The version issued by CBP is free. Why are these guys trying to charge my card? How do I cancel?
Well I filled it out. But there was no where to present it. So it was just wasted time. Then they split the US Customs apps into 2! 😡 MBP & Global Entry. Hope you picked the right one.

It says get started and you push that button. To hell with that. Is uninstalled.
Downgrading based on update and loss of functionality and privacy erosion. Will not install nor recommend. ########################## Worthwhile app to have. Can help clear you through TSA faster than usually is the case.
I keep getting redirected to update which I've already done. Frustrating
App is completely useless. IIRC it used to do more but now all it does is tell you to install the cbp app. Waste of bandwidth and storage.
The app says an update is available but won't let me get it. I'm stuck going back and forth between the app and the app store. Useless.

I went in to the app to prepare for an upcoming trip and verify that my passport information was stored (which was the only real value to the subscription) and realized it was just a redirect to the CBP app. Then researched, and found out that the app has been discontinued since early 2022-Which was BEFORE they charged me for the current year- SHADY!!
The app is just a link to the one you really can use.
This app is a scam. It's a paid app that just redirects to the actual free app. Don't download.
I canceled this subscription in 2019 and they've been charging me every year. I have the receipts that they have been charging me and everytime I contact them they say "you have to cancel through google" and I show them that I DID and have a screenshot and they say it's not their fault.
Just charged me again but offer no services now for customs support. Seems to be income source with no real services.
This app still charged me an annual subscription fee even after CBP's MPC app completely replaced it. Please stop this indefensible pattern to continue.

Did not store my information, which was the only reason to pay for Mobile Passport Plus.
The company seems to have discontinued the Mobile Passport service., I wasn't notified and did not receive a refund.
The app used to be great and now that it was taken over by the gov it neve works. It's just as much a headache as dealing with the customs people themselves.
It won't open after download and installed.
Mobile passport not available at MCO when i arrived on 2 Feb at 18:45. Wonder why? I purchased a one year subscription in early Jan 2022, on Feb 1st Mobile Passport by Airside was no longer in use and CBP was offering it free. Of course, Airside knew this when they took my money. So, I paid 14.99 to use the app one time. Almost feels like a scam.

App started charging in order to pull up my info and photo. And it doesn't even allow entry anymore. I don't know what happened, but it just seems like a scam at this point. The real app is now Mobile Passport Control by the US CBP.
I just discovered that the core functionality of the app silently (for most customers) ceased in January 2022 but the developer is continuing to charge customers a hefty annual subscription. The company's response to other customers angered by this (see response to Marc C below) is disingenuous. Translation: "We're not fraudulent but we are ethically challenged." Wonderful. Original app was 5 stars; now 1 star but only because zero stars isn't allowed.
Install the CBP MPC app instead.

Pointless, just redirects to another app
I used to use this app and it was great. But now when you install it, it just tells you to install another app named CBP. This app is a waste of time.
Paid for Plus version, and now on trip shows me as free. Ripped off.
Mobile Passport is No longer used by CBP, why are they charging? Want my money back!!!!
Unfortunately CBP cannot process my submission at this time. Unfortunately, your app didn't even save what I tried to submit, making my only option to start over. But your app did ask me to upgrade to the paid version about 5 times. So unfortunately I'm unable to rate your app any better than 1 star at this time.

I can't seem to cancel this and stop them charging me every month. This is borderline criminal.
No longer works like before. Have to have other app. You should automatically unsubscribe people when an app ceases to do what it was created for. Unsubscribe me or we can go to court.

Agreed. This is fraud. The only benefit is it points you to another app that does what it used to do. They are both obsolete. ... After reading the developers response I have this to say... If I'm paying $20 a year to have my passport information saved so it's an easy 1, 2, 3 but all of the sudden they don't save my information, what did I give you money for? What services were made available to me for the money I gave you? NOTHING
Brware! They take your money. The service offered is not provided and they declined to refund your money back. A total fraud!
THIS IS NOW FRAUD!! No longer has anything to do with passport but still takes your $$ I have used this app for years, it worked as advertised, but that silently ended in Feb 2022. No email was sent out, no messages, and they still charged me for the annual subscription a few weeks later. Paid for a 100% useless app with no way to get a refund.

It seems I, and others, have been charged for services not rendered. I was charged after the app changed to this useless waste of programming. I suggest the developers of this app reimburse every subscriber immediately! Please explain to us in detail what service is being provided in return for our money. Explain how this app still provides the service to which it originally justified said subscription. At this current time the the statements above provide data that correlates to Fraud and Theft
Useless. This app deletes your passport information everytime there is a "major" update. These updates happen every 2 to 3 months, and don't appear to have any major improvements. You're better off just saving a picture of your passport on the cloud
New CBP includes passport scanning free
Aa soon as a paid said app no longer exist u have to download another app. Did not even work on my trip
This app is no longer supported by US Customs, they only support using Global Entry which you have to have TSA and costs 100 every 5 years. Can't get money back from this as it auto updated.
I want to have my data deleted. How do I do that now that the app has been depreciated?
