Wat is het nut van deze applicatie als jullie bezorgers niet komen opdagen? Om een notificatie "we hebben je gemist" te sturen? Update: ik heb meerdere keren geklaagd over onverantwoordelijke bezorgers bij de klantenservice, maar het lijkt geen nut te hebben omdat de situatie niet verbetert. Ik heb een suggestie voor de applicatie: voeg een knop toe waarmee je misstanden bij de bezorging kan melden zonder die stomme AI chatbots.

Waardeloze app. Het ophaalpunt heeft me tot twee keer weggestuurd omdat de gegevens niet kloppen. De bedoeling was dat het makkelijk zou zijn. DHL krijg je zaakjes op orde. Als sommige diensten andere codes verlangen, voeg die dan toe of laat die orders uit de App. Personeel opleiden om situaties als deze te herkennen zou ook een idee zijn. Nu zijn ze niet in staat een pakje uit te reiken op basis van wat de app aangeeft, en laat de klant met de ellende achter.
Thanks, I really enjoyed driving to a locker for no reason. Was a nice surprise to find out no one in the whole chain of responsibility mailed me the pickup code, too. Thankfully, the app decided to die as well, otherwise I might have accidentally picked up my parcel. Also, great move on calling the app My DHL. I enjoyed the hunt through my apps to figure out under which branding gimmick you're hiding it! Glad it's not alphabetically sorted at D, that's too easy and no fun at all!

The website mentions that the customer will be contacted if a deliverypoint is unavailable to arrange something new. so its always great to find out when DHL delivers my package to the other side of the city without contacting me. Customer service isnt helping as usual, but what do I expect when I pay a delivery fee. It might be an idea to introduce a delivery fee plus premium to actually get the service you pay for

yesterday I had to go up and down to far fetched places to gather my parcels, when there is DHL stand in a shop 300 m away from me, and it can never get full! remarkable unprofessionalism, besides the parcels can enter the mailbox in front of the house. you ruined my day yesterday
DHL weigert de paketten bij mijn deur af te leveren. De paketten worden in de centrale hal van mijn flatgebouw neergedumpd waar iedereen de paketten kan pakken.

Tracking of a package is not available in the app. lots of ads, receiving tracking for packages that got delivered by other courier companies, DHL is a mess as always. No customer service, to big and to divided. Courier companies have the power to do whatever they want without any consequences. This app is just a smokescreen and front to keep people busy.
I want parcels to be delivered to my home address, but if not home it should go to a locker or service point, NOT a neighbour. Impossible to choose this option.

the app never works. super annoying. i always order on a day i will be at home and its not delivered to me but neighbors. please fix this!
je mag gerust andere datum kiezen eruit halen. Beetje overbodig om mij de optie te geven om een andere datum te kiezen als jullie eerst het pakketje inladen en dan past mij informatie door sturen en dan niks kan wijzigen.
The app offers nothing extra! Total rubish this app. DHL beware that when you've been hacked and personal user info is obtained. I will sue you! On top of this the setting for delivery in one's profile IS COMPLETELY IGNORED! So, why make it appear this setting does anything, when it clearly doesn't?
horrible app , can't change my order, no help at all from customer service. edit: ja 3 keer. 2 keer chat en 1 keer bellen. alle 3 de keren word ik niet geholpen. telefoon word ik in de wacht gezet omdat medewerker moet overleggen en dan word er opgehangen. jullie hebben de 1 ster echt eerlijk verdiend helaas. de chat medewerkers verwijzen mij naar de verzender, compleet onlogisch maar toch geprobeerd. maar zoals verwacht kan die niks aan het probleem met jullie app doen.
Beter laat dan nooit, maar beloof niet wat je niet waar kunt maken als dienstverlening. Een marge van 4 uur is al (te) veel en ik heb uiteindelijk ruim 5½ uur gewacht. Ik kon tussentijds niet even weg omdat ik een handtekening moest zetten bij ontvangst. Dit is geen goede reclame voor DHL.

DHL is never to be trusted, ... yes I did contact DHL if you had been any good I wouldn't have drawn this conclusion..an international business which has created an avenue for stealing and has turned a blind eye to it.
all notifications are turned on, permissions turned on, but no notifications... also you change parcels to be delivery on monday, and then you STILL deliver them on sunday???? without any warning

Update -5 stars, yes negative, the Ai does not allow me to type anymore for a complaint. Have a nice day we are closed.
nog steeds slecht. ze vragen om een schouderklopje, maar kritiek geven op een levering kan niet. de ai bot is slecht en snapt niet veel.

worst experience ever, no real customer service! do not use this company because your customers will complain! CHATBOTS ARE NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WANT A PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO A REAL HUMAN, NOT SOME ROBOT! @DHL de website die je aangeeft heeft alleen de live chat dat via een chatbot gaat, zijn jullie echt zo dom dat je niet mijn hele review leest? echt geen reden om met DHL te gaan.

The app is okay but DHL as a service sucks. No clarity of when things actually get delivered and they flat out lie about when they'll be there. This is the third time now that I'll get it "tomorrow between 10 and 18" my expensive parcel better be deliverd soon.

Courier doesn't show up and lie that we missed each other to drop the package in a near service point. This happened not once or even twice, it happened more than 8 times!!! It's not an ethical begaviour to keep people at home expecting their packages and then decide to lie we all have valuable time and plans. That's why this should be reported and put an end to. DISAPPOINTED👎
Terrible customer service and absolutely inflexible company. I accidentally locked the box and spent five hours outside trying to get help but they didn't do anything. This app doesn't give a second chance to reopen the bloody box within the next two minutes. Their female operator instead of helping started blaming me and eventually hung up. I hate DHL . They also wrote that they missed me when the address was their packetautomat. Many times they simply lie.

Why do you even allow for delivery instructions when the delivery person will disregard them? I don't want to go to a service point, I want you to deliver it to me. The customer service does not exist. You can only text with a very unhelpful AI chatbot. Edit: This is not a delivery complaint. Your app has a great UI and features, yet they don't seem to translate to a better user experience if you ignore the user input made through the app. That's on your company.

Kan maar één pakketpunt kiezen, welke niet in de buurt is. Er zit er een letterlijk naast m'n werk en is dichtbij
too lazy to walk up a stair and deliver any parcel in person.

left a package meant to be signed for in front of the door without a signature. again. can't wait 30 seconds for the door to be opened before rushing off.
