최악입니다. 결제정보 남기면 결제했다는 말도 없이 돈이 속속 빠져나갑니다. 연락도 안되고 이상한 소리만 하고 뭔가 찝찝해서 다 취소했습니다. 예약됐다 결제됐다 이런말 따로 안해주니까 사용하는 사람이 스스로 알아서 주의하시기 바랍니다. 상담,앱,카톡에 나오는 예약날짜 시간 모두 다르니 문의는 필수입니다.
Waste of money. Paid for 3 hours of cleaning and it looked like it was barely 1 hour of cleaning. Total scam. Pretty sure they broke my TV, too. Can't do anything to help me either (but I guess I was dumb for even trying). Awful company.

I was not happy with my experience. He didn't clean the inside of the air conditioner, only the filter. He said it was because there was tape on the air conditioner. Then he said it's an extra charge to disassemble it and clean it, but there is no description of services on the app. This was a waste of money.
아니 아직 집에 안들어갔는데 평가를 강요하는 건 좀 아니지 않냐? 청소가 잘 끝났는지를 모르는데... 청소 엄청 잘됬는데 확인을 못해서 3점 줬네. 니들도 1점 먹어라.
I never received the aircon cleaning I requested and I stayed home most of the day. I didn't get a call or message to confirm that they were even arriving the day of the appointment and I had plans with other people that I had to delay. Will be calling in to get my refund.
Unfortunately we need to call for every simple operations.. What's the point to have an app if nothing is available on it?

제일 중요한 쓰레기 재활용을 안버리고 갔어요. 동일한 클리너가 지난 주에도 동일하게 했던 일을 명확하게 얘기했는데 담당자 '태한'은 아무 조치를 취할 수 없다네요.
별 한 개도 아깝네요... 견적 받아보는 즉시 개인정보 업체로 넘어가고 계속해서 전화 및 문자가 날아오네요
이사 견적 요청하자마자, 이삿짐센터에서 연락이 쏟아졌어요.. 견적 요청할때는 개인번호 노출안되도록 신경 좀 써주세요...
여기는 정보공유가 전혀 안되고, 예약시간에 매니저가 도착을안해서 상담시간에 연락을해도 전화를 안받아요. 그어떤시간에 연락을해도 불통에, 채팅으로만 연결이 겨우되는데 그나마도 다시 연락주겠다하고는 일방적으로 상담을 종료합니다.

Horrible service. This app is not good. They confirm a booking and then no one shows up and pretend it's okay because they are the third party. The bookings should not be confirmed then, you are only wasting people's time. 이 앱은 좋지 않습니다. 그들은 예약을 확인한 다음 아무도 나타나지 않고 그들이 제삼자이기 때문에 괜찮은 척합니다. 그러면 예약이 확정되어서는 안 됩니다. 사람들의 시간만 낭비하는 것입니다.
최악 중 최악... 절대 사용하지 마세요. 9시에 입주 청소 요청했는데, 9시 5분까지 연락이 없음. 계속 기다려야하는거냐고 물어보니 9시 20분 넘어서 고객센터에서 연락옴. 청소 업체에 주문건을 안넣어서 못온다고 함... 장난하나...
This company has been messing with me for over a month. First, they quoted me for 320,000₩ & made me pay a deposit of 10%. I told them on the phone that I need to bring my refrigerator, dresser, shelf, bed, desk, computer, etc. I listed every single item. I told them I needed air con installation. They said that it would be included in the price. I double-checked this again to be sure the price was accurate. On moving day, I had to pay an additional 518,000₩. I don't have an air con. Bad place.
앱이 너무 형편없어서 안드로이드 사용한지 10년만에 처음으로 리뷰답니다. UX가 엉망입니다. 겉보에는 이뻐 보여도 기능적으로는 불편한 게 많습니다. 단순히 손이 더 가는 불편함이 아니라 치명적으로 불편한 게 몇 개 있습니다. 경쟁업체가 없어서 그런가요.
BE CAREFUL One of their cleaners threw away several of my things whilst cleaning including my bank card They will take the cleaners side as well. So make sure you take pictures of everything before they come to your house.
물건파손하고 잠수 혹은 클리너 자주 바뀌어서 올때마다 새로 설명해드려야하고 매우 불편함. 한번 단기로 쓸 거 아니면 정기로는 매우 비추.

본인들 늦는건 당연하고, 20분 전화 못받았다고 그냥 취소하고 돈은 그대로 다 청구합니다. 다들 조심하세요. 청소도우미님들 30분 40분 늦는건 당연하지만 고객이 전화 못 받으면 그냥 돈 날먹이니까요 ㅎㅎ
Worst cleaning service company I ever used. Booked them for a full 4 hours, came back and my house looked worse than how I left it. Couldn't even make up my bed. Which cleaning service doesn't make up beds. The only thing they literally did was cleaned the bathroom, swept and mopped the floors. Now I'm wondering what did they do the rest of the 3h30min in my house 🤔
환불규정 잘 알아보고 하세요 급한 건이라 이사 전날 이사청소 즉시 예약했는데 업체 섭외가 늦어져 다른 수단 통해서 진행했습니다. 취소하고 싶어도 실시간 문의 통하여 진행하는 방법 밖에 없고 업체 선정 되는 순간 취소시 빼박 수수료 지불입니다. 수수료로 돈 꽤나 만졌겠네요 물론 규정 숙지 못한 내 잘못도 있지만 유저가 직접 취소하게끔 버튼 만들어주면 참 좋겠는데 절대 만들어줄 생각 없겠죠 ㅋㅋ 서비스 점수 몇점 주냐는 알림 받고 최악 주려고 들어가보니까 이것도 바로 전환되지 않습니다 눈뜨고 코베이지 말고 이 어플 쓰려면 소비자들은 공부하셔야합니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

