Delivery Pass Trail Scam, when you select 1st month for free, it says you wont be charged until the 1st month is up, but it trys to take the £8 off your card straight away... very very bad and will now be ordering from ASDA!!

The app pages are taking a long time to load or failing to load and I have to keep signing in. All offers should be automatically activated.

It's frustrating because ever since I logged out of my account on the app, I haven't been able to log back in. If I try to reset my password, the app doesn't send me the code by email.
Still can't log in. It logged me out and authorisation link doesn't open a new one.
Annoying pop ups every time you open the app to hand it to the cashier to scan, meaning it doesn't scan. So many offers you need to activate. I don't have time to endlessly scroll - just reduce prices in store for everyone and save us the hassle. We dont have time to faff in the app.

utter garbage app. sent vouchers and vouchers in post. went to Morrisons lots of times and have a significant amount of credit on the app. and typical I can not now get logged in. something is rotten at Morrisons!

I can go directly to the website and log in with no issues. This Needs Immediate Attention!!
App authentication does not work as other people earlier suggested. Totally garbage. The only workaround now is to use your android internet browser e.g. chrome or Firefox then go to Morrisons website, log in to your account and go to Morrisons more page. then you can retrieve your More card details and your own barcode.
poor offers and constantly being logged out of the app. every week I am having to sign back in which is a pain when Internet access in stores is nonexistent

Same problem as all recent reviews that app doesn't allow me to complete login after been logged out. My android operating system is up to date (19 April), cleared cache, uninstalled and re-installed app, restarted phone, no autofill data set up. I entered email and password manually but hangs on page 'Logging in Finalising your details' page as other reviewers have noted.

I've since changed the default browser on my S24 from Firefox to Chrome and now I've been able to log in and redeem my points! Worth a try if you've got the same issue but it shouldn't be necessary to do this so GET IT SORTED PLEASE MORRISONS!!

Can't get on thr app at app anymore
Since the app updated I am no longer able to log in. It sits on the "Finalising your details". I have tried reinstalling the app, and clearing app data and cache data. Nothing has worked.
Seems to be getting worse - recently been getting logged out of the app, and now it won't let me log in, just stuck at "Finalising youe details..." - this even happens when installing it for first time on my tablet. Seems to just be the app, as I can log in to website OK (so at least I can activate offers there, convert points to fivers etc).

Recently the app has been awful. Seems like a short session expiry was implemented so you now get logged out often, which has made it a pain to use compared to before. Then this last week, I've not been able to login at all. My creds are correct but it stalls at the "finalising your details" screen. So at least for me the app is basically bricked at the moment, all I can do is leave this review and hope they fix it.

you're asking me to log in tho I've already done that. went to another app for 30 secs and you logged me out
fed up with standing in store trying to log in every time and having to give up even the store staff can't make it happen so lost out on loads of discounts and lost hundreds of pounds worth of points so don't bother shopping there hardly as it's much much cheaper to go elsewhere without having reliable use of morrisons app

locks you out and makes you need to sign in EVERY time you want to use the app. and once you do, it doesn't work properly
Agree with other reviewer (Lucy) app is now unusable for me. So annoyed with it I walked out of the store and left a trolley full of shopping - went to Tesco instead, The Morrison online stuff has always been rather poor compared to its competitors - new changes to online and improvements to the app were supposed to change all that.... latest update on the app is just awful. Needs to be sorted out ASAP. Morrisons need to look at the recent reviews for this app and alarm bells should be ringing.

absolutely trash app, why do you have too verify your identity every time you want convert your points to fivers ??? This is beyond intuitive , inconvenient....i have limitless Passwords for apps & vant remember when out at a store & you decide it'd be convenient & good idea always check identity whenever we want requiring password.
