Absolutely useless. I have been using this app for a while and I have yet to have a single job recommended. The whole point of working with a temp agency is that they match you with jobs. This app does not do that. I don't know but I am certain that the point of the app is for the client to do all the work and then Manpower gets the money if there is a match but they are not going to match you with anything.
this is garbage it doesn't work it crashes out it's impossible to update information an it's just all around bad. it's best just to go to the office

so far it found 5 jobs in my area applied to all I know there is more jobs than that out there.
haven't heard anything yet haven't had a job through them yet all these temps these day are sorry where I'm from maybe different states is better I haven't seen a job posted yet it's been a month people have bills and willing to work
unprofessional recruiters they have, just telling lies along with fake Onboarding

Applied for a job in May 2025. I haven't heard anything from Manpower, it's now July 15th and same job still posted and 0 response.

this app still doesn't work, they told me to update.y pay information ( you know the Most important part of a temporary job) and the app says 404 page not found. but when you are filling in all the personal information that is working Just Fine
Such simple thing as just logging in is not even working. Since this is an app from a company that is responsible for paying you out, this is not even 1/star worthy but 0/5 stars.

I had a difficult time with the tax form. I pressed submit several times and the app would not respond. It took me a long time, to complete the form.
In two months of using the app I've not had replies or job offers.
App is developed by underpaid employees. Absolute trainwreck and dumpster fire.
This app has massive issues. First you can only be signed up for 1 manpower group, if you sign up for multiple it will crash. Second the mfa has no email back up so if you change your phone number you've lost your account. And that's just the tip of it lol.
Does not function correctly, does not show temp assignments easily, cannot communicate through the app. Search takes you outside app, no one responds to any questions and also takes you to internet outside of app.

Absolute liars and will collect data on you, sell it and you will never hear from them again. They set up "pop up" offices to bring people in, collect all their personal data and send them home, you cannot call them, the number is fake and when you go back to look for them, the office is missing...... seriously bad people, run away from this company

App will not work on my phone. Keeps giving a an error message saying I need to debug my phone before the app can be used. It needs redeveloped. If you're hiring for a software developer, let me know, Manpower!
I just downloaded this app and am in the set up process. the issue i am running into is the additional verification. when i enter my zip code the screen starts shaking like there is an earthquake happening. please fix this.

Terrible app! It does not work
Haven't got an opportunity yet still even after applying for like 5 different jobs had hopes that you can call and maybe talk to the jobs you apply for but otherwise that is easy to use but after five times trying to get one job and still nothing can't rate that high even ones that say no experience needed... Won't try and hire me...
