the game app is not working. What happened?
This was the very first earn apps that I used to make a little money here and there.. I was considering coming back to earn more until I saw your latest battery of ads using Ai generated advertising. Absolutely trashy for a company like yours. The amount of money you handle, there's NO WAY you can't afford to pay artists and animators.
I use to love this app. Now unless your spending money you can't check out AT ALL. Every giftcard requires Silver status. Now I have units that I cannot use unless I want to spend money, which defeats the purpose of using these apps. Very disappointed
I loved this app until they closed my account WRONGFULLY. for inactive which was bogus. they gave my back my account with only 2000 of the over 5000 gems I had. none of my games. I was using it playing my game when they deactivated it. Will never use it again.
When i get level 2 , they removed all the games I used to make money from, and the new games became way harder. Now it’s basically impossible for me to earn even one dollar.
No longer works. After having this app for years it all of a sudden froze and quit working. It logged me out and now only gives me error codes when I try to log back in. I am very disappointed because I used it daily and now I cant.

I've used this app for a couple of years now and it was a great way to earn rewards for playing games I would have played anyway. I've cashed many times over the years but for the last few days it hasn't been tracking my play and I tried to cash out some points and that won't work anymore. The support link doesn't work either. It was a great app but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone now.
so basically I played for days and I have enough points to cash out 10 or $15 But it will only let me cash out $5.. but only once because for the 10, 15 or even 5 (after the one time) it says i have to be silver status to can out... to be silver status I have to make in-app purchases in loyalty games... So basically I got to spend money to cash out.... all that time I played was a waste...

I was unable to install Fishdom from the app. I sent a request for support twice, and they told me that my account doesn't exist with my email, even though when I tried to sign up, I was told by the app that an account already exists with my email.
Can't even see the tasks cause it says "locked reach silver status" even though I am silver status
can't use misplay, gives me an error code when I try to set it up so I'm deleting it
Terrible tracking. This app advertises great tracking in order to achieve rewards. If tracking is necessary for this app, tracking stops after 4 minutes of game play. Cache then needs to be cleared and then the mistplay app needs to be restarted. Restarted Every 4 Minutes. Points given per integral per achievement are very low (ie. play a designated game for 60 minutes for 8 points). *As to the reply I just received from mistplay: You do know why your required tracking is not working.
I have been downloading games through the app but when I go to play a game, thought the mistplay app, mistplay keeps turning off and stops recording game time. it is getting very annoying and frustrating. before the latest update this never happened
rubbish. where is the money/ payout you advertise
I've been playing games through this app for couple years. Terribly Disappointed that they've made getting Any Gift cards Silver Status which requires spending money. I'm on SS and don't have money to spend on games, hence why I have been playing games on this app to make a little bit of money every few months. I will no longer be using Mistplay, nor recommend to anyone.
I have used this portal to play games for several years. I like that I can use my brain for the games and earn gift cards. Can't stand the role play and "merge" games. i only like brain games like word games. i am now frustrated now since instead of earning points towards the next level by using skills the game, you have to play for so many minutes. There's no challenge to accomplish the game. Not happy
I have downloaded this app on 3 different devices and I can't download and play any games. I have no problem downloading the app but I can't play any. Very disappointing
way too slow to build points for gift cards, even if i quit my job and played games all day i would make more than $20 a month. they want over 2,000 points for a $10 gift card.
I am livid! If there were a way to leave negative stars I would. I have been using Mistplay for almost 3 years. Suddenly all of the gift cards are locked. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. I have redeemed many Amazon gift cards in varying denominations. Now they say that I have to increase my loyalty level by making an in-app purchase. I am using this app to earn money, not to spend it. I have over $200 worth of units that are now worthless. This app had been a great one, now it's no better than a scam.
they've recently removed all ability to redeem any gift cards. this update was without notice for all users, so all units saved up are no longer usable without paying money to unlock an unknown amount of gift card options. 0/10 DO NOT DOWNLOAD. edit- there is literally nothing "smooth" about having all rewards taken away. the only thing now available is "profile avatars" what a JOKE
This is an app that actually pays out. It's not much, but it's fun! I hope the new update hasn't changed anything like Cash Giraffes did! It's impossible to accumulate gems with that app! Was great at first, doesn't work now! if you have optimum internet it won't work. I used this app for over 3 years and it worked perfectly fine and then it stopped. When they crack down on the VPNs they DIDN'T do it correctly and now it doesn't work with optimum internet ,WHICH IS A NORMAL INTERNET PROVIDER. The app THINKS it's a VPN when it's NOT. I worked with customer service, they did nothing! Technical support is useless. Their response to my review shows that they don't actually read this.

mystery boxes are a joke and a waste

I'm not happy and will not be spending money on the games if this is how it goes when I do. I'vebeen trying to contact township support for two days.
Very few good games, all of them with very low rewards levels. It takes for ages to get some money.
