★★★★★ "I was under the impression that I could keep a food log with this app, like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer, but for tracking FODMAPS. You can't, no way to log food to see cumulative impact. It's not allowing me to request a refund. What a joke.…" - Jessica Roy Mitchell

I was under the impression that I could keep a food log with this app, like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer, but for tracking FODMAPS. You can't, no way to log food to see cumulative impact. It's not allowing me to request a refund. What a joke. Clunky search UI for food library. Not worth 9$. I'd like to edit my response to the developer that I think logging would have excellent benefits to see if fodmap stacking impacts your day and track trends over time.
search feature doesn't search.

wasted time and money on the app and the book, app is difficult to follow and understand, app isn't worth the money, the book over half of the recipes I wouldn't eat .....very disappointed.
The app sucks. Do NOT waste your money. The search function in the app doesn't work. No matter what I search I don't get an answer. This app is a scam
The UI on this app is horrible, I really dislike that it's missing basic foods but has a bunch of sponsored ones and I really wish I could get my money back for this
Every food item i search says it's low fodmap even things like white bread. How is that possible? If there are certain recipes that are low fodmap, where is the recipe when I click on that food item? Complete waste of money.
This app does not help me to understand what I can or cant exactly eat to help me with my diet. I wasted my money. I need a refund.
Not worth $9. App interface is clunky and unintuitive. FODMAP information SUS and inconsistent. Google AI has been a more useful tool than this app. Highly discourage using this app.
The searching is extremely inconsistent, and Monash gives you essentially zero actual usable information - nowhere in the app does it actually show the amount of any types of fodmaps in foods (even though they already did the lab testing and have the data), it just uses a ridiculous green/yellow/red system (with inconsistent portion sizes). Following a low fodmap diet is already hard enough, I really hope at some point in the future Monash stops being so anti-consumer. What a waste of $9.
This app is disappointing, it only has a limited number of items at your average grocery store. Spoonful is way better
missing all kinds of food that i searched for. app eclipsed by AI. but double check AI sources.
Kinda useless app tbh, i saw people praising it as a must have for FODMAP. But it feels very meh. Maybe a few years ago I would use it but since it doesnt have specific brands I'd rather use AI for real time check ups to be 100% sure. Especially useless in Sweden
Searching for stuff is a bit of a nightmare as the search function is slow, auto completes the search without proper search filtering and has a quite a lot of missing foods. Diary feature is terrible as writing more than 4 or 5 lines makes the text dissappear behind the keyboard, making it super annoying to write. No barcode scanner makes it difficult to find products. Food database is very limited. Too few recipes which include no fodmap description or totals.
Not bad, just wish there was more to it. Seems pretty limited for $10. Could update and add more recipes, a barcode scanner to check for fodmaps, all sorts of things could be incorporated into this. best part is the diary, but not worth the money, can easily do this in a spreadsheet.
2 weeks in, I don't really see how this app is useful. I really just needed the food list. As far as I can tell the diary is only useful if youre handing it off to a dietician to review. No built-in analytics, no barcode scanning. No way to add a filter for other restrictions outside of FODMAP. I'll keep using for a while, if it somehow becomes useful I'll change my rating.
The country filter under Low fodmap foods does not seem to work, seeing the same list despite only selecting the USA. Don't want to endlessly scroll to find US foods.
pretty incomplete the most basic foods are not in here. You can't even find a rating for rasins. It's full of various pre packaged items which is beginning to look like that's all it's for. I actually cook and am still having to look up most of the basic ingredients online because this app hardly includes any of them.
there's alot of foods out there not on this app , feels mainly focused for America . feel a bit ripped off by the cost
