Too long winded
so hard to navigate can't find any groceries
Completely broken login used to advertise More Card via prompts and additional 2FA, AND additional Google data prompts. Morrisons is trash.
Until recently the App was working perfectly well. Now, neither my account nor much more importantly , my housebound mother's app have stopped working. Change password requests have failed to arrive. Uninstalling and reloading the app and using previous and newly registered accounts fail with an error message. My mother is no longer able to place any home deliveries. Morrisons Help Hub is not available and says it has no issues.

strange I cannot get to book a home delivery anymore, keeps saying no slots available, change delivery address. Really odd as ive had home delivery for a longtime being housebound.
Since the update, the app now forces the user to sign in via a Browser. Why?

l have a new phone same number been a morrisons customer for 2 years keep getting blocked no password showing
The latest update is totally useless. I'm within walking distance of a store so I want to know where a certain product is. The app has removed that feature so I'm deleting the app. Thank you Morrisons.

Morrisons don't care about people's problems with their more cards. complete rubbish ripping people off
when you try to buy a delivery pass, its impossible to as the phone clicks away to the bank approval click, then there is no way to get back to the delivery pass which you've just tried to buy

Estimated delivery time has been removed from the app. Why? Website's no fun on a small screen. I called, not for the time but with feedback for the IT team that we need it back. I was forced to find delivery reference though this wasn't about any one delivery - then made to give my details though no need need to see my account - then told that she was seeing the same as I do and could see the time estimate BUT I CAN'T. Finally she heard "app"!! and… she knew nothing about the app. TIME WASTED.
terrible customer service
I bought a morrison's gift card.I got home fault in the position it inspired, but when I went to the shop on the twenty first.It said he wouldn't work.But then morrisons won't do nothing.They expect me to lose two hundred and fifty pounds.Because I got told false information, but the people who told me they're in it.And I spoke to him on the phone, but for the last three months, i've been fighting, but they want, i never recommend a morson gift card.Because if it ispired you beggered
Can't Log Into My account
it was quite good till they added the 6 digit number code ,THIS IS ALWAYS INVALID!
The app doesn't link correctly to Monzo. I tried it twice and got a crash page in this app and sent back to check out. This is simply rubbish!! Uninstalled and I've ordered from Tesco as normal. Their app works every time. 😂

Absolutely terrible app. Round and round in circles attempting to checkout, constant offers that then stop the process. Horrendous!
the 'regulars' feature is very annoying but thanks for your quick response
