The worst app. Even if you cancel your subscription, they keep charging you unless you send them a screenshot proving that you canceled. This is unacceptable.
The app itself is mediocre. Beware, even if you cancel the trial, they still may bill you and it will be 5 times the original amount.
the app is very limited. you can't customize your exercises, if you change a workout and try to repeat it, it won't save the changed exercises. some suggested exercises are ridiculous and don't match the selected fitness level. app is buggy, some hard exercises gives you 15 seconds of rest in between when easy ones let you rest for more than a minute. end of rest alert sounds when there are still more than 20 seconds left. not mentioning how many times it crashed in the middle of the workout.
got thisnapp as from am add to help with private parts, and its a generic training app, felt scammed

The sessions are a bit too hard to dowhen you have knee pain. The video doesn't give you enough time to change positions for the next set.
I was deceived by Tai Chi advertisement. and did not order it.

the instructions on using the app for. I'm on day three and still trying to figure out how to use the app to the best benefit possible. I am going to cancel my subscription
this app scam charges you. when you sign up for $20, you get charged $70! Beware! of course, they can charge you in 1 minute, but, refunds take time - about 2 weeks. then you have to challenge through credit card. Bad company!

subscription, account, and app deleted, but they still took my money from my account. when I threatened them with action, they changed their minds and refunded me in full.

Horrid Support, signed up and cancelled within 2 days via the app and still got billed 3 months later for £79.99, queried it with my bank. When I checked the app the subscription had not cancelled even though the details said it had... Tried there support and was told not eligible for a refund... Thieving Fecks!!!
I decide to try the software and see the results. I open the app i choose the 1 week test period and i paid via paypal. When the window closed another window open that was saying something to test and i thought it has to do with the app i bought .. imidiatry another 28€ was charged to paypall without any verification to understand what i was paing for or if i had choosen that by mistake. I asked for my money back cause i think only scammers work like that. So di not test the app at all.
not for me at 62. i am not a phone app user and have a difficult time navigating.
I have comented on this before and have had zero response...is there much more to say????.
