multiple complaints with their IT and they just shrug it off. Its now been 8 months using it and had not been improved
They con you into subscribing. It does not take minutes. Its linked to google so the moment you renew google subsciption, they debit you. I am stillunable to subscribe.
dont trust this app it won't record over 30 mins and you loose it all.
DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! If I could put a zero i would. So many issues, lag worst customer service... useless and automated AI replies they never actually respond with something helpful. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

be careful it's a paid subscription app. nothing tells you this from the start, so once you install, you need to choose a plan. and for the service it provides, those plans are quite expensive.
Do not trust this app for important minutes/notes. Definitely not for meetings over 30 minutes. It will work great for a few weeks and then glitch out horribly with either 3 line, useless outputs or a complete system malfunction with no output at all. Lesson learned. I cancelled my subscription.
I was satisfied for first few months. Nowadays for the past month I have to download the audio and share it again inorder to get notes that also only I am lucky otherwise it would say processing error. paying almost $23 monthly and getting this service is pathetic. I reached out to customer service and they are ones who asked me to follow the above method which doesn't help me. I give up.
tried a few times and every meeting I tried to transcribe, none of them ever saved. stopped recording just to return to the home screen and not have anything listed... like I never even used the app 😭

after recording is done. and I hit finish. the app. says paused and will not transcribe and summaries the meeting notes. paid too much for this to be happening 😪
Not saving anything. Says summarizing and downloading recorded conversation but then there is nothing there.

I tried this app on a meeting and it worked well, so I used it for a very important meeting. It's stuck on "Transcribe and summarize"! I didn't take notes as I was relying on this app to handle it. Don't make the same mistake!
had a meeting at 9 am this morning (about 45 mins). it is now 9 pm and the screen is still stuck on processing audio file. cancelled my subscription as this app does not work as described.

Terrible app. Would not save recording and deleted the file.
Crashes in long meetings with no way to recover any of the content before the crash. Fairly reliable for short meetings, but cannot trust it after failed and lost minutes. Extremely flawed.

Stops recording when the the screen go dark and freezes. So it doesn't record anything. Definitely not worth the money.
I accidentally purchased it. please I need a refund.
Absolute cheat and deceiving. I didn't get even 1 MOM for my so called paid membership, it keeps giving multiple errors and even after highlighting it to the cc team all in vain. waste of my money and time. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and changed the settings as the cc team has advised but nothing till date, no changes and no MOM until now. REFUND MY MONEY AND STOP CHEATING PEOPLE.

Scam and con app. doesn't work. Cancelled and asked for refund but refused to do so! See, can't even reply to you! Google refused to refund me. You should refund me then. If not scam, why refuse to refund since Google pays you too. With so many negative feedback, you should do something about it! Refund! Else, nothing but a scam app!
Doesn't auto-recognise language correctly, often writes random gibberish. Not recommended.
App often says processing error when you stop the recording. When it works it's great but I find I get the error more often then actual recordings.
Works perfectly on my work phone (iPhone) but keeps crashing on my personal (android).. please please PLEASE fix the crashing on Android. I use this app every. single. day. I even updated the app and it's STILL crashing. so to sum up, iOS: 10/10 Android: 2/10

Downloaded this app for work meetings and I'm only on my first try using this but it's been attempting to process the audio for 45 minutes now. There's no info on how long its suppose to take, and I feel like it's just glitching out.
Was good, not sure what changed. It constantly stops recording and discards what it was recording on its own! I used to rely on this app in meetings but now I cant.
