I can't access the files on the device that I created
am so disappointed with this app every time I tried scanning my documents they came out missing part of the information, like information can't be read at some parts of the document big mess
extremely unintuitive and buggy app. It takes multiple pictures of the same page in quick succession, with seemingly no way to delete duplicates before it saves into a pdf file. Speaking of pdf file, the file is accessible from the app itself, sure, but there is no intuitive way to actually access the file outside of it, like in my documents folder.

I emailed and kindly requesting for a refund. you can deduct penalties.

very poor app. they initiate charging someone even without their consent. no authorization. in as long as there is a goggle account connected to app they simply charge you. very frustrating. I clicked on refund basis but the refund is yet . I don't use the app regularly i wonder why it tricked me on free trial but later deducted me. I'm still looking forward to getting a refund. otherwise if you use it daily it can be helpful

This was TERRIBLE, could not scan a simple image every attempt reminded me of 1980's TV when you couldn't get a proper signal, and it was just blurred lines

Do all the work, then get cheated. I wanted to try this, and saw there was a free test period. I did lots of scanning, adjusting, etc., and was pleased with what I had. And then - to save or export, you have to sign up. And imagine this - it then told me I wasn't "eligible" for the free trial. In other words, I would have had to subscribe even to just save my work. That was an instant app. delete. Abusive and stupid. Google should purge such apps from its store, and I've reported it.

I experience the same issue about subscription, I got charged 1,200 peso when I only click the 3 day trial and deducted on my account without my permission, and they did not take full action of my refunding, very very bad experience ‼️‼️
this app did not save documents to pdf. this was an unreliable app. cancelling within trial period still charged subscription. After several emails no refund was offered.
don't use this app, because I accidentally clicked on the 7-day trial and ended up paying for a full year's subscription. I hope I can get a refund.

while the app has some functionality for pdf scanning, its way to expensive and if you dont pay to much attention, you gonna get charged after 7 days😔
