scam! still billing me when I canceled because I had a third child and my children dont have time to use the app / are unable to without my supervision. will not refund, despite I don't use the service and had emailed to cancel. busy parents, stay away! app needs parental supervision. their team does not understand the complexity of balancing life with a newborn, nor do they care.
I just wish this to be listed as a paid application
I'm having trouble canceling my subscription. I tried the free trial and can't find where to cancel my subscription anywhere
In having issue with the app after switching to iPhone. Looks like the app doesn’t recognize my annual membership. The customer service replies to me once a week, the issue takes a long time to resolve
Doesn't mention that most of the app is locked behind a paywall (saying there are in app purchases doesn't inform since everything has those these days) and collects advertising information despite claims it doesn't have advert! Poorly optimised so you need a new tablet to run it (which is hardware, not software). Deceptive and predatory children's software; should be an illegal trade practice (the more so since children have expectations after running it so parents are embarrassed into paying.)
Good luck getting the sluggish app to download. I would be concerned about viruses. It's supposed to be free with the play pass. However, when it finally downloaded, I was required to sign up for a subscription and offered a 7-day trial. If it is not actually available on the play pass, why list it there? My child got so disappointed waiting & waiting & waiting for this junk to download...then once it did, nothing but problems. I un-installed and attempted to reinstall...nope. Waste of time
App looked good. Went through the setup process, very end was hit with a pay wall.
Why can't I have a 7 day free trial this game is hideous why can't you be like time table rockstars (ttrockstars) and also ttrockstars you can do times tables to change your avatar but usually you need to go to a school that does ttrockstars and the owner of this game needs to stopped for my whole career so I'm rating it 1 star it is not even fun or Educational I'm sorry for being really rude to you but you really need to know how to do tech this game is stupid so I'm deleting

Trying to subscribe (because there's absolutely nothing worthwhile or "Montessori" that's offered without paying), but I can't because it keeps telling me I need to add a payment option to my DAUGHTER'S account. I signed on with MY email, even from my own phone, and her tablet's email comes up and there's no way to switch it.

Doesn't work. The screen stays white and doesn't do anything on my phone.
Pretty much everything you click on says subscribe for $10 a month. The main page has a big subscribe button. Everywhere you go there's a subscribe button on the page and it's in you face. Every area is locked except for a few here and there where you can do the first 1 or 2 levels. Not something my 3 year old likes.

It keeps freezing and shutting down. for the prize this is unnacceptable. i wish i could get my money back. i do not recommend at all.
It never worked right. Then, even though I cancelled my subscription through the app, it turns out they were still charging me for several months after untill I fixed it through another putlet 😑 at best it is a faulty app.....at worst it's a full on scam 😡
Good app
Asks for purchases while my child is using the PAID for app!?!? Or interrupts my child to ask for location access which I refused, then the app froze. Great.
Kids used to enjoy it but stopped working or terrible performance on most of our devices.

No longer has free games. My kids LOVED the 12 free games and played them often. New update has locked ALL the games. Even the ones that were free in past. I think $10 a month is way too much to pay for a game.
Daughter loves the coding, logic and practical life part of this app. Tried to subscribe but due to the hellscape that is Google family link, family payment method and Google family library, the only way to subscribe it on my adult profile on my own tablet because this app doesn't have the family library option and you cannot have an adult profile on a child's device. This will be the reason this app is missing out on so many customers. Google blames the Devs, no doubt Devs blame google.
