I redeemed a voucher from a US company. I'm from the UK. That worked fine but it says I can add the eVisa to this app for touch to pay. Upon downloading the app it just says untrusted connection detected. doesn't work on a US VPN either or on mobile network +- VPN.
Previously, I was using this app very smoothly and had a good experience. But recently, whenever I try to open it, it shows an error message like “Something went wrong” and “Timed out waiting for 5000 ms.” I’ve tried multiple times, but the issue is still not fixed. This is really frustrating because the app was working perfectly before. Please fix this problem as soon as possible

Don't waste your time and don't buy their gift cards, they call them convenient yet are the weirdest gift card you could ever try and use They have never contacted me back about trying to fix their gift card to get it to work, I have sent multiple emails and it has been two months.
There's apparently no way to interact w actual people.......so when select "ALL" to display all my cards the page just glitches in and out. Still has the same problem. No fix.

"Something went wrong" Something is ALWAYS going wrong with this app. Can't add to Google wallet. Error CPP6013. I don't want to have to reach out to their support when they could just make a functioning app.
This app A. shouldn't exist as a method of adding cards to e-wallets B. shouldn't be as complex as it is. In order to add a card I have to scan a QR code, download a separate app, sign in with my email, verify with a passkey on a separate device than my phone, scan the card again, add it to Google Wallet. seriously a waste of time. Next time don't reinvent the wheel.

used to be great and I loved it but after this update it won't load and I literally cannot open it. really annoying.

each time my card was used on this app, someone attempted to use my card on file fraudulently which cased a lot of problems. do not recommend this app no privacy blocks in place
Most useless customer support in existence. Mainly because they dont even have customer support. getting help for a claim is the most inconvenient process ever.

The app was working fine for one online purchase and then wouldn't show me the card number when I went to make a second purchase. My account is now locked and I can't see anything. I've emailed support and haven't heard anything back.
app is garbage. it's forcing me to use my Gmail account because I have a Pixel device. I don't want to use my Gmail account. however, now that I added Gmail once, I can't undo it and add a non-gmail (OR ANY OTHER) new Gmail. Also, why the heck can't I manually add the card through number/expiry?? My prepaid didn't come with a QR code, the link provided gives a "Something Went Wrong" error when opening up the app. Literally can't use it at all. there's no way this app should be rated 4.7...

Doesn't even scan their own gift cards QR codes. Would be 0/5 if I could give that.
not letting me add my card and used money from my account that showed was declined and a cashier had to help me very very embarrassing I had my 3 month old with me I was trying to get gas to get home only 5 dollars but that 5 would have done a lot for me now it's gone and I have another card I can't use 3rd time this has happened to me
App wont even start. Lame.
AWFUL APP! DO NOT USE! After a while it will no longer allow you to log into the app. I have restarted my phone, cleared the cache, reinstalled the app but it keeps saying "something went wrong" (literally that).
Recent update broke the app. Now it requires to be signed into Google. Lost all my previous cards and I can't add my new card to Samsung Wallet. Everytime I try to do so and after agreeing nothing happens.

app refuses to launch if you have developer settings enabled. this is super dumb. my investment apps or banking apps don't require this because developer options aren't a security risk. disappointing decision not made for good technical reasons
