★★★★★ "A lot of items in the wrong category, once you buy an item it is shown as a favourite and removing them doesn't work. I tried the auto shop, and got 3 different types of bread, 3 types of salad bags, and 2 types of eggs" - John Scott

If I don't sign in prices as before, as soon as I sign into my account prices hike. This is the second time this has happened. contacted customer service awaiting a reply.
when will thay have scan & go through barcode other stores have it but morrison so many items you don't know the price and staff won't help you have to scan at the till to be removed later on wait for staff to remove it it's all so complicated wont recommend this useless app
No ability to say what is substituted. They don't price match substitutes like other supermarkets. They ignore delivery instructions. They ignore complaints.
Wow, this is more adverts than search results! Typed in 'beer' and had two big ads and nine other Sponsered ads before I got to a result. Which was the same for a lot of other more specific searches as well. I also can't use my More Card offers through the app which is ridiculous.
The ap suggests a promo code, but does not give any where to apply said code.

beware of extra hidden charges when placing orders and online exclusive offers are NOT actually offers and this is the reason I shop at Aldi. BE CAREFUL OF MORRISONS ONLY SCAM 🚫
Always things being substituted or out of stock
struggled to edit basket and reconfirm, not intuitive
can't see how to check out again
The lag on the book slot page is awful considering an update was done yesterday. Pointless whats the point if you cant book a slot.
This stupid App doesn't work anymore can't log in been like it for 3 days Do you want Customers
Delivery within an hour? Hello! It's almost 3 hours later and no food has been delivered. I feel scammed!!
10 substitutions. Here's just 2. Wanted a £3.50 lamb breast, got £16 leg of lamb. wanted Morrisons £1.50 own brand Earl Grey, got £6.75 Twinings. Seriously.
why have you removed quick add from the app, thought that was great to add things you forgot without having to edit and go through the checkout process again
it drops items I don't want in my basket without telling me 😡
why on Earth you didn't include " Don't Substitute " option to the app?? I don't want to place an order and the staff decide on their own what to send me!
I have groceries delivered, as I am housebound. I buy from Morrisons because they still deliver in carrier bags (they make a charge per bag). Carrier bags are easier for me, than having to bend to put items from crates, to bags. (I struggle to do, due to blood & bone cancer, plus other mobility health issues). Problems with having home deliveries are the really bad quality of products, short dates, damages from badly packed bags, etc. Morrisons constantly ignore reviews from their customers.
hadn't ordered for a while. what has this app turned into? it's just a webview now. just awful.
The service is welcome and a good solution to heavy shopping. However I'm totally fed up of receiving squashed Yoghurt pots, leaving its contents shrouding or contaminating everything else in the bag. I've also had exploding salad cream bottles and milk turning sour with 5 days left on the best before date. This does not happen with shop bought salad cream or milk. Drivers do their very best and are always very helpful and polite.
It functions but the UX kinda sucks. Would be nice to easily know what items are in stock before getting to the checkout stage. I just had to press "Continue checkout" literally 4 (four) times until the app would accept that I wanted to check out and not add a bunch of stuff to my virtual trolley. There's often some small red text displaying an offer like "3 for 2", but it doesn't give you an easy way to see other included products on the product page. Why not display them grouped? I ran out of
App should have the option for opting for a substitutions and facility for adding notes. Take a look at the Tesco Grocery app.
have had continual problems with app
love using the click and collect but loath the having to proceed to checkout 3 times as it thinks you have forgotten to buy something
