This app does not even let me continue my 7 days FREE TRIAL without purchasing and subscription, a WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY, this app is woece than anything I have encountered before, what we do for money these days, DO NOT GET IT

If i could give zero stars, i would. Cancelled the subscription two months ago and it still keeps taking out £45 every month. Absolute scam.

I canceled and still charged
I needed a file scanned to turn something in on a very short notice. this app took me multiple tries of getting the file to not start over. and when I finally had one I needed it was telling me I had to pay to save and export it. disgusting.

am so disappointed with this app every time I tried scanning my documents they came out missing part of the information, like information can't be read at some parts of the document big mess
extremely unintuitive and buggy app. It takes multiple pictures of the same page in quick succession, with seemingly no way to delete duplicates before it saves into a pdf file. Speaking of pdf file, the file is accessible from the app itself, sure, but there is no intuitive way to actually access the file outside of it, like in my documents folder.

Stated 7 day free trial, took payment for a year subscription straight away
just like other costumers, a deduction of 1 year subscription was automatically deducted from my account without a confirmation from me. I am quite disappointed since payment proceed without further approval knowing that I secured my account, whereas I need to approve before payment proceeds but sadly it did not happen. I emailed and kindly requesting for a refund. you can deduct penalties.
