Worst WiFi. Absolutely cannot find your network no matter how close the router is moved. Garbage app.
App is pretty much useless. Generator says 20% Wi-Fi signal, app says 0%. Doesn't show the actual date/time of the generator, which was off the first time it exercised at 1:30am!!!! it was suppose to exercise at 1:30pm.

since the update, it wants mere to re-register my generator then won't accept it. I'm paying for monitoring I can't use and the support is lacking. really not happy

saysy generator tested successfully even though it does not. the exercise on demand button is a premium feature of course. so I have a brand new generator that does not work and cannot be tested without paying more. it's my generator! let me test it with the flip of a button!

Constantly disconnecting and won't reconnect easily. The router isn't far away either.
I can't ge t the app on my phone. it is in the play store but I can't get it to its app alone
No notification when generator turns on?! What good is this app without that?! No notification when it turns off and returns to standby mode?! Finally allows more than one generator, but only 2! (I need to monitor my home, cabin, business and Mom's house.) Ridiculous they require a subscription for basic functionality control, totally unethical/snakey. Now bugging me for "MAINTENACE DUE - REQUEST SERVICE". I've already performed the maintenance myself and can't make the stupid message go away.
Barely provides desired information. Since platform changes, it is a challenge to login. Desired fixes: 1) Make it work better with Brave. 2) Add check box so user can stay logged in. 3) Add check box to not ask for 2FA again. 4) create menu items that can reverse 2 and 3. 5) Previous app provided more details with better ui/ux. Bring all that info back. 6) fix issue after entering UN, PW, and 2FA, it stays on auth page and must use back button which either logs me out or finally logs me in.

The app is fine at first glance, clean enough, works well enough. But once you start looking for anything actually useful, you quickly realize it’s all locked behind yet another paywall. After spending thousands on the generator itself, being asked to cough up a monthly fee just to access the features that should have been included feels less like added value and more like just another a cash grab.
