Terrible. Not working and unable to use video. unpredictable. unreliable.
Only managed to use the actual app to view and open the door 3 times since installation. Majority of the time it's a audio call from France and it was never explained that that's what would happen when the app doesn't work as I thought it was a spam/scam calling. Also since being updated within the last week, it's kicked me off the system and when I put my number in to verify, it fails every time
i can no longer sign in the application. it was still working until around 2 weeks ago. after providing my phone number, I received an error "verification failed". it
Council supposedly spent a million quid on this so-called intercom.... very rarely works properly and doesn't help with other particular residents constantly using my number to get in instead of using their own keys/numbers. Would be zero stars if it was an option

keep logging me out worked in my old phone good n now I can't log in my new phone messages them about the problem not had a reply I don't know if I have any visitors or delivery because it don't work need to sort this out I've uninstalled it n reinstall it same problem

terrible i can't do nothing with the app on my phone i cant see any videos of who's downstairs all im getting is my phone vibrating im linked to 2 samsung galaxy phones the other hasn't got the app but that sort of like works but still no video on that
I hate this app. Nothing but problems since day 1. Installed without a choice by council. Why am I constantly having to resign in every other day??? That is just one of its many issues. Developers of this monstrosity, you have a lot to answer for!
I don't get any of notification when someone call and mostly I get a phone number that I usually I don't answer( for security reasons) and when I answer I get all the steps but I'm not able to make an access in the building so I have to go down and open the door manually. It's so frustrating and so useless.

Rarely comes through to my mobile when someone is trying to access my property! have missed a couple of important repairs because the work people can't get through to me, video quality is rubbish! just generally unreliable! Sent an email to the company got a reply that was short and not very helpful so sent another email and no reply this time! Another case of poor customer service!
most of the time calls dont get through totally waste of a app
Doesn't work as intended. When someone attempts to call up from the entrance the phone rings but there is no way to answer. After ringing out, it tries again from a normal phone number but I am unable to hear the front door due to the voiceover instructions. I tell visitors to ring me directly and I let them in personally without using the app.
terrible app. doesn't always work even though I'm on WiFi, alternatively calls from a French number and then no access to camera. installed by my landlord without consultation.
Nothing but problems with connecting
Don't download use your phone instead. If you do use it because the council told you to doesn't mean it's the right idea. When the app wasn't setup to our intercom our (tennets) phones would call & you press 0 to let people in, I think & hang up, not to open door, & you can talk to them also. But as we like to play by council rules 🙄, we all used the app and was told that if you're out you can use it like a ring doorbell and answer while you're out. So I tried that and it didn't work.
I guess the building's management didn't read any of the reviews before they spent money on this. Anyone who presses the doorbell has time to be on the other side of the city before I get a call (IF I get a call at all), and the app doesn't peep on any of the phones it's installed on. Horrible!
I'm really upset that it doesn't work. I've tried sending emails to you about it not working but you ignore them. I need you to fix it because I live in a block of flats that need it to work.

Furious 🤬 it doesn't matter what i do. i absolutely can not get the video section to work on my doorbell. Audio only, even after following instructions 🤯
this app is terrible. management company installed it without telling the residents. constantly crashing on my phone. have to have my phone on long to be notified, which doesn't always help when at work. phone calls can come through as international calls, so my phone sometimes thinks it's spam and blocks it. would not recommend
Doesn't display properly- total waste of time.
It has an incredibly annoying hovering notification that you can't remove. It's always just there.
Constant bugs!
Have had to use this app for a few years now because of our building. Truly awful experience. Only works about half the time, and when it does it doesn't ring like a normal phone call. Notifications are so bad for this app.
Most of the time, the calls don't pop up and aren't alerted through the app. Sometimes they'll come through as a phone call but then sometimes, the call doesn't register when I press numbers to open door or speak.
This app is the worst thing ever. It hardly ever works and when the France number calls, the option to open the door doesn't even work. it's pointless even having it installed on my phone.
These are the pits as you have to sit by your phone 247 and if you're making a call you miss your intercom ringing and can't let delivery drivers in! It would be easier keeping it the old way having intercoms in each room instead of constantly relying on our phones and if you leave it in another room and you're disabled like myself it's hard trying to get to your phone quick to open the door! Most inconvenient piece of 💩 there's elderly people in these flats who don't have smart phones
Moved to a new place, unpaired the app, but I can't delete my phone number they call when the app is not picked up, so I keep being called whenever the doorbell rings. Also, horrible app. Guests have to wait like 4 rings before it even goes off on the phone. Often making delivery people leave before you get a chance to open the door.
manybugs not working properly
Terrible, it is easy to use but only works when it feels like. I often miss my deliveries becuse it doesnt ring. it used to good and miss only 10% calls. now it only works 10% times and doesn,t ring 90% of the times. I have seen other reviews and everyone has similar experinace, so why dont you fix it.

Not possible to silence. When I am travelling and someone else is at home, I do not want to receive notifications or for my phone to ring when someone calls my flat at the intercom door. I would still like to receive standard phone calls , so do not want to mute my whole phone. There is no option on this app to silence it.
app doesn't work. there is no video or sound. I cant hear or see my visitors, and they cant hear me. It very rarely goes to a voice call, so if I miss the app notification, I miss whoever was at the intercom. silly system, but no choice as installed by housing association.
If you have the choice, do NOT get or install this intercom system. The app is beyond awful. 95% of the time, the app fails to ring or it defaults to a landline phone call where you can't hear or speak to the person on the other side, and can't open the door anyway, making it utterly pointless. Stay away from it!!
Absolutely poor system we are paying service charge for
The app doesn't let me answer the intercom at all if I'm connected to WiFi, so if I'm at home I have to turn off WiFi. If I'm at home and not on WiFi, it doesn't always connect to my phone. I've missed two deliveries recently where I've been at home and the app rang but wouldn't connect, or didn't ring at all.
if I could leave 0 stars I would!! the absolute worst thing my council installed to our flats! hardly ever works and miss parcels all the time! absolutely useless 😔
