terrible app and linking disney accounts. you cannot link magic bands, add guests, or connect reservations easily. you will get errors when you attempt to link an account. disney needs to fix this experience asap.

Most needed feature is the least developed. The directions feature of the map is mostly useless as it doesn't allow any resizing or moving to provide orientation. it doesn't even allow for rotation to orient to park landmarks.

the map is unusable. Every time I tap on an attraction to get more details the popup auto-dismisses after 1 second so that I can't read the information. Constantly resets the zoom level as well.

I don't understand, every time I click on an attraction, the pop-up disappears, I have to keep clicking on it and eventually I'll be able to access the page. I have a Samsung phone, Disney should have worked out all this before launching an app on the most popular phone company in the world.

I hate this app with a fiery passion! Not user friendly. So difficult to see my reservations. I'm with a fairly large party, but it keeps showing me their lightning passes and reservations instead of mine! So I can't easily see what i have coming up next and there aren't filters to only show me my items! The maps are also useless. So far the only helpful item has been ordering food. This app needs a total revamp using feedback from customers to make this a user friendly experience.

The Plans user interface is not intuitive, booking and planning LL passes needs to have a filter for seeing your own family plans vs the whole group.
