you have changed the way I log in now I cannot log in and when I click on the links they don't work contact you I cannot because the link doesn't work
account already registered - wrong password - would not accept numerous different attempts to create different passwords. uninstalled.
please add an option to disable the AI results. they're slower than search used to be, less reliable and get in the way. also, they regularly give vague or wrong advice

the App doesn't even open
so difficult to navigate. far too much information crammed into small spaces
Can never sign in since it changed using the same passwords across the whole site, and I am typing in the details correctly. I have to reset the password everytime to get access to Credit Club, Energy Club etc. I now given up
Clunky and buggy, waste of time, use the website.
The problem with this is that every time you go to a new page it asks you to approve cookies, so hit Essential Only, open a new page and you get asked again and again and again! This makes it unusable unless you like repetition.
