Poop garbage
Creators of this game should face criminal prosecution for falsely impersonating IT engineers. Never have I seen a more flawed app. Nothing works as it should, except the glitches. Where's the fun in playing if the game doesn't even load? It takes ages, and several stages for it to load. But then you have to exit again and re - enter, if you want all features to work properly instead of just being dead. Is that supposed to be part of its charm? Every new "update" adds new glitches.

Cheaters and limited admin assistance.
I used to love this game, but if you do not spend money you cannot complete the partner games or anything else. Can never get rolls and it makes me mad. It could be the best game ever if you could play it. Don't even get me started with the cards. I was hoping this time things would change but ...no still same, was exciting at first but then gets impossible to complete. Now I am in a race and they randomly suspended my account and will not do anything about it, and accused me of cheating.

Customer service sucks and never actually fixes the issue but instead tells you they'll look into it and if you're lucky they might give you a couple dice to keep you quiet.
Generic dev reply. All my dice disappeared(many thousands), customer service was no help. First they said they had no record of me having the dice, then said 3 different numbers of dice they claimed I had instead of the number I actually had, then said I used all the dice in a time frame where I was actively performing CPR on someone at work (medical field) and could not physically be playing the game. When I sent timestamps and screenshots they said the matter was "resolved". It wasn't at all.
suspended for some reason that they won't tell me. spend a bunch of money on the game and won't tell me what warranted the suspension. they said that dont know what exact actions of mine caused the suspension but assured me that every account suspension/termination is examined and evaluated very thoroughly. what a ridiculous response. if it was thoroughly evaluated then you'd know the reason. what a good way to lose a player
All the events and mini games are rigged pay to play! racing is a joke when a team gets 18k points and every other team barely gets 9k!? Events mean nothing when match up are unequal.

downloaded this game in 2023, made it to a level that refused to open, deleted the game re-download it and started from the bottom. now I am stuck on the first level with it not letting me upgrade and stuck on on page after closing the app multiple times
how to fix the error show "we're sorry,an error occured requiring the game to restart? I restarted it, uninstalled and reinstalled and still Monopoly app pop out this message
wrongfully suspending accounts and wont tell you why. Mona Polly rewarded 500 dice had it back up and then it was restricted again. but no one can say why or tell you what to do to fix the issue that's probably why everybody's deleting their apps. did you know those thigh saps that you have are considered third party. if that's the case. 😠😠😠😠😠

please please STAY AWAY!!! This game is not what you think. It's meant to take your money and then if you do by chance start winning they can suspend your account or block you completely with no reason given. That is what they did to my account after playing for over 2 years and spending hundreds of dollars to win dice. Please stay away awful game! The response given let me add I did ask and was told I cheated, but couldn't explain how and I did provide proof where the dice were purchased.
Uses to much storage I have now seem to have lost all the data on the game after 3 years of playing! Help! I had it on Google play. Please have someone review it. Thank you
Absolutely unacceptable business practices. I was banned from Monopoly GO without a single warning, notice, or prior suspension immediately after spending real money on dice. When I contacted customer service for an explanation, they were completely uninformative and barely communicated, refusing to provide any specific reason for locking me out. They do not clarify individual bans. The system operates on automated triggers, and customer service acts as a wall rather than a support system.

this game use to be fun but the cheating in the races is getting ridiculous to many people either cheating doing a full pay to carry or bots . an dont bother writing customer service because they say they will "look into it' than doesn't do anything about it even with the screenshot u provide to them. I have spent alot of money on this game but obviously thats my fault for keep doing so . I'm about done with this game. getting impossible to win on events for top prizes with all the cheating
Advertises a Simpson's theme. You haven't to play multiple levels of the base game to reach Simpson's stuff. Nope.

I have opened the app to play, and it says I have to update. I have done this since the 12th of this month and still repeat the same thing. I played this game daily, which I have enjoyed. I am now going to remove it.
