I used to love this app but now I have trouble at checkout, logging in, app not working. Uninstalled and reinstalled has not helped.
I preferred when the store employees shop the orders. I always have issues with the other shoppers and reporting any issues through the app is difficult and takes a long time to get a resolution or feedback. 5/30 edit: This ish still sucks.

Will not let me login in. After I input my information, it takes me through the process of logging in, then loops back to the login page. Try restarting, uninstalling, and customer service and nothing works.

Worst Grocery app there is when you buy something and its out of stock even if the rest of your order is in stock and you reviewed the missing items it won't let you check in. If I stop shopping at heb it will be because of your app

if I could I would give it zero stars! I generally love this app and I love the fact that I can connect the pharmacy account to it... however the last week or so I have been unable to log into the app or connect my pharmacy account. It constantly ask for me to sign up or log in but no matter how many times I log in or verify using a code it will not allow me to access either the pharmacy or the app itself to place curbside order! I have uninstalled and reinstalled over and still not working
As of 05/15/2026, the app has been down for about a week. You can't get past the login. Tried creating a new account but it didn't solve the problem. Really shocking for a company that claims to be famous for customer service.
Can't find app in play store
it will not let me login. I hit "login", go through all the steps and then it shoots me right back to the login page. I can't do things in guest mode because I specifically use this app for the pharmacy.
The app want let me log in anymore, I call support and they where no, they just me stuff I already did. They were just end a hurry to get me off the phone. They just kept transferring me from one to another. Very bad customer support.

I love HEB but every single thing I try to click on takes me to a page that says "Something went wrong, try again". and trying again never works.
the app is great when it works, but it often crashes on me or hits a rut where it can't load anything anymore and i have to close it for a while. i also keep having issues with it not saving the lists i create
Pharmacy needs better integration - why does it just take me to a web site to log in? Items are added somewhat haphazardly vs by aisle, which reduces the usefulness of the app. Prices are significantly higher in the app vs in store (same store) despite already paying extra for shopper/delivery. Gouging at its finest.

Your apps not working again. Gives no internat error or try again error. Not my internet just placed order with walmart. And was just on amazon. You sure have a lot of issues lately.
This is an update to the review. I had to take it down to 2. Since now a failed payment results with my ebt being completely wiped and not letting me check my balance at all, I'm very disappointed I wasted almost an entire hour trying to get stuff in my cart only to be denied. I have the money, but app keeps flagging me and defaulting ebt to $0. Utterly disappointed.
