never works for me, I have a cruise in 50 days and the app won't work at all
terrible UI. can't even get the app to go any further than the opening page the just say's "msc". kind of strange that a company like this that is spending tons of money to improve their cruising experience can't spend some of that on their app. after all, the apps is the begining of your cruise experience. also, I don't see any response to other reviews from MSC. I guess they don't care. hopefully this is no reflection when it's time to get on the ship start our cruise.
it won't open
App is horrific. Will not work for Samsung Z Fold 7. Can't login. Can't check in. Doesn't load. Won't work. Horrible experience. Considering taking business elsewhere.

App will not open. It crashes everytime I try. It is currently unusable.
Honestly hot garbage. I've had to delete app data twice to get messages to show up and it will just randomly tell me I'm not connected even though I am. When it does work, it's incredibly slow. Maybe this is more a symptom of the World America wifi but I doubt it seeing as it's their newest ship.
It's only opened for me once or twice. I'm afraid it won't work for me when I need it.

Needs A LOT of work. I've been trying to use the Concierge several times and only once did it successfully work. It locks up and just says Thinking... But rarely processes.
The app will not allow you to use it if you have a custom rom. I do not understand why they think this degree of security is required. They also blocked the download of older versions on APKMirror.
Your shows suck. The magician yesterday on World America was a joke. Cinephonic was so lame

Cruise was so trash bro
After the latest update I can no longer log into the app. All I receive is an error occurred. Please try again. I've cleared cache and uninstalled then reinstalled the app. Still not working.

Chat feature needs some major improvement. I would get messages an hour or 2 later. Always having to close and reopen app to get any.
love the cruise line, but they definitely lack in the technology dept.
