Assalamualaikum, the creators of this app claims that it's a global Muslim app where people can meet and get married. but in real it's not a Muslim app at all. they allow non Muslims and Qadiyanis to join this platform and manipulate other Muslims. after plenty of reports and Post, there is not a single action taken yet. if this not a pure Muslim app then they should not claim it. just like other social media platforms.

Be careful with that app, its not actually just for Muslims. There are Ahmadis on there too and posting content, and management isn't doing anything to stop it. so just be careful
Very disappointed. I reported profiles promoting Mirza Ghulam Ahmad’s beliefs, but no action was taken. As a Muslim, I believe that Muhammad(SAW PBUH) is the last prophet. But Shaz is not taking action on those profiles. Shaz removed some profiles that were raising their voices against these blasphemous statements.

I was planning to get a gold subscription, but when I saw that likes were limited, I deleted my account.
I've been using this app daily for around 7 months but got zero matches. In the first 2 days, when my profile wasn't even complete, I received 2 matches. After that, not a single match in the last 7 months. I contacted support last week and they simply said "buy Gold version." If they want so much money, why keep a free version? Gold is 4 times more expensive than Netflix and still offers almost no support. The algorithm is terrible - if you like someone, your profile doesn't even show to them.
Such a fake people my email got hacked and I tried to login to my account apparently I habe been banned from the site. I didn't use and bad language and I dont no who was using my account I can't access ot it. please kindly take this action or ill make sure you guy will get bad reviews. because its not fair without letting a person know or anything you banned someone's account. thanks I have already escalated the issue by sending you guys an email .

The worst date apps ever I saw. the Muzz manager need to check and learn from other date apps. how they are make easy to people communication together. Using this apps almost month Wasting time creating profile in the end Just forcing to buy Gold subscription. Keep suggestions people far from my bio . It's like my preference is useless. I use this app almost month and never get a match. I expect high from Muzz as it's Muslim dating app.

The majority of females on this app are delusional & have unrealistic expectations, as they're looking for a rich royalty as a cash machine for their dreamy lifestyle. 2. Whether it's the app or an outside bot, there's tens to hundreds of new fake flashy profiles created daily by bots to give a deceptive allure that "a lot of high value people on this app" but in reality its merely a fraud & mirage designed to deceive & defraud men to forever FOMO pay a subscription for a fake illusion.

Getting fake and old profiles, since they implemented the ads, after that update profile images aren't loading or loading slowly. app become very slow. 💀
If you're using Muzz to find the man or woman of your dreams, don't waste your time. Even after paying for the Pro plan, I saw little to no improvement in matches or engagement. It feels like the app is more interested in selling subscriptions than helping people connect. The match suggestions are often poor and rarely align with what you're looking for. I honestly can't tell if it's the users or the app's algorithm, but finding a worthwhile match seems nearly impossible.

Hello Muzz Support Team, I purchased the Gold Membership for unlimited likes and paid 2000 PKR. However, I am still only getting 40 likes, just like an unpaid account, and it is asking me to wait 7 hours. Could you please check if my Gold Membership has been activated correctly? If not, I would like a refund. Thank you.

It's astonishing how greedy the owners of this kind of apps get when their apps succeed. There used to be some free filters that allow you to at least find who liked you after a few swaps, but now it's almost impossible because you have to pay for most filters. Greedy money grabbers!! The app has become unusable!

I'm calling this out: The night-time ads running on free accounts are extremely problematic. Scenes of people in the middle of sexual activities should never be allowed on a MUSLIM platform, i.e. ads for AI face-swapping apps promoting the making of p*rn*graphic videos. It's so shady. There are many ads running on the app doing similar. To see Muzz sponsoring this is wildly harmful & disappointing. Team at Muzz, there are other ways to make revenue without partnering so low. Please fix this
