(HOSTESS AT FRONT DESK WHICH IS THE MANAGER & HOUSEKEEPING) TELL ME I WOULD HAVE TO WASH IT MYSELF OR SLEEP IN IT. I am not a ANIMAL. I did not get any compassion or empathy looking in their eyes. I was HUMILIATED , WILL NEVER COME BACK !!!;!;😔 AND I HAD TO PAY for the SHEETS
The app was designed by retarded people. Better to just use the regular mobile website.

stayed here for a month to 2 months off and on and the day that I left I just couldn't pay any more cuz I ran out of money I was off of the property with all of my belongings and my two dogs and my child when the person who was working in the office called the police on me I was already out of the room with my belongings my child and my two dogs and they still called the police on me and now I'm not allowed on the property even if I have a friend staying.

Claims to provide additional discounts, also a lie. If you want a directory of Motel 6 outlets, that is all the value it has. Do not bother.
unbelievable! we arrived at the motel at 2:05am. no line, nobody waiting me and my 86 year old mother were made to wait 1 1/2 hours outside until the lady inside finished her audit. my mother is in a wheelchair and we had a pre paid reservation! still made to wait outside! we're not in yet, still waiting at 2:46am. mom is crying and cold directly outside the empty lobby windows. Great job motel 6

sapose to be cheaper using the app. but it tends to be abkut 10 hjgher from the motel 6 app then other places thst ive booked through. so not to apealing. plus ut alwasy says 15 perce t off s d only get 12 percent. and then on top of alk of it. the last time i used it it csncled my resevation on me, nevr showed uo on the hotels booking. and i spent like 2 hrs thst inshoukd have been in. my hotel room dealing woth straightening itnal out. so ya not even a little imprezsed woth the app.
Motel6 is a scam. They owe me money. I canceled my booking immediately, call log to prove it. Even though they didn't do it over the phone, I went in person and canceled, all days before the no charge cancelation widow, there should be no issue. Called them, they said they do not charge until check out and that I went through a third party to book. All not true, eventually got my issue elevated and had to submit proof. They admitted fault, but still no money. Crooks

Picture of the motels in ths app are not true reflections of the property. I traveled from AZ to IN 4/2026 and attempted to stay at Motel 6s because of advertising and apparently fake reviews. I encountered filthy floors at one, and garbage all around the next motel and grass had not been mowed in months. I was also charged $10 each for 2 dogs & when I asked about it, I was told "at this Motel we charge for pets." I took pics but do not see an option to post them.

they advertised monthly rooms for $1200 a month on Ti ikTok , got there and it was $3300. another SCAM!
