Unable to open the app since Monday. it keeps freezing on the opening screen.
Hi developers, Had anyone reported that this app opened via Samsung android phone device required saving password for every single time by using biometrics to open? this bug believes has been existing forever never get fixed at all?
Hasn't been syncing with Health Connect for weeks, and now Google Fit also disappeared from the connected apps options. They just keep trying to make it harder to win any rewards...
One of the worst apps I've ever come across. Hardly any compatible fitness apps sync or stay connected for longer than a month.
Apps were only invented yesterday so you can't expect this to work.
No good
Requires logging back in after checking other apps for details to copy when making a claim. Even following the prompt to upload a receipt it locks and asks for a passcode. When the passcode is entered it restarts the claim leaving you in a loop.
All information states you can manage your level of cover and make any changes etc but the reality is the app and the website both do not allow that function. The only option is to either call or visit a branch and therefore be steered towards the product of the day without true transparency of what is available. Nasty tactics really.
Very poor
EDIT: Rotating the screen doesn't work. Your app should allow users to access the chat feature without having to do anything. This NEVER USED TO BE AN ISSUE until you upgraded your app. When in the chat it doesn't allow you to see the bar that you type in to as it is covered by the keyboard. Someone needs to fix this asap because it is super annoying.

App fails when processing of claim in office at time of treatment. Error on provider's terminal displays "invalid card" when submitting via app.

I need to put in my mobile jo. to do two step authentication and can't find how to do it. I tried doing Facial recognition for lig in but don't know my pin number. I'm trying to use the Live Better program but logging in to the ap is too hard.
unable to find where to look to see if item number covered
health connect not syncing since last update didn't realise for 2 days so lost my auto track for the day before edit so now everything but step count syncing step count being one of the biggest things I want to sync is a pain to remember to manually do every day
