This is absolutely thee worst App I've ever encountered! They say it is partnered with Money Mart, and CVS. I have used moneygram for years.And it worked great. all of a sudden it quit working.And I have not been able to get it to work for months. i have deleted the old app and reinstalled it.And it still doesn't work.I am sick to death of you.I wish you would fix your damn app

Doesn't work properly
worst online transfer experience, I've been sending money with them for years, I started using the app, upon sending money they asked for ID and selfie verification, then told me the transfer couldn't complete, I had a chat with their rep wo closed my account, I went to a local branch, they were not able to make a transfer because of an error they did not understand. both reps were from India.the worst customer service.
junk. slow. hard to navigate . ads cover the content.
So, I tried to send money with their app, but they blocked my account, saying their security wouldn't let me. Now I have to go to their store in person and pay extra fees just to send the money. What a rip-off! Scam artists in disguise.
i have an account but its block i cant even open.and they just judge unfairly. I dont even know whats the reason why they blocked my account.
always hang when you try to use send again feature
I had just made an account and tried my first transfer because it advertised 0 dollar transfer. when I did it, it was not 0 dollars! that is false advertising. I tried to talk to customer service but they were dismissive and rude and didn't help me at all.
Do not use! They discriminate against other countries even if you are sending money for family support, they are a worthless company that doesn't deserve 1 star but that is as low as you can rate them!
They refuse to send money to my friends in Costa Rica saying it's a security risk to protect me, but I'm sending money to someone I've known for many years. What a useless company.
MoneyGram as an organization is a joke. They hide behind fraud prevention, but when my wife had her wallet stolen in Italy and needed cash, this outfit decided they didn't like me, with no other reason, and closed my account and profile before I could get her needed funds. By the way they still have my credit card information and I can't go in and delete it. My profile and account are closed by them.
1st time using. we will see going forward how well and dependable this app is.
