can't even order anything. I tried. I tried to add my card, no.issues with my card as I had JUST used it, but no matter what I did or when I did it, can't add it. I like HEB, but the app is useless if you can't like, actually order anything.

HEB home delivery is the worst there is, you get 2 out of 3 items wrong , if you pay for fast delivery you still get it an hour late.
How can I review if it won't run?
Worst in store experience I've encountered at Heb is 306 and I35 in New Braunfels, the most mismanaged outfit likely in the entire chain.

opening the app shows a blank screen with the "something went wrong" message displayed. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app presents the screen to enter email/password, entering email and password illicits the "something went wrong" message, so now I can't even sign in. worthless app. designers need to find another job, they clearly have no clue what they're doing. maybe they could try something easier, like putting caps on toothpaste bottles.
I had my account for like 6 months and then it just logged me out and I tried logging in and it just took me back to the begging page and I tried it more times and it never worked
I installed this app with the hope of using it for easing my shopping experience and to get coupons. But the only way to sign up is by using a mobile number, which is just not acceptable. There are many secure ways to establish MFA without a cell number, and customers should be given other options. I love HEB, but this is not a customer-first approach.
I can't log in. the app keeps taking me to the beginning. the login info is correct. uninstalled and reinstalled several times and won't let me log in.

The app was great but now it won't let me log in....I just get stuck in an endless loop where it acts like it's logging in but doesn't and just takes me back to the log in screen...I have cleared the cache and data, checked for updates however it was updated to the most current version and I deleted and reinstalled it and it is still not functional.
The app won't let me sign in or make a new account. It takes me to a webpage that never loads. I've deleted the cache, deleted the data, un/reinstalled several times, and nothing fixes the problem. I have also contacted the devs and received zero response. I am disabled and rely on this app to purchase hundreds of dollars worth of groceries 1-2x a week. I'm extremely frustrated!
they need to update this app to include biometrics . I'm getting tired of having to log in every time I need to view my prescriptions.
App has gotten worse over time. Randomly REQUIRES user to authenticate using only Chrome with wide-open privacy settings. Items in lists automatically re-sort when items are added/removed. it's incredibly irritating while using. Requests to opt-out of swiping and for an undo feature are ignored. Meanwhile, swipe is hair-triggered-- merely touching an item (for more info) often swipes it off the list.

I have the money, but app keeps flagging me and defaulting ebt to $0. Utterly disappointed.

I love heb so I'm going to put my feedback here. if you are already using the website version, you will probably find the app somewhat frustrating. 1) if you have a list that you go to regularly on the website, you will find that it does not show up in the same order on the app. this seems trivial but it's about as trivial as them rearranging the whole physical store and you have to go find where they put all your stuff. 2) when you select an item on the web site you are just checking it o
Curbside has major flaw. it seems that when you start an order, you cannot add a few items at the beginning then add a bunch of stuff at the end. The system will flag it as a fraud right before the order needs to be picked up. Fraud should be flagged at the beginning not at pickup time. this is a failure period.
I have deliveries made through H-E-B since it was added to Play Store I can no longer search for items I can no longer add on to items ever since I added on to Play Store I have a big problem with trying to order things through H-E-B app
