desde una reciente actualización, la app ya no te permite descargar FACTURAS. hay que solicitarla por email... y por su puesto nadie responde. Mal si necesitas hacer un uso profesional de la recarga.

It will fail you if you're not from Spain. It just gives random error codes.
Unable to use this as it will not add a payment method. This issue has been there for 3 months as of Jan 26. despite no less than 7 emails sent to tech support with very specific details about the problem they have not managed to resolve it. I find this unbelievable for a company as large as Iberdrola to be happy they have an issue preventing customers from using their EV infrastructure. If I was running this company I would have resolved it same day.
Really hate the new name of this App. I assume the design lead has 0 idea of what Mobility means outside of Spain. @Google: This naming practice should be banned, due to misleading naming.
The app was working but logged me out, I enter my username and password, it says it is sending a code but it never arrives, so now I am logged out and cannot log in. Support email goes unanswered. Useless. In addition the Iberdrola card fails to work.

what a joke!! ive spend 45min. trying to register into the app. ive been on the phone with iberdrola and after 15min they just hang up. still not able to sign into the app and still not charged my car. Clown!
Muy bueno para trabajar, pero a menudo te deja fuera. No es útil cuando necesitas cargar tu vehículo eléctrico.

Useless. Cannot register, no matter what you input there's an error. If you manage to register on the web, you need to input your card details in the app. Guess what? Another error. Just a blank screen after tapping 'pay'. An student of any university would be able to make a better app. Steaming pile of bull-product. Update 2025: still cannot provide payment data. App crashes.

Just awfully hard to be able to charge a car. How come that I need to give a spanish address to be able to charge a car? By the way, expect that after you give all your personal data for them, you'll receive an activation link through email and then the login will probably just fail and the solution is "to call their spanish number". Right.
this app is junk. I want to charge my car and when I click continue without registering, it just sends you back to registering / sign in page after selecting a charge station. this makes me NOT to want to use your stations!
The app directoed us to chargers in Leroy Somer in Palma on a Sunday, but the place was closed and the gates locked. We found a nearby charger in McDonald's which wouldn't work for no apparent reason. After multiple attempts, we called the help number, and they had to reboot the charger to make it work. After all that, it charged at only 5kw instead of the advertised 22kw. App requires passport or ID details for installation..... why do you need a passport to charge an electric car?
charger refuses to accept any charge pass - tried three different ones. app needs some kind of document to register but doesn't specify what kind; second step requires billing address but doesn't let you chance the country of residence... I just gave up. If you don't make my life easy you don't deserve my money.

terrible app. half of charging points not work, and not even marked as broken, "review" tab in apo disabled, app slow and send you useless spam.
Ya era mala esta app porque no había manera de desconectar la carga sin reiniciarla, pero con el último update ya ni sabes en qué cargador estás recargando porque no ponen el número 1 o 2. ¿Se puede hacer peor? (es una pregunta retórica)
En muchos cargadores te quitan 50 o 60 euros. Si hay algún problema con la conexión con el servidor, te cobran otra vez para intentar otra vez. Así que para una carga de seis euros me han quitado 290 euros de mi tarjeta de crédito hoy. Me imagino que deberían devolvérmelo al largo de la semana que viene pero eso no es aceptable. Iberdrola ya tenía 60 euros de crédito por el primer intento - descontándome una finanza para todas las recargas fracasados es abusivo.
