App is useless, last 4 times I fly back into the US (JFK/EWR) there is no dedicated MPC lane. Great idea, poor execution.
All I get is we've encountered an error. Try again at another time.

The app is fine. Straightforward and simple to use. The issue is MPC doesn't actually exist (at least at ATL). The ground staff didn't seem to know where to direct me as there is no special MPC qeue. I was tossed in the "Special" line which took longer then the regular queue. When I asked the Immigrations official about it she just laughed and said "we don't use that".
It keeps saying cannot connect to Internet but my device is connected to the Internet useless

I downloaded the app and filled out all the required information before i arrived at Pearson Int'l Airport. When arrived to the airport I went into the app to submit my information and got a message that transmission error and that it could not be processed and to proceed to regular customs lineup which I stood in for 45 min. There was no one in the MPC line, where I should have been.
JFK NY - DO NOT BOTHER! unfortunately the intention is well meaning but if the airport is staffed by lazy individuals this is pointless. Two trips back to back 6 months apart, MPC is not honored "Not working" is the best explanation the foreign sounding staff lady gave us. Meanwhile the app allowed us to waste 20 minutes filling out forms and taking photos for nothing

difficulty adding travel document. says it needs my document then when I scan it it says it is a duplicate.
App is glitchy. I had to scan my passport 3-4 times before it worked. Needs improvement
Horrible experience in Miami. The agent questioned our group extensively. We used this app to save time and we almost missed our connecting flight!

every time I try to use this app, I have to uninstall it and start over. then the MPC line is closed anyway.

little difficult to use
the app seems to work ok, but when we got to customs in Boston's Logan airport, we were told MPC lines were closed and had to wait in a long line at 11:30 am with everyone. so in my case at least, it was pointless.