정말..별로입니다. 청소하고 확인할때 한명빼고 다 가고. 대충 확인하게하고 정작 보내고나서 세세히 확인하니 너무 더러워서 다시했습니다. 이사업체를 이용하는게 낫네요
Paid for aircon clean, the guy asked to change the time to afternoon. I let him change to afternoon and told him that i would not be home at that time though. Next day he complain i am not home and charge me for not showing up even though i already told him i wasnt going to be there. He didnt go in and clean the aircon but still charge fee. Why agree to come when i am not there if it is problrm? This is scam app.
이 회사 쓰면 절대 안될 회사 세탁기에서 빤 옷들에서 꿉꿉한 냄새가 나서 미소 세탁기 청소 서비스 신청했는데 한마디로 더 큰 악재가 되었답니다. 서비스 후 재조립을 잘 못했는지 옷에서 냄새나는거 빼고 잘 돌아가던 세탁기 쓸 수없게 고장나버렸습니다!!! 1. 시간 문제: 원래 오전 10시 서비스 시간이 갑자기 오전에 기사측 문자요청으로 오후1시반으로 변경 2. 세탁기 고장: 서비스 후 기사가 다음 스케줄이 있다며 급히 나감. 그 후 세탁기 돌리는데 계속 물이 나오고 세탁기 안에 물이 넘처 통 밖으로 나갈 지경이 됨 3. 서비스 측 대응: 전화로 사정을 이야기했더니 기사가 원래 고장나있던 세탁기였다고 했다고 함. 일방적으로 서비스 기사 말만 듣고 소비자말은 절대 듣지 않음 4. 환불 불가: 이미 서비스 한 내역은 환불이 불가하다고 함. 5. 기사 재방문: 같은 날 5시에 고장 관련 연락했는데 당일 재방문 어렵다고 함.

예약을 하면 클리너 배정이 안되었다고 한달동안 4번을 미루네요. 미루는것도 다름날이 아니라 일주일 뒤에 미루고 다시 똑같은 일이 반복되는것 같습니다. 고객센터에 전화에서 화내지 않고 이러먄 안된다고 건의 드렸는데 고쳐지지 않는것 같습니다. 회사가 돈을 내서라도 고객의 신뢰를 얻어야 할 시장에서 고객배치가 안되어 못온다고 한게 매번입니다. 정확히 한달에 두번 오는건데. 4번을 밀 면 기다리는사람은 어떻게 해야하는건지...
It's a rip-off app and service. It goes quick and highly convenient only when recieving your reservation whereas toooo much negligent when you want to cancel your reservation. It would say that you only can cancel a service for this week if you booked a cycle of the cleaning service. Meaning the cleaning for the next week will come to your home whatever you do unless you call the service center for cancellation.
It is very easy to make a reccurent reservation. Not possible to cancel it from the app. It is easy to add your payment card. Not possible to remove it from the app. You need to contact the app support to get such basic functions done. (Once you click on the reply, the chat disappears and no way to find the conversation again). I am out.
어플 UI 진짜 별로네요,, 실시간 상담 채팅으로 밖에 예약변경이나 취소 안받으면서 상담원연결 하루종일 안되고, 등록한 카드도 삭제하지도 못하고.. 서비스 이용하기 전에도 답답한데 사후에 문의나 AS 연결은 얼마나 안될지 아찔하네요.. 서비스부분 어플부분 개발이 많이 필요해보입니다

beside the payment for the miso i gave 20dollar tip to the person who clean our house but she just wash the dishes swip the floor and i can do this in 20~30 min the way she did. but i pay for 3hours. ㅜㅜ i tried this app so i can do every week but I'm disappointed.
두 번이나 예약한 전 날 저녁에 갑자기 일방적으로 취소하고 문의하면 어쩔수없다는 말 뿐이네요 이럴거면 애초에 왜 예약이 완료되었다고 알림을 주는지 이해가 안됩니다. 이제 안쓰려구요.
별 한개도 안까운데.0개는 없네요. 예약을 해도 사람을 안보내주고 전날 저녁에 일방적으로 안된다고 통보옵니다.

카카오페이는 개인정보 유출하기 때문에 안쓰는데 카카오페이 밖에 지원 안하는군요. 이용이 힘드네요
Service has been horrible since I moved to Jongno-gu. Move in cleaning was 240,000w. All they did was mop the floors. Didn't clean light switches, windows sills, bathroom walls, counter tops, or the front of cabinets. I contacted, and they said they would "retrain" and offered a 35,000w. Had 3 other cleanings since, and 2 have been absolute trash. Contacted and sent pictures again. Got the same line about "retraining" and offer of 15,000w. Seevice isn't worth the money.
