I cannot afford this service anymore so I either need someone to let me know the email to cancel my subscription or a phone number to cancel my subscription I've tried to do it in the app and it won't let me. I SUPER regret spending $50 on the lifetime subscription, because all it covers is an AI chat bot and meditations I could get on YouTube for free.

I absolutely love using this app, but I am really missing the audio tracks by Walker Barnard that used to be available. His voice was incredibly soothing and the perfect way for me to relax. Is there any chance those tracks could be added back to the library? They were a highlight of my experience here!"

Downloaded the app again after a couple years, and it is so much worse. Cluttered, terrible writing, and just AI slop all over. If the people there don't care enough to actually MAKE the content I definitely don't care enough to pay for it.
Had this app for years, but just uninstalled it because I was being promoted to in the insta comments for this app by an AI account that only makes promo videos for this app. I do not condone use of AI, especially when there's marketing teams that can do a better job. Do better.
this app sucks. you put in all this info just for them to make you pay to see your own birth chart, while other apps calculate your chart for free. then the ui is cluttered. trash app

I really enjoyed the app but it's super expensive.
This used to be a good app for me to check the moon calendar. Now you have to pay to see anything and get harassed to buy a subscription when you click on literally anything. I used to pay yearly when it was just to access extra things, but now I'm just going to delete the app. Very disappointed.
So much nonsense they want you to fill out before you even get the app up. Uninstalled.
I am so sad they have moved to so much AI art and tools. I used to love Moonly and I even gave it 4 stars before, but I am changing now because it has lost so much of it warmth and personality. This no longer feels like an inviting tool but it no longer feels that way sadly. I hope it finds a balance in the future. Best of luck and I suppose it is still helpful as a base divination tool
Update: I took a 3-month-long hiatus from my phone apps, including this one. I'm back now & had to update the app. IDK what you've done, but most of the free stuff is now behind a paywall? And I no longer have access to the birthchart I paid for? This is unacceptable. I can get the same info from ChatGPT for free, which is probably the paid version you're using to run this app & charging people for it. This app used to be so good, until you got greedy with your "abundance mindset."
I used this app for years, even paying for the sub to get extra features like my full birth chart and viewing future days. I recently came back to the app, and it's completely different. The interface is awful to find features I used before on the homepage, and AI has defecated all over it. Pay real artists, for goodness sake. It feels like they tried to "improve" the app with AI, but added nothing of substance. There's just more things behind a paywall AFTER paying the $20 yearly sub. Gross.
This app used to be my favourite until AI took over and made a bullsup of the app. Birthchart, completly wrong placements, even saying I Was cancer sun, when I am born on 0808, Clearly a Leo, also moon placement wrong. The app still trys to convince you you are wrong. The app used to be so informative with one full subscription, was easy to use, now its one course or another that wants more money, even though it's completely wrong. Not a fan anymore and would never recommend anymore!
You have very little you can do in the app without having to pay for something.

I bought lifetime plus awhile back ago so that I could look at future dates for moon cycles and such. Now you need to pay an extra $15 for every single feature. Compatability $15, star charts $15, horoscope $15. Such an annoying money grab.

heavily uses AI generated images and just AI in general. there are much better and AI free apps out there
Obviously AI art everywhere. Pay walls everywhere. Used to like this app more for tracking the moon cycle, but that's so far from the main part of the app any more. Disappointing.

Couldn't even set up an account, when I typed in my city name it wouldn't let me continue
online support not supportive. I am a well studied person in astrology so I thought I would try the plus. I dont think there is any extra features that makes this an exceptional app compared to other apps that provide the same thing for free. I asked for a refund and they wont respond. I said I was unhappy with the services provided with the plus membership and they wont even respond. I regret paying anything for poor customer service and a mediocre app.

Used to be a great app but now it's bloated with AI slop and everything is either bugged or locked behind paywalls.
I used to use this app daily. I even considered a lifetime subscription a few times but now I've noticed the lunar calendar got cut out of the features. It's still a feature, but the longer more indepth daily paragraph has been replaced with nothing but a headline. I went back through the calendar to make sure I wasn't losing it and sure enough all the past ones are diluted to a headline too. I don't want a headline. I'm not even gonna touch on the AI art, it makes me trust the readings less.
Moonly forgot their roots and got greedy. I started on the free, was super pleased, and paid the very reasonable yearly sub fee. Then my favorite features disappeared completely or got put behind ridiculously priced additional fees. I dropped my subscription because so much was unavailable to me without additional payments (and I had already paid extra for 2 extra birth charts) that it wasn't worth the fee. Now the free is so limited, I think I'm deleting the app.
I paid for the lifetime subscription and I'm very disappointed in all the add ons you need to pay for. I loved this app but trying to decide if I'm going to continue to use it.
I used to love this app but it got a few changes I don't like at all. The style of the app used to be very nice, now I hate navigating it. All the "personal assistance" things are either AI or at least feel like AI slob I didn't ask for. I hate getting pop-ups about promotional things whenever I enter the app, I want to check the moon phases, not pay for more unnecessary things. It's difficult to tell if the art shown in the app is AI generated or not, it looks like it
this app used to be so good, then they changed the graphics a d it looks like a SIMS imitation. disappointing. It was more user friendly and enjoyable before. Shame.
the recent update has ruined the insight for the tarot cards. it no longer works.
