I didn't violate any rules and after researching a bit I found out that this is a frequent issue. you guys needs to own up to your mistakes and not suspend people for no reason
played for well over a year now, they have made it almost impossible to complete an album. They tell you that dice rolls, card packs and such are random, but it's a lie. Even purchasing things doesn't improve your odds. It's turned into a time killer instead of a fun game. It's become another money grab game. As for trading stickers for one's you don't have is also almost impossible, because you hardly ever get duplicate stickers worth value, tons of 1,2 and 3 star stickers, nothing higher.
Need to spend money to enjoy, lots of cheaters around so team games are pointless, don't even dream about completing an album

This game is acting unfairly by banning/suspending accounts without any valid reason. My account was over 2 years old, and I have always played without using any mods, hacks, or a rooted device. Despite that, my account was banned. When I asked for the reason, I only received a vague reply saying it was "for security reasons." This is very disappointing. Please provide the actual reason for my account ban and review my case.
Explain this?!?!? You would need 55k in flags to even get to 75k in points hitting the max 139 time. contacted customer service, and was told they would handle it but did not tell us how the event would be effected. I have the screenshot to share but can't on here.

Use to love the game but now they are freaking ridiculous they will suspend your account for 3 days then we you talk to customer service they can't even tell you the reason for the suspension the events are getting ridiculous it's harder to get the golds you need monopoly has gone down hill quick I would give a 0 rating but can't I wouldn't recommend to anyone

not worth playing now.. now you can buy flags for races so its all about who spends the most money. what a rip off. anything for profit and greed i guess.. 14,500 to complete and using 5 coins at a time you get at the most 500 point but usually it land in the 5 or 50 so you do the math it isn't difficult its impossible. its a scam. this game is only good for about 15 mins a day to cut bordem
Customer service rep cant answer questions. They leave you hanging for 8 minutes. game is rigged..Dont waste your time contacting them. They dont care.
I would've given it 0 stars but couldn't. I couldn't get my rewards for some reason then I reached out to customer service and they were not helpful at all. Just ride and unconcerned. don't bother wasting your time on this, the game is rigged anyway. Just another money grab
I used to be able to finish the album with no problem, now because there are so many gold cards I don't come anywhere near finishing the album. I'm not happy with where the game is at this stage
I paid £20 so that i could get new dice, I got them and then the next day I saw that they'd switched it to something else. I spoke to "customer service" who said that the developers had intentionally changed the dice and that it wasn't a glitch. They offered no compensation and were just shrugging me off. Edit: their reply is false, I spoke to customer service and their answer was that the dice I wanted "might" be available in another event. Which would mean I'd have to spend MORE money.
More corrupt and crooked than a loan shark or shady casino. All about spending money and not about game play. No love for loyal players, rewards aren't rewarded half the time and customer service is useless. Would give negative 5 stars if I could!

annoying,, why does it keep asking me every month to update. So here we are again from 6/25/2026. And it's still telling me to update instead of every month, it's asking every week I would love to play the game without any problems, but, nothing is better just worse thanks
