Not good when I wanted to Renew my "Gold Membership" but NRMA wouldn't let me - saying it was updating. Then 2 days & nights went past & I was then overdue.

Very frustrating app for EV charging. probably works fine once it is all set up but for new users the process to do that is laborious and unintuitive and the help function is bloody useless.
My mechanic says it's rubbish. Can't find info in regards to my policy.

I've just updated the app and now whenever I try to do anything I'm getting an error message saying that I'm blocked 🚫. WTH?
Too many unwanted deals alerts and no filtering option. I see so many with low ratings. High ratings pushed to the top. Surely this can be better. Switching off all alerts.

not intuitive. no way to download invoices on a computer . have to use the app, then email to yourself . ridiculous . chargefox email me an invoice after charging when I use their app. this app requires you to dig into multiple levels to find and download the invoice to your phone annoying that the government has partnered with them and their app is so limited . you have to use the app to charge if you want an invoice
I have a My NRMA account and log in to the app just fine. But I can't change or do anything in the app because anything I click on sends me to a different login page (I'M ALREADY LOGGED IN, MORONS!!!!) which requires a DIFFERENT login, and none of the details registered in the app work. EPIC FAIL!!!!!!!

this app reports no more information than word of mouth in the pubs and on the streets 😒 It gives no hope for the future.
The EV aspect of this app is dated and somewhat temperamental.
