DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP! I bought 232 credits to send 17 pages to South Korea. I had to divide this into two faxes as it's only possible to send 12 pages at a time. Both attempts to send the pages failed although the fax number was correct. After checking my balance, my credits were reduced to 178 even though the service did not work. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS, it's a scam!!! Update: credits are gone again and after trying for hours fax did not send out, customer service is not responding anymore

AND TO MAKE SURE I EVEN WENT ON THE WEBSITE AND ALSO REFAXED THESE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS IN NOBODY RECEIVED THEM BUT YET IT'S GOING TO STATE THAT THEY WERE DELIVERED I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
System crashes EVERY TIME I try to add pdf documents despite the $4.99 purchase of 220 credits. Worked on these forms from 7am to 2pm! Him, can you spell F R U S T R A T I O N ?????
I just read in this app I'll get 1 free page and I didn't get the free page instead I decided to not go any further with this app I got another one. And I didn't have any UNTRUTHS from it. DON'T DO BIZ WITH A LIAR

Bad application.
Well I bought the credits to fax some documents and it did not send and does not work for me. I emailed the company and requested my money back but have no response and haven't had a response for over month. Bad service.
I uninstalled it immediately. Not as user friendly as it appeared to be
No matter how hard I tried, everytime I opened the app, within seconds it would shutdown. Restarted my phone and kept trying, still would not stay open longer than a few seconds. The 1 time it stayed open, I clicked on the store to buy credits then it shutdown. After a couple more tries I just finally deleted it because it would not let me get past the first page without completely shutting down.
This app does not work... Please return my credits to me. We are unable to send & receive faxes in South Africa using this app. Very frustrating.

the app used to be amazing, but I've been trying to use it with $20 in fax credit and it keeps crashing. extremely disappointed and would like a full refund if the issue remains unresolved. I just trying emailing using your contact info provided and it was kicked back for improper configuration. I've seen others have had similar issues and the response is to contact mobifax, but your contact info does not work!

Rubbish didn't work
I'm from south africa i used your service because it was reliable not anymore. Google pushing updates to waste our data and enrich the cellular networks at our cost and all our apps we use become more unusable. Just have to look at reviews to see the amount of unhappy people. All this updates is just a money racked and we pay the cost. Now faxing from your service to south africa not working and i have 36 credits can do nothing with.
