I was unable to install Fishdom from the app. I sent a request for support twice, and they told me that my account doesn't exist with my email, even though when I tried to sign up, I was told by the app that an account already exists with my email.
Can't even see the tasks cause it says "locked reach silver status" even though I am silver status
can't use misplay, gives me an error code when I try to set it up so I'm deleting it
Terrible tracking. This app advertises great tracking in order to achieve rewards. If tracking is necessary for this app, tracking stops after 4 minutes of game play. Cache then needs to be cleared and then the mistplay app needs to be restarted. Restarted Every 4 Minutes. Points given per integral per achievement are very low (ie. play a designated game for 60 minutes for 8 points). *As to the reply I just received from mistplay: You do know why your required tracking is not working.
I have been downloading games through the app but when I go to play a game, thought the mistplay app, mistplay keeps turning off and stops recording game time. it is getting very annoying and frustrating. before the latest update this never happened

I've been playing games through this app for couple years. Terribly Disappointed that they've made getting Any Gift cards Silver Status which requires spending money. I'm on SS and don't have money to spend on games, hence why I have been playing games on this app to make a little bit of money every few months. I will no longer be using Mistplay, nor recommend to anyone.
I have used this portal to play games for several years. I like that I can use my brain for the games and earn gift cards. Can't stand the role play and "merge" games. i only like brain games like word games. i am now frustrated now since instead of earning points towards the next level by using skills the game, you have to play for so many minutes. There's no challenge to accomplish the game. Not happy
I have downloaded this app on 3 different devices and I can't download and play any games. I have no problem downloading the app but I can't play any. Very disappointing
way too slow to build points for gift cards, even if i quit my job and played games all day i would make more than $20 a month. they want over 2,000 points for a $10 gift card.
I am livid! If there were a way to leave negative stars I would. I have been using Mistplay for almost 3 years. Suddenly all of the gift cards are locked. EVERY. SINGLE. ONE. I have redeemed many Amazon gift cards in varying denominations. Now they say that I have to increase my loyalty level by making an in-app purchase. I am using this app to earn money, not to spend it. I have over $200 worth of units that are now worthless. This app had been a great one, now it's no better than a scam.
they've recently removed all ability to redeem any gift cards. this update was without notice for all users, so all units saved up are no longer usable without paying money to unlock an unknown amount of gift card options. 0/10 DO NOT DOWNLOAD. edit- there is literally nothing "smooth" about having all rewards taken away. the only thing now available is "profile avatars" what a JOKE
Does NOT create a true acct when you join. notice it does not ask you for your email or any way to sign up so when you go in later on and happen to get logged off if you click on Facebook or Google or email sign on it will tell you that you don't have an account and then you have to start all over. I found out the hard way.
Could not access the buddy part of the app, so I uninstalled & reinstalled repeatedly & now can get nothing more than the mistplay logo. EDIT: i know no way to get in touch because whenever I delete it and redownload it, it's just frozen and I can't do anything with it.

lowering my star. nothing but problems. level 136 and I have made $1.00. when you have the red bubble you can't see where it's supposed to go. so 9 times out of 10 it goes wherever it wants. I can't afford to buy extra bubbles so I end up playing the same game over and over and over and over again. I'm about ready to uninstall the bubble pop. not worth the hassle. WHY is it the more bubbles you have to eliminate you get less bubbles to get launch. going to uninstall mist play

Best app ever. locked my account for NO REASON WHATSOEVER after I played for 2 days, then I opened two tickets, both of which were ignored and closed without so much as explaining what I did wrong or even any kind of response from a live human whatsoever. Opened the 3rd ticket through the support email this time, it's been 2 days already, looking forward to this one getting ignored and closed as well. Your app is a scam. edit: a week later still NO response. yes, definitely a scam.
It was a Great app. Now I can't log in and it's telling me to contact support. I have had this app since 2019 without any problems.
my games wont load, it stays stuck on the chest loading screen, nothing else would works. i get an error code.
After using this app for quite some time new I started having issues. Support stinks, takes too long to receive rewards. they want you to spend $ to qualify for many rewards this has gotten worse over time.
using AI ads is even lower than the payout.

Very few good games, all of them with very low rewards levels. It takes for ages to get some money.

What I find incredibly deceiving of this app is that it says, for example, 22,000 points get you £50 voucher... but then as you get close, it then says it's 22,500... and it creeps up. That's not on. And then, once you request your first voucher, the majority of the games drop down to paying out much, much lower rates. They expect you to spent longer and longer on games to build up less points. So it's not rewarding your loyalty. So I'm more inclined to use a different app.
I've been playing Alot for Days & barely made $1... Download it if you like playing games but as for earning real money slim to none...
I used to love Mistplay and was able to earn gift cards fairly quickly. Those days are gone. Too many coins are now required for low denomination gift cards. You are always being pressured to download new, unappealing games and to spend money in game. I would not be using Mistplay if I had spare money to spend in a game. Greed ruins yet another app.
Ok, but lately only offering garbage games. Often offers missions to play new games but recently all the offered are low payout and not interesting.
Doesn't cash out as quickly as it used to. In-game ads stop the time tracking.
