There is zero real-time tracking, no depot support for delays, and inaccurate updates from conductors. The UI and backend feel like an unpolished student project. Avoid using this until a major overhaul is rolled out.
My payment is done but ticket it not given me i am very disappointed this service is not good and application not given help option in application.

Worst booking experience...paise deduct ho jate h but ticket book nahi hoti sirf refund kr dene se prblm solve nai hoti jab urgent travel ho tab aisi app bilkul reliable nai lagti. Please improve ur booking system
Absolutely worst app does not support phone size, resolution. ekdum ghatiya app hai if you add City it wont show u the bus u need to add the correct bus stop name only then it will work. you would think in a country full of software engineers atleast one app should work properly. Also poorly maintained

On ticket confirmation page departure time is not shown, at the time of booking fare shown and confirmation page there is difference of around Rs70. text in app not readable due worst dark mode and there is no Way to disable it. Msrtc officials did you give app development to some jr developers?? so many bugs in the app. fix it on priority please

I want the MSRTC to once check the GSRTC app and feel what a blunder this app is. GSRTC provides complete information of the buses that passes through a particular ST stand. No information is missed. it is a very user friendly app and interface
There are a lot of glitches in the app, many changes and updates need to be done
