absolute dog water of an app. how can one of the richest company's in the world have ome of the worst apps ever created. constant crashes, constant bugs. its the most infuriating app to use. you want my advice? Stop hiring people who bash their head against the keyboard and call it coding an app.
keeps crashing
Extremely complicated app. The things you use the most are hard to find, buried in the back of the app. Food mobile ordering is buggy sometimes it works, sometimes you have to exit and come back in. Overall an app with a poorly built layout.

I then downloaded the My Disney app to my android phone and am not able to add my tickets to my Google wallet. I also can't find my tix on the My Disney app, though efforts to find them by inputting the barcode (camera or typing in) tell me the tickets are already linked to an account. Really frustrating.
Absolutely horrified by the AI assistance. Walt knew that human beings are the heart of his corporation. When I get on to chat with someone I want it to be a person. More than positive a company that makes the kind of money you make can afford to hire and pay human beings. AI is going to destroy our natural resources so fast and you (and Google) are becoming a problem.

App constantly crashing after 6/16/26 update
Today's update broke the app. (6-17-26) Click on Hotel Reservations and it prompts me to link Hotel Reservations instead of viewing them.
App refuses to load.

we've put our ticket details in from the email but now can't find them in the App - it's NOT user friendly

terrible app and linking disney accounts. you cannot link magic bands, add guests, or connect reservations easily. you will get errors when you attempt to link an account. disney needs to fix this experience asap.
Put in reservation and it dissappear as soon as I go to any other place on the site. It stinks !!!
using your phone as a room key simply refuses to function. A well known issue in talking with resort staff. Please fix!

very hard to navigate plans with family and friends.
Not up to Disney standards. Linking friends and family is ridiculously complicated and maps is not interactive
App would not load due to very weak signal inside Animal Kingdom park.
the map is unusable. Every time I tap on an attraction to get more details the popup auto-dismisses after 1 second so that I can't read the information. Constantly resets the zoom level as well.
I don't understand, every time I click on an attraction, the pop-up disappears, I have to keep clicking on it and eventually I'll be able to access the page. I have a Samsung phone, Disney should have worked out all this before launching an app on the most popular phone company in the world.
I hate this app with a fiery passion! Not user friendly. So difficult to see my reservations. I'm with a fairly large party, but it keeps showing me their lightning passes and reservations instead of mine! So I can't easily see what i have coming up next and there aren't filters to only show me my items! The maps are also useless. So far the only helpful item has been ordering food. This app needs a total revamp using feedback from customers to make this a user friendly experience.
