It was great until this last week it's been messed up not counting my days or giving me daily tasks just shows up blank or just spins my games are not showing up something has to give I'm missing out on a lot of points and I've been a dedicated multiple times a day everyday player I never thought I would ever lower my star ratings count on here but if they fix it and make it right I will edit or change it or make a new review TRY FIXING THE NEW ISSUES AND BUGS YOU JUST REPLACED THE OLD ONES WITH

Literally wished this was the first app I ever installed. Before installing any other games.. I've made 10$ the first 2 days so far. but now I can't login
Mistplay will not work on WIFI after the latest update. I have emailed support and they will not respond.
the app is completely unusable right now. keeps telling me to refresh but nothing happens still nothing on the main page. tried uninstalling and now i can't even log in because of some error code
after grinding for weeks for £15 worth of Tesco vouchers they blocked my account pathetic Scam Scam Scam !!!!
Error filled, do not download, they si not fix. Game worked fine upon first download. First error I ran into was if you searched a game by name and tried to download it, it wouldn't work. Emailed support, was told it was a known issue. Searched the web, seems it's been an issue for years. Had a login streak of over 200 and did daily tasks to earn points. Now thr game app can go days not being able to log in breaking the streak. Error trying to redeem gems, now can't log in.
I've emailed support 3 more times after they again asked if I really want to delete my account and they still haven't deleted it....what is the big deal
gonna have to say the app is a none start does nothing gives nothing not even points it's like the app is completely glitched frozen hacked or something even worse I don't have time for this it's useless move on people....
You don't earn nothing except for aggravation.
It pays you if you play a mobile game through the app, but takes a long time for you to earn money if you aren't spending in the mobile games it rewards gems for. Also you can't tell it to stop showing you games you aren't interested in (even if you reported the game in question for bad practices), and the search function doesn't work. Also if you switch phones it stops rewarding gems for games you downloaded on your own device.

BEWARE! This app is bait and switch. They claim you can earn money by playing games, but if you actually earn and cash out they suspend your account and accuse you of using bots, emulators or scripts. This is a total scam. If you don't want anyone to earn any money and cash out then why offer this app. I'm sure they've already made money off of all of my data they collected!
it does not work 😔
everything was fine at first for about a week, then I cashed out a visa gift card with my points to be told a few days later that my account was on hold for violation of terms of use section 8.1. I appealed it and was told that my account was now suspended due to the same reason. after I reread the terms of use for the 3rd time nothing made sense so I asked if someone could answer me as to what was specifically violated they could not answer just see terms of use section 8.1
I gave this app only one star cause it takes too long to earn points.
it worked great for the first few weeks. I gathered enough points for a $10 gift card then after that you are limited to getting just a $5 card unless you spend money in a game. then out of nowhere they locked my account where I couldn't get anything, saying I was in violation of terms of service 8.1 I didn't try to cheat, use bots or vpns or use multiple accounts. I tried to contest it with their email support but didn't get nowhere. what a scam
I literally only had the app downloaded for less than a month and they blocked my account claiming that I violated their terms and conditions. After reaching out to support to get it corrected, I just kept getting automated messages that just kept saying that I violated the terms and conditions. I don't use an auto clicker and literally just played the games that the app advertised. My husband also randomly got blocked from the app without any explanation. I never got to cash in the points. Bad.

cant trust this when there's an advert in another game and the woman is talking to herself with toilet brush for eyebrows
none of the games would load. I un-installed and reinstalled and now it won't even let me sign in.
started off great and I have had a few amazon gift cards. However, it doesn't log the time play now, therefore not accumulating any points. The games selection is pretty poor and they are constantly booting me if I do find one worth playing. The help section is no help! I keep going back to see if it will work, but no changes. I have given up and started using testerup.
played-mistplay(172days) scrambly(130 days) freecash(103 days). earnings- *mistplay: $20;$10 pending (2-4day wait/plus fees) *scrambly: $27 with another $8.03 available (doesnt delay payments/no fees) *freecash-$30 with $15.86 available (some payments need processing/ small fee) means i obtained more rewards in two separate reward apps in less time than it took to acquire enough to collect the $20 card yall delayed for 4 days. kicker: dont need 18 games to complete tasks. consumers choice is?
It started out well, I was enjoying the games, until my account was put on hold with no warning or explanation. That's pretty frustrating, especially without any notice. I was playing a couple of games for a couple of days and noticed that I wasn't getting any credit.
took away one of the best features, the ability to hide old games you're not playing anymore from the game list
