used to be a great app, now it barely loads. for all the money they're making - this is an appalling service. why does every good thing turn to sh**
I just want to pay for parking
Shocking, it errors after payment and there's no confirmation of the permit. So you do it again, a few minutes later you've been charged twice and now have two permits for the same place and the same car. Zero contact details and no way to contest the issue.
stated get 4 hrs for £3 then charged 3 85
Utterly frustrating. Poor customer experience. I have a permit to renew but the app tells me I have none on my account. proper rubbish
WARNING! App gave me a payment error and no receipt but the money has been taken from my account.

Rubbish system .. have to set alarm for 5.55am to be able to renew parking whilst on holiday .. no options to extend.. went to machine and it would only allow me to pay from 10pm to 1.50am .. what idiot set these parameters

Stupid, dumb app, I needed a card to pay on the app, doesn't that defeat the point?! I went into the app, found the car park, entered my reg and the time, and then it asked for my card details. There was a little logo in the corner for Google Pay, but it doesn't do anything. I presume it should let me pay with G Pay but it doesn't work. I had to phone my wife and ask her to install the app on her phone and pay for me with a card. What is the point of having an app when they make it so hard!

very basic app, most things don't work, my permits don't show except if I go though favourites. there is no 1h, 2h, just 6 and 12 (which is useless as you only pay for 10h. One of the worst apps I was forced to use, as you are literally forced to pay for people visiting you.

Absolute rubbish and not fit for purpose. I got a PCN after using this "app"! Would give zero stars if I could. I was visiting the Premier Inn in Sevenoaks which has no on-site parking, so I had to use the council's car park. After wasting time trying to get a WiFi connection, app did not work 2nd time until you open an account, but does not tell you this, so I missed the deadline for renewing my parking the next morning and got a penalty charge for paying late. Thank you Mipermit. T****rs!

I had a parking ticket at Gloucester docks after using this app to pay for parking. I successfully appealed it but it was pretty annoying. if you pay for parking when not logged in you will not be able to extend it. if you already have an account when you log into it your parking session will not exist
Wont work. Comes up with suggestions 30+ miles away only, was supposed to have a permit for work and it doesnt show on the system anymore - unclear why, has just been removed and says I have no permits. I didnt know it was taken off and I now have a parking ticket to fight - no help or contact functions on the app. Next few weeks are going to be a nightmare.

The app could be a lot more helpful. for example: show me the parking zone times and suggest I buy a 6hr permit instead of 12hr if 6hrs gets me to the end of the paid parking time. Newham's system is confusing too; why do visitor permits go in "pay to park"when there's also a visitor permit section in the app?!
