I give this a 1 star cuz honestly The Studio 6 in las vegas NV on 195 E Tropicana Ave Treats their Customers who have been Paying for rooms for months like Shart now bcz of them im Now currently Homless and struggling more then one item of my own belongings have been Snagged on their property they refuse to Say anything or help me by looking at the security cameras
the app and discounts are inconsistent. the advertisements say 15%off but never in the area im in. the Customer service is a joke your never getting any refund for any experience. nightly rates are allowed to change on an hours notice
The worst hotel In Denton,lied about prices,over priced me,Iwas paying 890 dollars for 2 weeks,but they gave a Latino woman 2 rooms for 1 months 1200 dollars,on top on being cheated,they wouldn't wait for one more hour for my money to hit my card,they said and I quote,we'll wait until 2 but not 3 lol,Roaches everywhere,they don't clean offten,and they allow drugs heads to sleep around outside the property and in the parking lot,but wouldn't grant a working man one more hour,lol

App starts with reasonably priced rooms.Then, it starts looping you around over and over as the price keeps on increasing bait and switch
Canceled a booking in time and was still charged. Shady AF

90 plus dollars just gone because they A) can't coordinate their app with the check-in process at the desk upon arrival or B):the make these "mistakes" to steal your money. Tried calling they said they didn't get the 90 dollars but my transaction records and bank itself said they did get it. Called customer service/billing department and they were worthless. DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!!
I got a lot better rates online through Priceline by almost 40%
motel 6 is place in the Windsor Locks area! Actually in MANY areas! The rooms are dirty, to say the least! I found cat 🐈 poop 💩 😳 under the bed,that was dried up and stuck to the floor !!! I was absolutely appalled! They did NOTHING ABOUT IT! The bathroom door had HUGE holes in it 😳! There was hair and mold all over the walls and shower.The towels were so dirty and stained! The room door looked to been busted in MANY Times! Why would you want to ever use the app

the person in office refused to let us stay because I was the only one that had my phote id and she did not have an id but the room was in my name
I have been to 7 motel 6 across this country and the beds since covid ar3 hard as rocks. my back hurt for 5 days and left one last week in Twin Falls Idaho crying in hip pain. pets stay free but the owners cry in pain. yeah nope I sleep better in my car than your bed. nothing worth the dam money.
