App and kiosks at stores/pharmacy store are unreliable. I entered correct account and personal details, but the app keeps saying they’re incorrect. I visited multiple stores (CVS, Walmart, etc.) and all kiosks were unavailable or down this whole year. Cashiers couldn’t help at register. This wastes time and blocks important payments. The app needs notifications for outages and a way to pay directly with a bank card at home if stores are unavailable. Major improvements needed for MoneyGram.

Theft on conversion
Very unclear if the quote includes the new customer discount. To make it even more confusing, the quote on the phone app is different from the quote on their website. And even worse, I see two diff fees for the exact same transactions with the exact same means of payment in the quote on the phone app. What a mess.
wasted my time and got disabled when I hit send
Every time I sent money the exchange gets lower and lower. I have been sending the same amount for over 6 months and every time the exchange is less and less. I will looking for a better app to used. The website is always done. I have uninstall and reinstall every time I need to use it. It is a really crappie app. I do not recommend it.

very expensive to send money lot of hidden fees.
could not get my last name in for one thing and then it didn't like the address or anything so couldn't get registered

has stopped responding when trying to resend payments. crashes out everytime, and I have to go to the website to proceed
tried to send money through the app. moneygram ended up canceling the request and blacklisting my name. I can't send money through the app or going to Walmart anymore. trash app and trash company.

Troubleshooting a problem that was from your end is like pulling teeth without anesthesia.
I have my family information already in your system and it asks me all the time to input all the information over again and again. Then I have to uninstall the app to install it again to be able to input all the information again. I may need to find another app that doesn't cause so much trouble!! Is good but it takes long when you are asking over and over for each person information.
your rates are too cheap the exchange is 230 for 1 door
I live abroad. Once, every 3 or 4 monthly transactions is flagged and I have to call and waste 20 minutes of my life verifying who I am and pay overseas calling charges. I log in using a fingerprint and then still have to wait for you to send a text so I can verify who I am again. Do you seriously think someone cut off my finger and used it? If they are already in my phone, what is the point of sending a verification text when you are sending it to the phone they are using?
