Terrible customer service! My card has been declined several times on several different websites and there are no options to talk to a person regarding how to fix the issue of my car being constantly declined. I will never ever choose the service again! Apparently you have to hit report lost or stolen card i will never i will never to get anybody on the line and then you have to wait 13 minutes for somebody to get on the line . just terrible
went do i have to download an app for everything. I hate the future

very hard to find once added to wallet....how do I read all the numbers, expiration date and cv number?
scammy app that FB used knowing most people wouldn't be able to use this and would get their money back. app works, and from what I can tell is safe for the most part. I don't wanna fault the app itself, but it is what it is. you can safely use it to get your FB funds, and I haven't had any bad issues myself, but app is poorly designed and lots of issues.
Fraud dont download you will not be able to use your cards
it's asking for a pin. I don't have it so it is useless

it's bs that you have to download this app now to add a virtual card from my prepaid center to your Google wallet. I'm going to delete it asap

Thank to the nice ladies on Victory Drive Savannah Ga for trying to help me. This system is very difficult to use. that is sad for people who come in and try to donate blood to help other.
very confusing
It's a sad world when we need an app to facilitate adding gift cards to our digital wallets. It's a waste of data, storage, and time, when the issuing company can (and should) offer direct-to-wallet links. I wouldn't be surprised if the average time of installation for this app is less than two minutes. It serves no other purpose than to add gift cards to your wallet when the issuing company forces you to use it.

Honestly, after reading everyone's reviews on this app, it just convinces me it's complete trash and a scam. When I added my virtual visa card to my wallet it was working just fine for only like a day. Now out of nowhere when I checked on my android phone my card just disappeared. so when I checked on my other phone (which is a iPhone) it showed the card was active but it won't let me in add it to my Apple wallet. Google pay is declining my card now. idk what to do.

difficult to use , cannot purchase on this platform
Tried to use for over an hr at multiple sites, card not accepted although website said it had balance. 6/3/25 f/u. Received "case resolved" email however, same issue. Problem might be with the card issuer, My Prepaid Center. App would not allow me to add to Google wallet nor would manually entered card be accepted at websites. It seems you can't use the app itself to make purchases. 5/13/26 Tried multiple venues to make purchase. Never worked. They erased balance with non-use fees. Beware.

I guess I will have to call tomorrow and do that with this card now too but why. I'm not understanding what has changed...
My account was suddenly locked and they didn't even notify me. now I have to call support and hope I can navigate the system.
randomly locked out of ny account for no reason with no way to unlock it just says it may be locked and to try again later ...
