i can't use coupons if cashier wants to serve other costumers before me (i had to wait for assistance because some special coupon) and therefore forgot to scan my mueller app so i was left paying full price for other stuff i had (i had full cart) and didn't notice she didn't scan. i should have recieved back 14euros!!! i'm beyond furious... and i'm disappointed because i know i bought much more stuff than i regularly would. i 'll delete my app after this because it happened on multiple occasions

Die Zahlung mit MüllerPay oder Bluecode funktioniert nicht. Die Kassiererinnen haben noch nie was davon gehört und kennen es nicht.
Schade dass man die Karte nicht screenshotten kann.
Funktionierte nicht. Bestellung über die App fehlergeschlagen. Mit der Rossmann App hat dagegen alles einwandfrei funktioniert. Bei Müller lieber eine Bestellung als Gast angeben.

Nope, I can't log instantly with my Gmail. I have to sign up manually even if I use a Google account. I'm not interested in adding my data manually if I use my Google account. So, no thanks! Every other company that offers linking to Google Accounts you get instantly access. That's why you link to my account. I don't want to add my data a million times over and over again. So why in hell do I need to add the same data you get twice? Müller App, why?
App ist Kundenunfreundlich, unübersichtlich + zieht gewisse Vergünstigungen/Rabatte nicht ab☹️‼️
Aplikacija je javljala grešku. Nakon opetovanih pokušaja da se ulogiram pa i uz pomoć djelatnika u trgovini javila sam se na kraju korisničkoj službi. Dobila sam odgovor da je moj email blokiran zbog opetovanih pokušaja prijave. (???) Pa da, pokušavala sam se ulogirati. U međuvremenu, dok su email valjda odblokirali, otpisano i propalo 500 bodova. Sve u svemu, ne baš dobro iskustvo nažalost.
There's a 12€ discount coupon in the app but it's for a product they don't even sell 🤭👀 in that matter, Rossman is way better.
Remove time limited qr codes. Wallet apps exists for a reason, we do not want to install new app for every store we visit now and then :(
You cannot share qr code within your own family members, policy of a store. And if you for some reasone change your phone and try to login again, system will stuck and your account will be frozen since it does not recognize your email that is alredy registered in their system.
It gives such a small amount of points for big purchases so don't like it
Muller aplikacija nema mogućnost odbijanja kolačića odnosno traži prihvaćanje nužnih. Kršenje propisa i regulativa!!
