autoplays and auto subscribes. they will not help you in refunds. I already contacted them and they did not help.
horrible. you will have an extremely difficult time canceling. your account will continue to be changed.
Very disappointing experience. There is no clear way to cancel the subscription. Customer support keeps sending generic responses and repeatedly asks for information that I have already provided, instead of addressing the issue. This is frustrating and feels like they are avoiding resolving the problem. I expected much better customer service. The issue remains unresolved.

the app had made a payment on one of the subscriptions that took $25 out of my account and they didn't give my money back I'm never using this again 😡

The show did not have the scenes in the previews. Nor did it have the same storyline. The old bait and switch. Got my money for a show that sucked. Canceled immediately. ps its $50 a month w/o trial. what a scam.

PLEASEEEE DON'T!!!! King of Scamsssss...you open the app and subscribe even for trial, money will be drained from your account like water. any single thing you touch inside the app after giving your Bank details is the dirtiest way of draining your money in seconds. and without any confirmation to be given from our side. THEY ARE THE CHEAPEST MONEY LAUNDERS YOU can now find on the internet. I lost 30 euros God knows for what, after subscribing to their trial.
When I paid for this subscription, I thought I would be watching soap opera-style movies. However, the episodes are at most 2 minutes long each, the storyline is almost the same for every 'movie', and the scenery is terrible. It looks like everything was filmed in someone's backyard. Bad dialogue, poorly trained 'actors'... This app isn't worth a single cent. Bad... just really bad. The worst way I could have ever spent €7.26.
worst app I've delt with. wanted to try it & it showed me 3 options I went with the 2 week one for 11 something. I then noticed I was charged 19.99 three times & 11.55 once I've asked for a refund they refuse. stating I okayed these extra charges that when you do the purchase it takes you to another part to hit skip or continue it did not. they are refusing a resolution of the extra charges. dont use them. you'll get unexpected extra charges and no refund or help besides the same BS, ur at fault

The stories start out good and catch your attention but then after only 6 or 7 episodes you have to pay the rest. I wish there was an option to watch ads. Unfortunately I cannot afford to pay to see the rest of the show.
