Absolutely terrible garbage. No ability to contact customer support in a reasonably timely manner. If you're considering music notes, find a better alternative.

Super irritating site. You have to print from their app. You don't get a PDF.
used to work. now it doesn't as far as actually purchasing anything . my Google Play is setup correctly , but for some reason this stuipid app thinks my country of residence is elsewhere and wont process payments . ive given up trying to get the damn thing to work . there are other sheet music apps
it makes it harder for me cuz when I put the stuff in it kicks me out of the app

I paid for a Musicnotes Pro membership on March 10, 2025 and to date my membership has not been activated! It still says I am not a subscriber!!!!! I have made repeated attempts to get this resolved as so far, non- responsive to repeated requests for help with this app after 5 months!!!
can't read (play audio for) imported sheet music. what is the point?
It will not print from your app. Your app sucks. I do not want to always have to print from the app. Let me do it from Google Chrome. I don't have enough memory for all these stupid apps, especially one thst doesn't work efficiantly.
We bought the sheet music but no matter what we do it won't let us sign into the app to download or print it. We can sign in on the website but it then redirects us to the app to print or download but from there it says the account information is wrong.

I bought some sheet music, and I wasn't able to access it until I downloaded the app. Apparently it costs more just to print the PDF without the app. I'm sure the app works fine, but it gets 1 star for such a scummy business practice.
This app used to be great. But now does not update with my recent purchase, and the android app blocks ability to back up or go to homescreen or other apps. I have to close phone and open again. Please fix!

Poor page scrolling. It would be so much better if the app scrolled smoothly through each sheet rather than jumping to the next sheet at the end of each page. It is impossible to sight-read when you can't see what is coming next.
Very good for pianists but there is not a lot of free options.
I can't upload my own pdf to LISTEN to. it only lets me Mark it up of edit the list of names and tempos. Is there a way i can listen to the PDF i wanna upload?
