Constantly disconnecting and won't reconnect easily. The router isn't far away either.
I wish this app would let me know when the generator has a problem, like a ping or a ding or something that will notify me to check the app. Today was a very good reason for this notification. If I had not been playing with my phone, I would have never found out I had an ECODE 2800. PLEASE 🙏 fix this. After the 04-21-2026 password update and following all of the instructions, all I get is the trying to load the information, and then it will kick me back to the app store.
The app installed no problem. I had to reboot my phone to get the app to work. it set up my account and verified with the email. The captcha security is annoying because it's so slow. I then tried to add my generator but it said the serial number was already in use. I restarted the app and after I logged in it said I had to enter my information so I could set up an account. something's really messed up.
update issued without providing documentation in advance. not a great plan.
One star so far. Will change IF the app ever gets past the signing you in load screen. Galaxy S10+ running Android 12.
No notification when generator turns on?! What good is this app without that?! No notification when it turns off and returns to standby mode?! Finally allows more than one generator, but only 2! (I need to monitor my home, cabin, business and Mom's house.) Ridiculous they require a subscription for basic functionality control, totally unethical/snakey. Now bugging me for "MAINTENACE DUE - REQUEST SERVICE". I've already performed the maintenance myself and can't make the stupid message go away.
Barely provides desired information. Since platform changes, it is a challenge to login. Desired fixes: 1) Make it work better with Brave. 2) Add check box so user can stay logged in. 3) Add check box to not ask for 2FA again. 4) create menu items that can reverse 2 and 3. 5) Previous app provided more details with better ui/ux. Bring all that info back. 6) fix issue after entering UN, PW, and 2FA, it stays on auth page and must use back button which either logs me out or finally logs me in.

The app is fine at first glance, clean enough, works well enough. But once you start looking for anything actually useful, you quickly realize it’s all locked behind yet another paywall. After spending thousands on the generator itself, being asked to cough up a monthly fee just to access the features that should have been included feels less like added value and more like just another a cash grab.
