This app just send you around in circles. The app sends you to the website and the website sends you to the app. I have spent ages trying to add an entertainment pass and have just given up.

getting a blank screen
App is rubbish doesn't work properly at all currently at prestatyn and couldn't book activities as it said booked up, then when some became available the app wouldn't work shocking good job there are things outside the park, playcentre in rhyl for my autistic son and a farm 30 minutes away, good job we drive or we would be stuck. It really needs sorting as I've seen a few recent reviews with the same issue, booked haggerston castle in August, I better not have the same issues.
Terrible search function. Unless you know exactly what you want (eg which resort) the search function gives you no flexibility if you end up wanting to subsequently alter aspects of your search. Hard to explain how rubbish this app is , but just try using it if you want a thoroughly frustrating experience.
can't log in
we went to the Haven site just outside Blackpool. first impression was OK,But wean we Sean the parking place was not inprest for the price we had paid. The toilets are portacabins but I must say the lad kept all clean the showers are clean but no wear to put your clothes all so go from hot to cold and can not keep to temperature. all so the place wear all the old cheers and tables is a mess and open to see. not worth the money. absolutely blackmailing it's customers with ridiculous check in times.all these extras that were basics before , trying to rip the consumer of at the convenience of an app
Really dreadful. Every click brings up a cookies request. Impossible to book things that are time sensitive like swimming. Try to contact someone and all you get is a bot that understands nothing. Really regretting my booking with haven and I haven't even got there yet.
I have not had my holiday yet. called to advise that I could not provide details as app wasn't working correctly I had been on hold for 15min and was hung up on as they lifted the receiver and out it down again.

omg, what did you do to the map view on your updated app, particularly when choosing your caravan, it's truly awful. It was so much better on the old version. The new version just whizzes around if you try to move the map, hard to zoom in and out, hard to select the caravan and it gives much less info than before on the caravans, half the pictures of the caravans have disappeared and what happened to the 360 views?
you have to pay just to change the name of the lead person that is ridiculous any think to make money
issues with login loops stopping you from seeing what shows are on stage. activity booking has issues where it fails to load the list and display availability. combined with food ordering app and had very little success with food but drinks to table worked well. overall needs a lot of work to make it more reliable
pool closed and told there can't let us in as water unsafe and no bookings later on

If Haven are going to run the info service through the app, no paper leaflets on arrival in the caravan, at least make sure the app works! Re-edit: So the app does work - it just times out really quickly if you've poor signal quality!

Been having issues with the app. Keeps saying something went wrong. I can't load upcoming holidays or previous. At present it is no use to me. When it works it's a good app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still happening.
