Broken app. Signed up and says has trouble signing me in. Hire new people to make your app because these people don't know what they are doing.
Toujours un problème de lettres et chiffres qui se dédoublent lorsqu'on tente d'entrer le numéro du stationnement. Et ce depuis que l'app à été lancée, c'mon guys!

can't add time to an existing session; sessions are usually 1 minute short (I pay for 20min, but I only get 19). what is this nonsense? whoever is behind this app should feel bad. and nobody wants to hear about "city regulations" garbage for not being able to extend sessions, there are easy workarounds (eg. automate starting a new session when the previous one ends). shameful!

Support refused escalation and said double charge is hid behind “agreement.” English service was restricted only to certain groups ; I had to pretend to be a new immigrant to get help. This is unacceptable for a public app.
do a better login
Removed account and app until error 481 is resolved. Followed all the steps per email and there is no issue on my end after having validated with my financial institution. Frustration seems to be on the customer service rep's end as well since they don't have the ability to fix the problem not by email (1) nor by phone (1). The tone of rep was questionable but perhaps the frustration for so many others (they said) experiencing the same problem got to them.
this app is a waste of time it logs you off everytime you have to log in and remember what password to use. total waste of time and inneficiency
worst app on the market, asks you to re-register and won't let you in. I absolutely hate it.
It is not possible to extend your parking session, as each transaction is final and processed independently from previous ones. There is no reason for this except as an explicit money grab.
It should avoid overlap paying. Money making.
Terrible app, reduces the timing when paying and always logs off every single time wasting even more time, and BE CAREFUL they will make you pay for timing even thought you dont have to. The app no ponger warns you whent he parking is free and will simpyl chatge you the next day or for parking after several hours. Pure theft

Session Timer Starts Too Early - Is this Legal? I have used this app for parking in Montreal, and each time i lose several seconds of my paid sessions and so this all adds up. Shouldn't the timer on your parking session only begin after you have selected all the required elements and pressed PAY? Seems like an unfair practice ...please fix this. Even if you are quick, after you press PAY take a close look and your session is already 30 seconds in, if not more.
account creation is down
why does it take one minute away? 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 you paid for 15 minutes, when the transaction succeeded, it starts from 14 minutes instead of 15. imagine how much money they take by doing this. also it doesn't allow extending your parking, so you have to double pay for a period of time to avoid issues.
This app charged a fee not authorized. I will now uninstall it and next time i need to pay parking, i will do it at the machine manually, you should uninstall it too.

it's replaced another app with no extra feather or capability. the other one was working fine. Waste of taxpayers' money.
Tried reset my password, and have a code sent to my email. When a check the code in the email app and go back to this app to input the code, the screen is no longer there. And I would have to ask for a new code. But if I can't check the code in another app and come back to the same screen, it's pointless. I had to use a nother device to check my email in order not to lose the code input screen. It's so annoying!
Ne marche pas avec un ad blocker... évidemment... l'autre app marchait très bien. Celle la vous track et vend vos informations personnelles tel que marqué dans leur "Politique de vie privée"...
Garbage logon scheme -- users beware! Password reset process wastes everybody's time by sending verification codes to email addresses which are not even registered as users ... and even those emails can take over 5 minutes to receive

Never works! honestly extremely frustrating app, made paying for parking in Montreal an even more miserable experience. I have to go out on the street and find a meter to complete payments in person. sigh

The confirmations are completely unclear or not functioning correctly. I entered a numbered and confirmed, but it never worked and got a ticket. It's the second time I've add a failed confirmation without knowing.

I came to park and found out that my parking app no longer worked as Montreal had transfered to Mobocité. Was never able to get the new app up and running so I parked anyway. Big mistake, got a $100 ticket as I was never able to load Mobicité. Since then I have spend many hours trying to load the app. Impossible... terrible job by city of Montreal. I also had to put a star just to make this note work. They don't deserve any stars.

This app is PROGRAMMED BY THIEVES! 😲 If you started the app at 14h00 and started to bring your stuff and walk out to check the plate#. Then entered it in the app, proceeded to credit card payment. Even though payment just passed at 14h05, the timer STARTED WHEN THE APP STARTED, BUT WHEN YOU PAID! Also, they want you to forget and get a ticket BY OMITTING TO ALERT YOU WHEN THE TIMER ENDED! I WROTE TO THE COMPANY, BUT THEY JUST IGNORED, BECAUSE THIS IS FREE MONEY FOR THEM!
I can't add a method of payment. it shuts the screen down and says to try again later. I've updated the app and I've been trying over and over for days. the old app was working just fine 🫤

Not having the possibility to add time on an existing parking session is a no-sense in 2026 but the app requires to create a new session, yeap...
need to get refund for unused time
works like any public service, strict minimum. need the option to add time on your parking (instead of waiting it ends to start a new session) also needs the option to "find your car" on a map, would be nice
j'avait payé sur le trotoir et après je pourrais payer autre fois avec l'app. il n'y a pas un registre?! et si je paye avev l'app je n'a rien pour placer dans la voiture comme demande avec le papier. Estl ce que je reçoit un ticket si je psye par l'app?
Interface Bugs made this app almost unusable. When typing, It added random letters on almost every keystroke. I barely managed to enter the parking spot number after 10 minutes of fiddling.
While functional, the app prioritizes city profit over user experience. It would be fairer if users could stop the parking session when leaving early, instead of losing unused time.
