I see the try again message more then the app working. Disney has created a Fomo with light lanes . if this app isn't working the day of your visit then don't count on getting LL passes find a apple user.

using and difficult to operate. there are so many different ways to get so many things. it is not clearly laid out

I genuinely hate this app. it has been nothing but trouble, and singularly the worst thing about my holiday. However, you are pretty much obliged to use it, so good luck. Endless outages, impossible to find what you want, bloated with buy this, buy that ads. @Disney: Sack the team that is responsible for this travesty!

Constantly crashes Still crashes, a common complaint with many. Still pretty bad. Still pretty bad - 11 May 2022 They keep asking for feedback. It's still difficult to use. 10 Jan 2026 Again, constant requests for feedback blocking the screen.
Forcing people to install this spyware of an app just to get their ticket is some big bad evil guy stuff. The cult of Disney won't care but as someone held hostage by liking Star Wars, I find it insufferable this company can't help but root itself in everything. Every other theme park lets you have your ticket in the email from the purchase. Too big to fail I guess.
Sucks Battery like crazy, even when not using it. Requires too many permissions. Walking map navigation is terrible.

Not very useful when in the park. It needs a function where you can search a type of food you want to eat, and it will show you where to find it on a map. For instance, while in EPCOT, I searched for soft-serve ice cream, and the results listed restaurants in Magic Kingdom. Not helpful.
The filters for food/wait times/entertainment would often disappear. When I would click on a restaurant for more info it would close the expanded window without letting me see the details.
App is glitch. Get an error when I go to My Plans. Disney made a change to Single Lightning Lane I had purchased. Because the app gives me an error I can't see what the changes are.
For managing the in-park experience the app is fine. In trying to manage pre-trip plans or find any sort of information the app is incredibly frustrating. Finding prices or specific questions for anything is easier using Google first. I constantly feel like I'm trying to be upsold on this but then not told exactly what I'd be buying nor the cost. I get they're a business and want to upsell me but I need actual information before I buy things.
This app is definitely not user friendly and there is no real help section.
