not perfect service giving
On ticket confirmation page departure time is not shown, at the time of booking fare shown and confirmation page there is difference of around Rs70. text in app not readable due worst dark mode and there is no Way to disable it. Msrtc officials did you give app development to some jr developers?? so many bugs in the app. fix it on priority please

I want the MSRTC to once check the GSRTC app and feel what a blunder this app is. GSRTC provides complete information of the buses that passes through a particular ST stand. No information is missed. it is a very user friendly app and interface
login and reserving seat is nearly impossible with this app.

worst ever .. provides fake reservation tickets. had done reservation and got to know the bus never exists. no refund has been ever issued. multiple emails dropped. depots contacted. no refund. fake app.
There are a lot of glitches in the app, many changes and updates need to be done
