FRAUDS stay away. or do not agree to any of their programs. I found them because I wanted an online cash advance. I got my cash advance, I paid it back, but then found that I'm enrolled in program that charges $20 a month, and then on top of that I'm enrolled in a Credit Builder Plus program that charges $42+ a month. I have asked them numerous times to stop charging me for these crazy programs, yet they keep charging my bank account. Nothing I do can stop them from charging my account. AVOID.

This app is effectively financial spyware that is actively pilfering and foraging through your data whether you're using the app or not. Use at your own risk. Quick money is convenient, but you pay a price later, often with more than the necessary funds to pay off the immediate financial problem you hoped to solve in the first place. This company and it's app are based entirely on this model. It's advertised to low income individuals. Be honest and respectful of yourself and think about that.

money stealing, lack of customer service and has hidden fees take money out of the blue out of the account. have paid the full balance but still making you pay again and not giving you a option to do the partial payment & not getting cash advance(HAVE BEEN WARNED).
they are something else IS all I have to say i was a top customer and I got hacked and now they are treating me like i did it and making me start from scratch and lost everything that I built for 8 years with them
For some reason when I try to access funds or check on daily updates the app automatically glitches and I have to power my phone off to clear it!
difficult to get your money back from them
I would be very careful using this app I was charged $20 for the credit builder and I didn't even sign up for it not to mention I did revoke my ACH authorization for them and they still charged me

Do not use this app to apply for a loan It is a scam. They will keep forwarding you to different websites where you stupidly reenter your information until you give up because you realize there is no loan to be offered. then, you will get 500 spam emails and 500 spam calls from people claiming to have money to loan you. If that's not a scam I don't know what is. luckily I am too poor for someone to even be able to steal my identity. let me know when the class action is up. would love to join.
The app is so glitchy that the customer service rep will recommend you use CashApp/Venmo. The glitches will cost you money. Their customer service is terrible and not helpful. They said they are unable to assist. Looking forward to not using it again.

if it was a negative star moneylion would get 10 of them . Stupid me...I was with moneylion for a few months until I changed my husband's VA direct deposit to go to my roar account. His name isnt on my bank so when the money came they closed it saying they need verification from the veteran which was fine. upon sending the documents we WAITED AND WAITED. still nothing now 9 days and are bills are due they failed to return the 4000 back to the VA or open my account. this is a scam

asks for tips even though you're already paying them will also automatically add tips to your transactions with them so watch out for that
I used moneylion 6+ years ago and I did not have access to my old email nor did I remember the phone number I had then. In order to update my new number or email I had to give them either my old email or my old address and phone # that was linked to my account. It's annoying because I provided my social and date of birth but that wasn't good enough. It made no sense. There needs to be a better system.
This is a scam . I just oped it up look around and like a fool linked my accounts . because I thought they helped you . while I am at work my phone in a locked locker. I get a 9.99 charge for a member ship . not the best part . I took out the small loan to help with the credit so. 10 for them now pay back is 14.00 they took 9.99 and also put my account in the negative so 25 more . they won't close it so I had some one do it for me . they won't give you your money back . My back will fix it
Complete scam that will ruin your credit. They take money from your account without warning. It is impossible to cancel. Automated system makes you authenticate repeatedly. 30-minutes on the phone just to talk to somebody and he doesn't speak English but puts me on a 20 minute hold.

it will lend you money, but be careful with the tips and tapping too quick.. it says tips are optional but when you select tip next time it says money doesn't grow on trees and asks for a tip again .. you already pay a $9 fee PER advance plus the subscription... they kind force a tip get DAVES instead .

absolutely trash customer service. ontop of that they will hangup on you. its impossible to get someone that speaks proper English just to try to pay a bill.
Automatic rejection. The loans don't actually exist. It's just to get your information so they can sell it. UPDATE: They are still flooding my inbox with their so-called offers. At least 3 other lenders have joined in, so I know they sold my info to them. Again, this is a scam and it only exists to gather data for sale to other parties. Do not tell them anything, or you will never hear the end of their aggressive spam. DEVELOPER: If this isn't true, you will send a check for what you promised.
horrible! the app is so slow it makes my phone glitch they make you wait a week to transfer your own money from one account to the other internally! I only use this app if I have to and then have to delete as soon as I'm finished otherwise my phone runs so slow I can't stand it! don't do it!! chime varo or one pay are way better
you dont get the money
Account restricted over routine digital purchases, and my paycheck was held hostage during the review process. I provided everything they asked for, but there was no urgency despite clear financial hardship. Security is important, but so is access to your own money. I would not trust this bank with direct deposits again.
They sell your personal information to every website and your email gets flooded with scam offers and your phone gets called every day, and I can't even delete my account unless I call their phone. Useless people.
They Give your information away. I have been having random numbers call I barely even set up an account and I did not click the box for them to do that
the app is great, the perks are cool. but, the constant asking of a tip for cash advance is a turn off. if i press 0%, then change amount needed for advance, the tip resets to 10% and it does that twice.. its easy to accidentally hit 10% tip because you guys ask 3 times per transaction for a tip.
When cashing checks, network hangups will leave your money in limbo. Paid for express deposit, worked 2/3 times. Told 24 hours, It's been 3 days.
Too many hoops to jump through
it's cool and all but keep asking for tips whick threw me off. would of been cool but you making money no matter what but I don't need a reminder everytime. thanks.
