The GPS distance stops working, it just keeps the same reading for the whole hole. I uninstall & reinstall the App & it will work for 1 or 2 holes then freeze up again. The scoring part of the App works well.
when I put scores in for that hole it keeps going back to the startup selecting partner on every hole it does this I have uninstalled app 3 times still doing it have deleted club 4 times still does it please HELP!!! me guys

This app was awesome on my android phone until around May 2025, when it started going dark, telling me I had unsubmitted scores and being generally unresponsive. Extremely frustrating during a competition round. Multiple contacts with their support team have led me to believe they are unwilling or unable to rectify the issue. I have cancelled my subscription. And two months after my initial review.... still no improvement, resolution or follow up.
doesnt automatically switch to next hole, reverts to first hole you played and have to login in every time to change to next hole and click on player again. Very annoying and time wasting. Deleted app and downloaded it again but still same problem. Done it twice. Still same problem. only had this problem since Golf Australia changed to new app.
I have received a receipt for my subscription but cannot find my way into another club ie; Woodlands Golf Club. I find the connection impossible
great app, can't login since getting my new phone. literally saying "user doesn't exist" when I use the exact details. my golf club can log in to my account through their computer admin account, but for some reason the app on my new phone won't let me login, no matter how we do it.
doesn't work. Playstore installs version v1.6.0 the current version is v1.6.16 It's the former that doesn't work.
Why haven't the developers created an android app for the watch.hi team as advised the 31st August has passed, without an update?

unfortunately, terrible user interface experience. multiple errors. won't recognise my subscription. convoluted and clunky. great opportunity for a developer to swoop in and re design something much more seamless and user friendly!
Bloody hopeless won't let me log into my golf club. This happens only in Android phones. And they charge for this. Back to the card system.

UX in latest updated is awful- new look and feel is so much worse than previous version. Lost ability to see timesheets. Crashes when going from scorecard back to comp page. Poor.
It was really great until this week when they updatedit. i must have re-installed it at least 12 times. tjhe only good thing is that I can still use it for scoring, BUT, try and get a leader board and the circle goes round and round and maybe stops when it feelks like it and it is pot luck what information it gives. I have been to OPTUS who said buy a new phone, but it is the same on my pad, and my wifes phone. I check my android and is number 12 Most frustating as it worked prefectly before.
Can't get past the loading screen, app keeps trying to check for updates then crashes. Have to reinstall the app everytime I want to use it. Really hope it's resolved asap.
Constant issues with the new galaxy s24. Works the first time when I download it and then everything after that it bugs out and I have to uninstall it and reinstall it for it to work.

It's convenient to keep scoring and submitting the final scores though. I found that some people also experienced the same issue. I hope it fixes the issue soon.

the last update broke the distance to pin reporting. the previous version included that. I use this feature all the time
I have also been having the dark screen problem, and the app also asks if I wish to exit or continue. When is the promised update coming?
Prior to a recent update, it was a fantastic app. I could save friends to see their scores, easily access leaderboards, and use the gps on course. I can't do any of these things without the app freezing and needing to be restarted. I have uninstalled it multiple times, but the issues prevail.
Just always seems to have a problem and I don't find the navigation around the app great.
This app is so bad. It took longer to download the update (11MB) than it does to download a 1hr YouTube video. Seems like they captured the market of Au golf clubs though.
I have never been able to get the GPS to work for the distance to middle of the green. EG par3 142m miscore 329m to middle. Have restarted the app multiple times to no avail. HELP 😌
App has worked for about 8 months. Now everytime I want to use it, I get told there is a bug in it & I have to uninstall, then reinstall EVERY time I want to use it again. SORT THIS ISSUE OUT 😡😠😡😠
Issues on start up after updates (screen flashing whilst trying to open, and app crashes), also screen flashes and exits when trying to submit score (every time). Needs to be more testing with Android/Google devices before roll outs happen.
