I used to trust this online bank but now it's stealing money from it's customers, the customer service is poor, trust the bank at your own risk, I dont recommend and I am looking to switch.

This used to be a fantastic, smooth, reliable app. A few weeks ago, I needed it in an emergency, but out of the blue it demanded to be updated. I tried to update it, but it didn't work. I have since tried multiple times. It claims to be updating, but when I try to log in, it just says that the app needs to be updated before I can use it. I tried updating it separately from Google Play, but it says "Updating..." forever and nothing happens. The app is unusable and I have lost access to my money!

The AI Anti-Fraud system is faulty. So I used to use Monzo very often but then I closed my account as I wasn't using it anymore. Today I downloaded it and tried to sign up but it said that it can't open an account for me because apparently my account usage and their Anti-Fraud system finds me as a threat which I think is ridiculous. They should check it manually, not always depending on AI. I am very disappointed with Monzo now(

Just closed my personal account with Monzo because it blocked payments for 300£. After calling me the adviser in telling me she's there to help, she asked screenshot of my friend conversation on WhatsApp to see the bank details that he provided in order to pass the payment. After that my account was frozen for 48 hours without any explanations. I wrote second day for update and I was ignored in throwing me long usual texts. I had to believe the reviews when I read them.. Monzo Business is 0k

This app is pretty good layout but it's a nightmare to log In I tried to log in as a teen but it's says it only mainly for 16 and I wish they can improve that ideally If I want to log in don't recommend this app
