Doesn't work. I am on a recent and properly updated phone. I had several connectivity issues and was unable to create an account after having to type in my information multiple times. I decided to try again later, but now, attempting to start the app makes my whole phone freeze-up and nearly crash. Samsung S23 Ultra
This used to be an excellent app but this year I am encountering nothing but problems. When opening the app, the splash screen opens and the app closes. It is then necessary to uninstall and reinstall, which may work for a week or so before having to do the same again. The app shows stores as closed even when they are open. Basically, app is now totally unreliable and not fit for purpose.

They are advertising this app on the slovenian market yet the entire app is in French without even an option to turn it to slovenian or hell English. What the hell is this! OK but you have to consider most people will have their phones in English no matter what language they want the app In.

why is the app in Portugal done in french instead of Portuguese
cannot change language, so if you are in another country you are done. I'm in Portugal, always shows in french, maybe get developers that did lidl or aldi or other major retailers, these are a joke.

scan achat ne fonctionne plus depuis fin decembre malgré la mise a jour. A l'accueil pas de solutions non plus afin de continuer utiliser l'appli. Obligé de prendre le pistolet chaque fois. Ceci dit l'appli sert juste a regarder les offre uniquement. une pertes de temps car ils sont bien visibles en magasin! De plus le magasin de préférence ajouté, s'affiche FERMÉ hors il est ouvert et l'horaire est bien renseigné sur la sélection du magasin!
Bandeau rouge d'erreur de plus en plus régulier, impossible de faire quoi que ce soit : obtenir les factures ou même activer/utiliser les bons... J'ai tenté la déconnexion, désinstallation, maj mais c'était déjà à jour et rien ne fonctionne. Toujours pareil et le magasin est toujours indiqué fermé alors que c'est pas le cas. L'accueil n'a pu m'aider donc j'ai contacté votre email de l'app mais personne ne répond depuis des semaines.

Impossible de scanner des bar code que ça soit avec le scan achat ou la recherche de prix produit alors que ça marchait avant la mise à jour android. La version 8.9.1 n'est disponible sur le google store...
Je n'arrive pas à créer ma carte,chaque fois on dit problème de connexion au serveur. Il y'aurait pas une alternative?
Pourquoi doit on activer certaines offres ? Y'a il des personnes qui ne veulent pas une remise de 10%!?! Et quand on clique sur les offres en cours aucun détail ne s'affiche, on obtient simplement une image plus grande de l'offre. Du coup comment savoir ce que cache les (1), (2), (3)....?

I like the app, but I cannot change to spanish language. our store is always shown als closed even though it's open, so we don't get any thing from the coupons even though they're activated. 93800 - Epinay L'îlot. I already tried multiple times to reinstall the app, clean the cache, log in and log out, it doesn't change anything.
A fonctionné 1x à l'installation pour créer la carte et depuis c'est hors ligne tout le temps, ça dit ne pas reussir a récupérer les données et ça depuis plusieurs mois sans évolution.

Peu pratique même pour des usages simples: pour afficher la carte, il faut saisir le code? et pour participer au jeux, il faut ressaisir à la main le code de la carte... pour les coupons de réduction, c'est le souk...
l'argent gagné dans chaque magasin devrait être mis sur la carte fidélité et non pas des fois sur des bons à utiliser dans un certain temps!
Tout à coup l'appli a perdu ma carte de fidélité. Pas dispo non plus sur le site Web. Par contre ma carte est encore sur le site Leclerc Drive... Donc il y a 2 applis et 2 sites Web différents et séparés, mais un seul Compte client. Tout cela manque de logique et de rigueur.
