I've taken some classes at different yoga studios that use this app but are in different cities and I hardly ever go there. the app does not allow me to remove them. also the fact that I have to select the studio then go to classes then choose the class instead of just showing me. the classes that are available on the day is poor UI design to say the least
By far my least favorite yoga booking app, terrible end user experience with complicated unintuitive slow workflows for booking, memberships, just everything. If you travel and visit a studio once, it's now in your list of providers to click thru forever, as neither the studios nor app support know how to remove it. So on top of studios paying hundreds of dollars per month for this garbage, Momence tacks on absurd fees on top of client's payments - from 1-2% over what Stripe charges, even ACH.
Well, I'm hoping a developer will see this and answer my question. I cannot figure out how to delete a host from the app. I have tried everything from within the app and searched on the web. I also tried to access Momence's own help function, which they say exists, but is impossible to access, at least for a user rather than the business. I'm sick of having businesses that I was just checking out and never patronized still sitting there staring at me in the app.

Currently can't load the content on the app as I'm getting the following error: "hostlds has to be array of integers", even after uninstalling & reinstalling.
The search function has disappeared so can't search for business so can't book classes. There is NO WAY to find support, the "send us a message" button takes you to a page boasting about how responsive they are with no way to actually message then. The 5 star reviews are all from people who don't understand they're supposed to be reviewing the app, not the fitness studio they attend. It doesn't help us to know that some place in Chicago does great pickleball games ffs.
Seems like a good app......when it works. Unfortunately, the majority of the time is just a black screen, or more annoyingly it won't even let me sign in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a number of times which can sometimes fix it temporarily.

The app just stalls, won't open. I reinstalled it, same problem.
Can't do more than one booking transaction at a time with a $3 fee per transaction. With three individuals doing multiple bookings, price gouging much?

The slowest app I have ever used
Just so very average. Updates the app binary fortnightly, with no benefit. Keeps asking to enable notifications. No thanks. No easy to access historical data.
absolutely massive app...
not android friendly
App will not load data on Android, hasn't worked in a month. Emailed developers, no response. Have had to go on desktop computer for or mobile browser to book classes.
no support and difficult to manage. Google Play reviews is the only way I can find to communicate with this company - the links for support go round in circles.
App is very bad at handling gift voucher credit, in fact, it doesn't. You should be able to apply the credit from your voucher to your account, but with Momence you have to go back to your email, find your voucher code and enter it for every booking. You also have to try and track yourself how much credit is on the code still.
