I really liked the content but the app has become so buggy. I can't continue a lesson because everytime you click 'Complete lesson' it completely crashes just showing a white screen. I've contacted support but no help provided. Update 02/05/26: The new app update seemed to improve the functionality for a while but again, it just won't play some lessons, hangs indefinitely until a message 'The audio couldn't be loaded' pops up and that's it.

Most importantly I had a 3 month subscription which I recently renewed but couldn't access any of the content. Tried two different devices. Contacted support and never even got a response so don't bother with the stock 'please reach out to us' reply.

On PC it doesn't do anything (like there is no link to the video) It's been months now and my 3 years of free songs are just slipping away. No communication in it. So is the plan to just let the 3 years expire?

I used to be able to put the lessons up on my TV and drum along but now they don't allow that any more and my use of the service I'm paying for has dropped to nearly zero :(
App not even working after latest update. Try to play a video - first black screen, then app shuts down. This is by far the most expensive app on my phone and yet doesn't work.
I ordered 1 year of subscription, then half way through I ordered their keyboard that comes with 2 years. Well, I only got 2 years. Tried contacting customer service, both on platform and through email, and never got an answer on why or offer of refund or the issue fixed. Soured my stomach on the entire experience.
I kinda like the app before the update, now it seems to be more diffcult to find the classes you like.
It doesn't teach well, its just lots of talking without any real syllabus and squeaky Lisa is just too much. You can get better free content from Jazer Lee Bitesize Piano Piano Tips All of these explain the exercises or pieces, how to play it hands apart, articulation, dynamics and much more with the option of subscribing, going on courses or buying accompanying books Pianote is bloody awful and definitely do not give them your £28 a month, spend it elsewhere or get a teacher
Since the latest update, the app is completely useless. The owners don't care.
Got a 7 day free trial and pressed cancel a million times and it wouldn't let me cancel until the trial was over so then I get a notification from the bank saying I've been charged 180 USD and asking if I meant to make transaction
Well, right now you cannot manage your profile and för example cancel subscription. You end upp in a loop of needing to download app but when you do it, it links you to downloading app again.
good content but, when i play the lessons, especially on full screen, it gets unresponsive. then i needed to close the app and re open it. i am using pixel 9 pro max, so i will most probably cancel the subscription.

Hi drumeo user here. Is it just me or is this app super laggy/buggy? Maybe it's just for phone users but it's starting to get frustrating and time consuming. The content is actually great it's just that it's not enough. I would wish that there would be more song tutorials/play throughs (biggest problem for me) or just more selection of songs in the first place. It is also kinda hard to navigate and it is a little difficult to find something that is useful to me or whatI want at the time.
I have a subscription through Google. why does the app keep saying I need a subscription?
Another app that requires a credit card for a "free trial" hoping you'll forget to cancel.
App was janky at best, lots of crashes, devolved to just showing the icon when trying to open and after uninstall/reinstall can't get past entering email to log in.
*I've been with Drumeo for years and have NO problem with their lessons.* I have had to revert to using the website as I cannot now get through a practice session on my phone as the app no longer responds despite uninstalling, clearing cache, you name it. Not great for trying to complete lessons and practice sessions.
I purchased this for the drum lessons and the song library. At first it was great, HEAPS of popular songs. They completely gutted it over 6 months ago because of an issue with the licensing, so hardly any good songs now. Who knows if they were properly licensed to begin with. They've continued to charge the same $50 per month, even though the songs are gone. Going to be looking at other options, YouTube has a better song library and it's free.
i don't have Google play services and the app immediately crashes
The app works terribly on Android(samsunggalaxya35). After watching a video, I can't close the player or pause it. I have to exit and reopen the app every time. I would expect a better experience for the price.
It is way too expensive per month. Might as well pay for private piano lessons.
Currently unable to access any content, my app asks me to upgrade but when I try to it acknowledges I'm already a member. Support have told me to wait with no timescales, really cool thanks. Update: Musora and Google are both refusing to refund me and blaming the other party. I'm currently out £230 and I've been sending emails back & forth for about a month. This is an absolute joke.
The app keeps stopping each time I stream content on Chromecast device
since the change from drumeo, the app fails to launch for me. I bought a drumeo subscription but not getting much use of app 😕
The last update rendered the legacy method borderline unusable. Turning the phone sideways to make the video bigger just shows the musora logo and plays the audio of the video. Also, if you finished one section's video and try to go back and watch the content, you can't. It immediately skips to the next video before you can do anything.
Not pleased at all with the latest update. I like to play along with songs to the original track, and have a couple of playlists. Each song automatically loads the drumless version, and if you try to switch to the original, it skips to the next track on the list. The notations are also no longer synced so really difficult to enjoy now. I emailed support 4 days ago and they have not got back to me yet.

The idea is there, but as a pure beginner this was like handing me a textbook and saying learn. Very little direction. The lessons are all over in no particular order. I can deal with bugs, but I had to switch to a different service to have any real organized lesson plan. App would be fine as a free/YouTube channel. But as a paid service I can't recommend a subscription or re-up. Lots of content. Very little direction. Influencer teachers. Could be good for intermediate drummers.
Hi Team I love what you do but you app on Android has become a lot less intuitive. The home screen doesn't show the method, I thought it had gone entirely till in searched. Imagine if you were a new player and wanted to systematically learn with a methodology, all they would see are challenges and packs. They wouldn't even know the method existed. Please go make it so you can see all courses and put method front and centre. Packs and challenges are great but they don't methodically teach.
Great content but unfortunately when you maximise the screen/ turn it landscape on an android phone, within a couple of minutes you lose the ability to pause, rewind or exit the app. I have to force close and start over again everytime I want to go back
it's not a very easy to use app imo. i have to hunt for my course every time instead of it being right on the home page of the app. I also think locking the content for specified dates is frustrating; I paid for access to the courses and I'm learning quicker than the courses available per day
I paid for this app to cast to the TV as my tablet is too small, only problem is that the cast icon top right doesn't work meaning the app is pretty much dead to me. Can anyone help to get it casting?
Super buggy app. Keeps freezing up and getting unresponsive, especially during video lessons, which is basically the core function and the whole purpose of the app. And this is on a Galaxy S24 Ultra, by the way. Imagine in other devices 💀
I've been playing drums for 45 years but I paid for a monthly subscription just for the transcripts. The problem is that you are not given access to all the songs in the drumeo library only a select few each monthpicked by musora. Even after I complained by email and was asked what I would like to receive for the next month I still was only given lower level transcripts and nothing by Rush which I specifically asked for. Although this app would be helpful for allot of people, I was disappointed.
