It flat out does not work. I've spent more than an hour just trying everything online forums recommend to get the "no connection to control unit" error to go away, but with every model I try and with every module I attempt to click on to read that's all I get. So much for spending money on the higher quality equipment.

Update: I got a reply "snarky" reply from Motoscan. The reply told me that I was wrong and my concerns were not valid. I asked for my money back from the purchase this expensive Motoscan Ultimate application. Please reimburse me!
very disapointed. have a bmw r1250rt snd bought this app (ultimate version) and uniscan adaptor as recommended) especially for its actuator function. it doesnt activate the exhaust valve, but says it is performing this function. valve is working, as i took cover off to check. Further to my feedback, i send in the logs as suggested, and will review whwn fixed. but as of two weeks now i have heard nothing
Bought the full version, read codes but does not reset service remainders. That is why I bought the full version.Waste of money.

simply doesn't work false advertising so not fit for purpose i want my money back there are many others that have left 1 star reviews with the exact same problem the advertising is not accurate and a scam AVOID at all costs they pay people to leave 5 star reviews they need to seriously look at the reviews people have left and take on board it DOES NOT WORK
Useless waste of money. I bought the "Professional" version but most of the functions are still disabled - can't perform any recoding ie: can't even change the clock display between 12hr & 24hr time. Also, half the labels are in German, even though the language setting is for "englisch"! Very unhappy, a complete waste of money!
Can't purchase any of the programs in the app. Thus,not working, too many problems for a simple app.

I have paid ultimate but I can't find coding future for w k51 r1250gs Kobi instrument cluster coding is not there I don't know what to do I really need help
Just want to reset service and it said err
it cannot link to the correct Google account that has the ultimate version. end up i have to log out of all my other accounts (4 of them) before I can use the app. and then login again edit: no matter which account u install with, doesnt help. the app is associated with a different playstore account while the ultimate version is on another account. there is still no way to change this.
will not connect to my bike

cannot get app to work on my 2016 BMW f700gs keeps saying no connection to control module, I have tried 2 different cables and 2 different Android phones. the adapter test works but still won't connect. very frustrating.
I can't purchase for some reason, I just have option for lite.

The description claims the app supports Husqvarna motorcycles. only supports two models I've never heard of.
I am following the instructions but the motoscan will not connect to the ODBLink CX. The ODBLink connects. Motoscan will not c0 connect. 9MAY2025 Still no luck pairing this device to my motorcycle or Samsung tablet
LITE version kind of worthless
I am using the uniscan ucsi-2100 with motorscan professional version. When trying to add RDC sensors it says cannot be done with professional version.
I brought unicarscan and lead for my bmw s1000rr then brought motoscan and paid for ultimate when I connect it to the bike it shows the bikes battery voltage at the bottom but wont do anything just says lost communication with control unit.
ultimate package limits to use on a 2021 bmw s1000xr

Bought the official BT adapter and the top package but found it useless. My fault as I should have done proper research. Honestly, don't buy this, it looks cheap compared to GS 911, but it's just false economy.

I purchased the ultimate version - however i have since had to change my phone . I cant seem to renew my purchase the app doesn't see my ultimate license it is only allowing me to use the lite version. - Does any one know how to get my full license features back ??
