Keeps contradicting delivery dates from next day to none next day... Muddled app impossible to use now it seems

I'm 71 years old and even with help from a lovely Morrisons worker .. we couldn't manage to do it in store...I don't know what's changed since the last time I did this. But found it all so stressful .. relieved I managed it in the end but feel emotionally exhausted

Downloaded the app. Signed up. Logged in. Asked for verification code sent by email. Email never arrived. Resent, still didn't arrive. Deleted app. Resolved never to get a More card. went to review this again to give it one star again because making you have 2FA is ridiculous I don't need it for my Morrisons account, just a way of data farming to get my mobile number.

the most complicated way to redeem £5, even the assistant couldn't work it out as I went round in circles entering my fingerprint and security numbers again and again. I gave up in the end as the queue at customer service was too long.
Cant get on it
absolutely uselss. go round in circles to register and when you try to use it you are taken back to registering again. didn't use to be like this. will have to start shopping elsewhere after about 20 years.

Stupidly complex. No I don't want to set up biometrics. No I don't want to faff about activating extra offers in the app. I just want to scan it and get points for spending at Morrisons. It would be nice to spend my points before I get to £5 because I'm so bored with not getting there, I'm probably going to delete the app. Don't try to micromanage how I shop. My daughter just scans her nectar and gets on with her life. Oh, and stop flooding the open screen with promotions. I'm at the till!
This app worked until recently when it logged me out of the app. It won't allow me to login, when I click the login button nothing happens. Deleating the app and clearing the app does nothing to fix this. You need to fix your broken app
Takes forever now to receive just £5, I spend alot of money weekly. Even have to verify yourself for £5
Awful app. Logs you out, takes ages to get back in via codes sent to emails, loses points seemingly at random, and is difficult for the cashiers to scan at the till! Do the people that make these things ever use them?

Dislike the whole "gamifying" of rewards, which seems the way the app works. Just give me the rewards I've earned, don't make me solves puzzles, work out whether to "activate" them or offer some gambling experience. OTT security too, with 3FA used at points.

What's worse than an obnoxious pop up blocking access to the app to demand a review? An obnoxious pop up blocking content asking for a review while the app glitches out demanding finger print ID, 2FA, another finger print, another 2FA while trying to load the app at the checkout!!!
I just wanted to open the app and scan my barcode. Instead I find my session expired and then there's a multi loop process to get logged in again. When that finally happens I've got to deal with a load of pop-ups. Totally useless.
Its just a nothing app, see your more points that's it.... nothing else really. And the constant signing out is so frustrating.

you've added security features to a part that requires none making this aggravating to redeem the points earn which u only get from the app n the card that's synced to it which can only b u so its the most pointless security feature in existence over any app or anything that requires any form of security

Repeated logouts now, it never used to do this, please fix. Uugh, now you have stopped it working with password managers, so effectively made it less secure, slow 👏 👏 App is OK, by my word the offers are rubbish at the moment - and still just as bad. FFS make it work with password managers!
app no longer suitable for device after update. so app now no longer applicable unless device replaced. take a long time for £5 savings every few months to pay for a new phone.
app has timed out AGAIN and won't let me in , morrisons need to fix this ?!!

The app is good. So difficult to pass security to actually turn the points into fivers.
I cannot convert my own points into fivers it goes through all the rigmarole of letting me verify myself but then doesn't take the points and convert them to a fiver leaving me with just the points it's getting beyond a joke now!
Had my prove identity like 5 times to redeem my points into fivers. Over zealous security. I am glad my account security is taken seriously but it's just More Points not my bank details.
