These last few reviews about the transactions deleting are happening to me. I've emailed 3 times with no response. I pay for the premium subscription and I've used this app for years. I don't understand why my transactions are being deleted as soon as I try to change one. I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and when it reinstalls my transactions are there, but they delete as soon as I try to update them. This stared happening right after my subscription renewal was charged.
I've been using this app for more than 8 years. I paid for the app in the 1st week of September 2024. All my transactions were erased, and I had to add everything again. Now I get the update, and it went back to zero. I have to start all over again. I am very disappointed. I emailed twice for each time it happened, and no one responded. Your email is not blocked.
Customer service sucks. You'll write to get multiple times with no response. This app used to be great, NOT anymore.
As of 2024- reports do not work for some reason. The app crashed Everytime I run a report. No solution! I did reach out still no solution.
I use this app but when I try to goto mobill website on my PC my antivirus bitdefender goes crazy and blocks access to mobill website. Why? And when I click the button that says "I understand the dangers, please take me there" Bitdefender comes back again "second time" and blocks my access even after clicking take me there anyways. So my Bitdefender is being very stringent on not letting me into mobill website.
Was a 5star app until last update. REMOVE THE ADS! I even pay for the premuim and I get pop up ads when trying to do my budget? Noooo. If not removed by next month I'll delete and use one of the other thousand budget apps out there.
Horrible ads experience, too many features locked behind paywall.
The latest update has rendered this MoBill app practically useless. I cannot even mark a bill paid because the certain fields in the app don't even respond to selection taps. The change in the UI has made the experience frustrating overall.
This use to be MY FAVORITE app!!! Now it's garbage with all the ads and having to purchase some benefits that were once free...
So now it's Android's fault! "Unfortunately I cannot do anything about installation issues as the installation process is managed by Android." No offer to reimburse me in full? or restore an older version? I hope you get with Google/Android and fix this issue. BTW, my old phone is a Samsung, so is my new phone. Which installed all of the other apps that I use, why is it your app will not uninstall app and everything in the sandbox? Then install with an empty sandbox/data?
App crashes when you try to open it. I've uninstalled it many times and still the same issue. Was working great untill I updated it and now I cant use it.
Update is horrible. Can't view 1 month at a time. It bunches the months and totals together. Can't view remaining balance to be paid when flipping the ph. Not sure whe these updates were made. Useless.
The Cloud Sync doesn't seem to work. All the transactions that I deleted come back every I sign in to Cloud. I logged on online app.mobillbudget.co.uk to try delete my Cloud Account and Data and the button doesn't work. Nothing works, even Summary. I get 500 ¦ Server Error
It used to be great for years and now there's forced ads. Uninstalling and finding something else that doesn't pop a video when you check something off.
I hav been using this for weeks and now it's really not letting me use it at all?? Something about back up but needs all my info??????
Useful app, but one big annoying thing is; if you want to edit series, it will not allow you move date from that initially created date even after deleting the whole series. I have to enter with different name. Big drawback. Update: emailed 3 days ago with detailed info of the issues to the support email mentioned in the reply, but so far no reply from developer. Update 2: Thanks for your quick reply, but unfortunately no email received from support (yes I checked the spam/junk folder also).

Used to be handy, but now has very intrusive ads that constantly pop up. Will be looking for another option.
Stopped working after the 2-28-2023 update.....
I am uninstalling and reinstalling hoping that the decrease bill option will work. It is not allowing me enter amount other then total amont due. If this feature don't work i will probably not keep past 7 day trial.
