complicated, requires user name, password. can't just open it and run the app. interface is cumbersome for your week to week steps. keep it simple.

Useless. As others have noted, it's impossible to log in on Android. The login screen just reloads after putting in the correct username and password. And I know it's correct because I tried a wrong password on purpose and it correctly identified it as wrong. This kind of error is inexcusable in a healthcare app.
cannot get logged onto the app😢😢
there is no link to sign-up, only sign in. When I finally "reset password", which will not happen because I don't have any account, guess what, it didn't happen.

Rubbish (until proven wrong). Have loaded the android version, set the (unrealistically long) password and cannot log in. No error messages, no responses. This app is obsessed about returning to the play store. The password has been "updated" yet still no login. The "open in browser" shows similar behaviour with the continuous return to the play store. Thankfully I can, and have, worked without it. Developers..... Let me know where I am wrong, as your app certainly does not.

If I could give it a zero I would. It simply won't open. Click on the icon it takes you to play store and then sends you in circles. Paper instructions for me in future.

This is torture. I was sent an exercise programme by my Physio but I have no idea where it is! Nothing on this app is easy, I really dont want it.

The move health app doesn't work since december 2025 after the update in december 2025 stopped working can't login.Read reviews. Other users also can't log in a reviews at galaxy store.The app deinstalled and installed again v1.0.27 can't login and updated to v1.0.28 can't login. The app needs a role back option or upload to galaxy store move health v1.0.21 as redundancy. Other application developments use galaxy store a reputable platform.Tryed everything my only option to leave movehealth app.

your password expectations are a disaster. please rectify immediately. I have a fool proof system for remembering all passwords (a capital, small letters, a number, a symbol and a way of making this different for each app) but noooo, this little app that quite frankly does not need fort knox security, does not accept a full stop as a symbol, expects more than one capital letter, does not accept two characters in a row etc etc... so everytime I log in I forget password. make it make sense!

unable to log in, multiple people have had the same issue, they really need to improve this app, I wouldn't recommend any organization to use this for it patients unless you want to piss them off

The app keeps logging out every time I minimise.
Absolute garbage. It reminded me to do my exercises today, but then updated itself and the exercises had disappeared. It's clunky, sometimes freezes on the "exercise completed" screen, and it hides the standard Android navigation bar (why?) with no way to exit. It has a built in rating that looks a lot like the Google Play one, which makes you think you've given a public review, but allows them to quietly hide bad reviews. That feels like an admission of how bad this app is. 👎 👎 👎
I had an email address change and now I cant access my physio data and exercise program. We did all the things and still no joy. I need help but there is no support for this app and no contact phone number. So just the one star for now as I need to rate my experience to submit this review. Other wise zero stars.

pathetic keeps restarting from login was looking forward to using but as can't get past the login continually restarting can do the stuff without this hassle 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

one of the most useless apps I've ever used. That being said I haven't actually used it. log in then it sends me to 'start your recovery journey here' with nothing else to click on. it sends me back to log in and over and over again. can't believe anyone would use this for their business.
you have to login every time you open it and there is a sever error when you report feedback.
Too restrictive No choice but to use this from new physio. Would prefer to have control in videos to move back or forwards. And a desktop version instead on yet another app that I don't even want. Password requirements seem excessive given nothing medical in the app.

I want to be able to automatically to proceed to the next set after my set timer stops I want to be able to turn off the "get into position" timer between sets I should be able to set the above settings per excersize. Currently there is way too much redundant clicking, particularly for excersizes with lots of sets. Real annoying.

it is very annoying that you need to sign in to the app each time. is unnecessary
while it's good for showing the exercises prescribed by my pt, it closes when I leave it and I need to re login every time. I've never had this with any other app I've used. I should be able to open it and start using it, it's not a banking app. The extra step of logging in each time is annoying.
