Pessima esperienza. Sto cercando di recuperare i miei soldi da agosto. Il termine di 30 giorni lavorativi è scaduto e non hanno risolto nulla. Totalmente poco professionali. Sconsigliato. Sono da agosto che sto cercando di ricevere i 30,47 euro che mi avete sottratto. Non ho ancora ricevuto alcun rimborso. Chiedo una soluzione immediata.

the app is not able to complete the top up process after trying with several credit cards and payments methods. it seems that it's not able to track the process despite it being authorised by credit cards manager or bank apps. incredibly annoying!

absolutely NO. I tried to open an account once downloaded. this all does NOT allow you to open an account unless you CONSENT to share your data with THIRD party vendors that will use your data as THEIR OWN. I already consented to terms of use, to open an account and them to use my data. only did not consent to their party vendors and they does not allow you to proceed. Don't waste your time with these scammers.

Dopo 7 mesi di mancata assistenza mi hanno restituito parte dei biglietti pagati nell'app. Per i rimanenti mi hanno chiesto foto scontrino e foto biglietti acquistati in edicola...quelli acquistati 7 mesi prima. ------------------- Biglietti pagati ma non ricevuti. Assistenza inutile: dopo settimane il problema persiste e non "possono" rimborsare

I bought 4 day pass but it reflected after 5 hours, by then I couldnot wait for 5 hours for the ticket thus got again 4 physical tickets from station. Now when I ask for refund since I could not use the day pass anymore, they denied.
Pessima app. Biglietto GTT comprato e pagato, ma mai comparso tra "I miei ticket" (neanche dopo aver chiuso e riaperto la app, pulito la cache, etc.) e quindi inutilizzabile. Il bonus MAAS Piemonte non si applica praticamente a nulla.
you're in a hurry to activate ticket, but app keeps saying "loading".
Ogni tanto, dopo qualche giorno, capita che mi trovi disconnesso dall'app, e quando tento di fare il login normalmente entra in un loop infinito. Una volta inserite login e password (corrette) ritorna sulla pagina di login e me le richiede. Stesse credenziali usate sul sito Web di MooneyGo ed entro senza problemi. Tutto questo la rende inusabile.
FRAUD PEOPLE, FRAUD COMPANY! I honestly don’t understand why the Italian government is allowing such a cheating company to operate in Italy! I purchased an integrated bus + electric bike ticket, and the ticket clearly says that the PNR provided can be used with Bit Mobility electric bikes. But when I tried to use it, the Bit Mobility app says the PNR is invalid! I contacted MooneyGo customer service, and they told me it would be fixed soon - but it’s been three weeks now! No reply, no solution

the qr code never works on station transtile
This app doesn't work properly. I tried to book two tickets in two different times but I'm unable to use both of them, as neither I'm not allowed to see them in the section "my tickets" nor the pdf in attachment to the email is damaged so not openable. I need assistance, who am I supposed to contact for the refund?

Do not recommend this app, paid for money to the wallet. Transaction from visa was instant. Money did not show in wallet in app for 48hrs. Kind of defeated the purpose as I only needed it for 3 days in Italy. Unless you have a phone plan with calls poor customer service.

Absolutely do not use this app to order cabs/taxi. Basically here is my experience: I wanted to pre order a cab a day before to go to the airport. No problem, it made me to upload money to them and prepay. Fine. When time comes. No cab to be seen. And I get a message that no cabs available. Bye bye. I am left stranded outside. 40 minutes later I was able to flag down a cab. Customer service's answer you ask? : You agreed to terms and conditions. they never returned the money.
Never got confirmation sms, than the app turned to a loading screen.

it used to be good but now I can't buy a ticket. I have enough balance but when I want to make a purchase of a ticket it says the purchase is not successful. I even uninstalled and installed it again but still can't buy a ticket
bus times grossly not accurate. Bus times are either 20min early or 40min to 1 hour late. I do not recommend this app. avoid at all costs if you want reliability

Bought tickets should be made available offline, it's ridiculous that you may buy a ticket and then not be able to access it when you need it. Sometimes when you switch from bus to metro the ticket appears as expired when checked, even if the timer on the application has not expired yet.
beware. money came off my account but they never gave me a ticket. been struggling to get refund since, even after sending a proof of payment to them. Edit: calling the number refers me to email them and after first response I haven't heard from them again
App is absolute Trash. I tried several times to buy metro tickets in Rome but it keeps giving me a ticket that has a qr code only valid for trains. In the process of buying you have to choose whether you want to use train, metro or bus. But even choosing metro does not give you always a metro ticket. It worked the first two times but after that it has never worked again.

Grazie ho cambiato telefono e non posso vedere il mio abbonamento attivo, grazie mille ora mi beccherò una multa di 50 euro. Grazie mille!!! Update di qualche mese dopo: non si attiva l'abbonamento che parte oggi nonostante io abbia aggiornato già 10 volte, e dovrebbe attivarsi da solo...

App che potrebbe essere molto utile, ma è diventata inservibile a causa della sua pesantezza: lentissima, e molti errori di connessione alla rete fanno sì che uno, ad utilizzarla per compare un biglietto, finisce per perdere il treno! RISPOSTA AL VS MESSAGGIO: telefonare per perdere ulteriore tempo? per fortuna c'era la macchinetta che mi ha fatto il biglietto e ho potuto prendere il treno (per un pelo). La segnalazione l'avete avuta qui, e non occorre una telefonata se volete migliorare l'app
non si può comprare il biglietto unico per metro C e le altre linee. assurdo. devi comprare 2 biglietti, se hai bisogno do cambiare la linea!
used to be good this app used to be super good ! but recently, every time i wanted to buy new tickets, i got stuck in the loading screen for purchasing tickets, i un-installed and re installed it again, and I did everything, but nothing fixed it ! 9 out of 10th times this thing happens!!! I don't recommend it anymore!!!
Pessima, ho riscontrato problemi tecnici a causa loro, in quanto un ticket per passeggeri risultava come uno per biciclette e non vogliono rimborsare.
I tried to create an account days in a raw, i never received the sms code. I read the reviews and i saw suggestions from app employees to write an e-mail. I did that too, but never a reply was received. This seem to be a bad app.
The app does not send SMS verification code if number is outside Italy.

Ancora non funziona. Avevo segnalato il problema al servizio clienti l'autunno passato. Peccato, quando era myCicero e funzionava, la usavo spesso per pagare il parcheggio.

I've changed phone and don't manage to transfer the tickets. I've contacted support twice but they haven't replied yet
