Unfortunately, this App does not work for me. For almost 1 year now I have not been able to receive a verification code in order to access the Website. I have lodged complaints but to no avail. I just don't think Medibank can fix the problem 😕
Poor interface. The latest update interface changes is a step backwards for site navigation. Very difficult to find anything now.

Can't sort out my reoccurring payment even after going into a store and being told it was resolve. never covers anything. what am I even paying for.

how bloody annoying is this app. Trying to update app to put my face identity and before I get to do it , I have to put my pin number in again
terrible. This app is so full of bug starting with the login and password reset screen. I regret having signed up with them. You can run seriously a company with a retarded system like this. No wonder they got hacked
newly updated app is terrible. constantly crashes, two factor verification is a nightmare, rarely works
used to work with device pin to unlock. doesn't work anymore and needs the full password to be entered. it's getting more and more stupid with overboarding security requirements. Else we must use a same password for every app/website (very secure. literally the opposite of what wants to be achieved) or we have to carry around a book with 700'000 pages of passwords. it's ridiculous.

Probably the worst App in the history of apps!! Why in this day and age after giving it all the multiple permissions it asks for do you still have to manually sync your health data which only works less than half the time?? Just got a new phone and transferred the data and won't sync at all now 😡 They charge enough for cover, it's the little things that count in competitive markets. Time to start looking for a new insurer I think...
Can' sign in. Ive registered and reset password, have MFA working, still can't login

the introduction of two factor authentication while understood is causing many delays of accessing the app in order to use the virtual card. very clunky

wow terrible authentication...need to get a pin EVERY TIME you login. Its annoying as heck when you need to do this every day. no option to turn it off. will stop usong app.
It's a good journey with Medibank until yesterday in which I found put my phone number for some reason unregistered in their system and I couldn't log in my Medibank app on my phone by requesting a code. I tried so many times to get a code with so much time wasted and didn't work and eventually contacted a rep on my laptop after waiting for a while, then I was told the reason I couldn't receive a code was because my phone number wasn't registered?
very difficult to change payment card details in the app and have them save permanently
